Manners, attend to complains warmly and ascertain problems. Simply be nice
The worse customer service. I am a prior authorization specialist for a specialist Dr and my patient uses this location to fill all his prescriptions. patient's medication has been covered for over a month and CVS Pharmacy has just been giving him the run around stating that the insurance hasn't approved his medication. This is just sad, patient trust their...

I understand CVS is no longer including the weekly ads in the newspaper, not sure if this is a rumor but 95% of their customers are seniors, we need the ads, can you help? Financially for this company this would be a huge mistake, I hope you can help us, I think the economy is bad enough, I have no idea what " Going digital means" and I will move on like thousands of others
Thank you
I want/need my meds!
On 01/15/21, I had my diabetic and antidepressant meds sent to CVS pharmacy on 5350 Cypress st in West Monroe, LA and they called me and told me that they don't accept United Healthcare insurance any longer and that I would have to call a different pharmacy to see if they accepted it and they could get it transferred. I called Walgreens, they accepted my...

There has to be a better way to package these pills. Directions say to peal back /cut edge and then tear back to peel Impossible., I have to cut around the pill and then try to remove pill.I take IC Alendronat E sodium tablets and the package is so easy to peal back foil to remove the pill.
Please look into a betterr/easier way to remove the pills, or better yet still go back to having them in a bottle - no cutting package
Thank You

A public apology for what happened and that they will not set on orders for a week at a time
Our grandson was to start a certain medicine on 16 Jan 2021. The pharmacy had the order for this medicine on 11 Jan and they did not even order the medicine until some time on 13 January and then told me the medicine would not be in until Tuesday of next week after telling my daughter that it would be on Friday the 15th but when I to pick up the medicine...

Just to let you know I will never be entering your store again since you have taken an adversarial position against the President of the United States and by proxy over 74 million people who voted for him and are in support of him. We find this type of totalitarian discrimination totally unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Change your policies and quit discriminating and censoring what you ‘personally’ and politically disagree with.

I am glad cvs is testing for covid free but I am against sharing the same space /area/drive thru and bin that covid testers are passed through and
Covid bin attached to same area window space as pick up prescriptions if covid is so dangerous why is this happening I had to switch pharmacies from walgreens to cvs the first of the year due to my insurance and saw this at the prescription drive thru window where there was a line of cars amongst them were people wearing masks in cars pulling up to the window getting the swabs from the same window and bin I get my meds and then dispensing the swabs in the covid bin right at the same window area I am appalled and concerned for my health as others when hospitals have outside coned off tented areas and are some are wearing hazmat suits please do this testing away from area where clients are picking up medications please this is a health hazard
Desired outcome: Find different cvs Covid drive up center
Answer the phone
You can't do anything useful on the CVS pharmacy website - it just doesn't work. If you call the store #7808 you are put on permanent hold and after 15 minutes the call is still not answered. Call the store back and get the store manager to tell the pharmacy to pick up and get put on hold again for another 10 minutes - still no answer. It would appear that CVS hates their customers so much that running them off is the plan

This has happened to me numerous times. I buy a prescription using my phone number, I get a long receipt with reward points. Last Thursday I purchased prescriptions, the next day I went to make a purchase and use my reward points and was told no account existed. Why can I purchase one day using my phone number and the next day my account does not exist and I can not use the $7 in store coupons for my purchase.

I really hate to complain about the pharmacy on 128-130 Kennedy Street, NW, Washington, DC. However, I am very upset about me having to go almost 2 1/2 weeks without a vital medication that I needed. I tried calling for a refill and was at first told that they needed to contact my doctor. I could not understand and no one was able to make me understand why this was needed when there were 3 refills and did not expire until July 2021. They have never had to contact my doctor before and since I had received four other prescriptions prescribed by the same doctor. Then when I called again I was told again about the doctor who I knew for a fact was on vacation and again was given the run around but no reason why my doctor had to be contacted. Then finally last Friday, I was told they were waiting for the medication to be delivered and would be contacted when it came. This medication was not given to me until today when I called very upset about the shoddy treatment I felt have been receiving. I remember the gentleman who use to be head of the pharmacy department who has since retired. When Fred was at this store, if they were out of particular medication he would call other stores to see who had it and then would tell where to go. Since his retirement the pharmacy staff aren't as efficient and therefore, I feel I have no recourse but to take my business to your competitors. I'm a senior citizen and have several friends who frequent this pharmacy and we all have been complaining about the poor service since Fred's retirement. You are loosing customers and will continue to loose them if this incompetence persists.

This morning the online prescription renewal at 318_797-3665, is stating it is having problems refilling prescriptions. So, just before 11am, I call my local CVS Pharmacy to place the renewal (located on the corner of Youree and 70th in Shreveport, LA). I am on hold for 30 minutes and then get disconnected. I am on hold a second time and it has already been...

People are always in the store not wearing masks. The manager tried to enforce the mask policy the last time I was in the store and the man he confronted got in the manager's face and was verbally abusive. He still bought his beer at the checkout and left. The signs that state masks are required are outside the store. I decided to go to CVS this week hoping...

Sadly for far too long there has been one issue after another with CVS & with CVS Caremark.
Too many to get into now, but the State of CT is apparently in some form of corruption with CVS / CVS Caremark forcing those of us on state plan through employment to only be able to fill 90 supply's for mail order through Caremark.
More frustration than it is worth! The hold times whether fir the store or online are insane and ridiculous to get to someone who is incompetent or straight out lie and pull the answer they may give ya out of their [censored].
You wait wait wait fir prescriptions that more often than not need another call or many re- written prescription from your doctors office.
If they are to finally send a prescription, you could wait weeks until another prescription they have is "ready" to be shipped.
It's just a frustrating bs process and I think they ought to be out of business.
