CVS review: Gift card at store #4041

I purchase 4 Gift cards at CVS for Christmas gifts. When going to redeemed them all 4 had been tampered with $150.00 each
Called and got a case #S10209250
At the time of my call I had to read my Receipt #'s to the Gentleman
also the dates and times. He took my phone # and email but I have yet to hear from anyone! (He said it would take 7 to 10 business days, we are going on 3 weeks.
Can someone get back to me. They were Christmas gifts for my Granddaughters.

The Store I bought the cards in was is in Port St Lucie Florida. Store #4041
The Store employees wee no help what's so ever. (could care less)
They did tell me they know they have a problem.
2 cards were bought on 12/2/23 both for $150.00
It was the Visa Gift Cards - TRN # was 2133
The other 2 were bought on 12/5/23 again for $150.00 each
Visa Gift cards - TRN # - 5986
All 4 cards were activated...
