I called CVS 4 times to resolve one problem and even then the problem still exists. I first called customer service and was advised to contact the pharmacy directly. They refused to help me and sent me back to customer service. I spoke to Malcom who asked for my name, date of birth, and prescription information at least three times. My patience was up by this point and I asked for a supervisor. He refused to transfer me several times and became robotic in his response. I really HATE CVS and will ask my employer to switch. I cannot be the only person that received such incompetent, unprofessional service.
I was denied a medication and would like to have that medication approved.
Desired outcome: I would like to have Malcolm undergo training again to learn how not to angatogize customers. I would also like to have my medication approved for payment

I live in Nebraska and was shocked that your senior hour is 9-10. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant, along with her 21 month old daughter, pushed their stroller through the snow to pick up some gatorade at 0945 as she is having braxton hicks contractions. She was stopped at the door, was not allowed to enter an EMPTY store. 3 people, one was a manager, would not let her obviously pregnant body in. She can't even zip her coat now.
Guess that is why I go to Walgreens. In Nebraska, pregnant ladies are included with seniors and senior hour is much early than 0900.
Desired outcome: use better judgement. We all know pregnant woman are a high risk category

Once again I have had surgery on my foot. I did not fill the prescription from the surgeon due to being in a prescription pain program. I pick up my prescription of meds on 11/28/2020. Now here we are 12/27/2020 and Anthony at the store on Stateline in Texarkana Arkansas was beyond hateful in his response to my refill. He feels it is his call to state he can not feel it until 12/28/2020, understandably it is but there for the last 6 months has never been a problem feeling one day prior. Honestly with Anthony it depends on his mood as to what he is going to do to help the patients. There are other ways to talk to a person then he has this morning. But also it is a matter of 24hrs in his eyes but when you are in pain and recovering from surgery 24hrs may feel a bit longer. To bad they dont teach pharmacist a bit about compassion in school.

Wait time in drive thru
I went to the drive through at CVS on Highland/Lee Drive in Baton Rouge LA to pick up one prescription that was ready. I went in the Lane showing full service and not drop off only. I've been using CVS Pharmacy at 3710 main st Bridgeport, CT for as long as I can remember and there has never been an issue. It's been a few months now where they have not been answering the phone. It rings and rings for over an hour. My family and friends are all having the same problem. I even called around 1:00 am and they still didn't answer the phone. 12/19/2020 11x14 Canvas Prints In process tracking info n/a [protected]
When I initially placed the order online for same day pick-up, I received an email saying I would receive another confirmation order when it was ready to be picked up. I never received that email and so I tried calling the CVS on 19th and Oregon in Philadelphia 3 times over the span of 20 minutes without reaching anyone. I then went over to the store to find out that the canvas printer was out of order. No one called me to tell me the issue, and I had to go out of my way to find out in the store. The person at the cashier acted as though it wasn't her fault and couldn't help me because the printer was broken. I then spoke with the manager who said that it's a new service and someone would call me the next day for an update on my order.
I received a call today from a nice gentleman, Mike, who provided me another update that the canvas printer still was not working. He said if I decided to purchase at another store to call them and let them know. I ordered the canvas at a different store, but the 40% off coupon code was expired. I purchased anyway because I wanted the order to go through in time. When I called the 19th and Oregon store again, I had to call 5 different times before I finally reached Mike on the phone again. I told him that I was able to order from a different cvs and asked him to cancel my order. I then asked if I could be reimbursed for the order and he said since it was an online order, I needed to call a different number 1-800 shop CVS. I called that number and they were closed.
I understand technological issues, I understand that printers break and need to be serviced. I don't understand why I wasn't initially called to be told that my order would be delayed, I don't understand why I had to call that location multiple times and have the phone ringing for over 5 minutes without someone answering. I don't understand why I couldn't be given a refund for my order over the phone if I purchase online since it's being picked up at a specific store location. There were many issues with this order that build my frustration. I don't know what can be done for me, but hopefully this helps others not have the same experience I did.

I made an appointment online for my Corona Test last Friday at 2:40, since it was my first Time at CVS, I called the Store and spoke to the Pharmacist, asked him where the Store was located, since I was not sure, I was told across Hardy, therefore I went o Hardy but no CVS was found, I had to call a local Car Rental Company to get told where the Store is located, As I went in the Store I was that the Test was done through the Driveway, why they could not tell me this when I called.
