These very young pharmacy grads need alot to learn about customer relations, what ever happened to the customer is always right.? I ordered a very specific prescription refil for Shingles of my eye (neurontin) that I have been taking every month since january I paid 83.00 for my prescription & went home. When I got home I realized it was an ointment I had not needed since June. I went back this morning, (the girl that filled was not there). Another pharmicist told me since I took it home I cannot return it ( federal law) I told them it was their mistake and to refund my money . She would not, She said I was a liar and that I had specifically ordered the ointment therfore I would not be refunded. I repeated it was a store mistake, she said I must be deaf because I was NOT hearing her. At that point I attempted to grab the prescription from her hand, My nail scratched her finger, she started screaming I assulted her & called 911 to say she had been assulted. I walked outside without the merchandice I paid $83.oo for and waited for the police. I disputed the charge that's all I can do. I will Never go back in that store.
@psuguy58, it seems you are defending the actions of the CVS pharmacist? CVS messed up. You seem to want to blame the customer for "TRUSTING" the pharmacist. There are many people who cannot pick up they're own prescriptions because they are ill. Shouldwe fault them as well. The proff is in the puddin... there are TOO many complaints about CVS. I will NEVER put my safety-life in the hands of CVS again.
@psuguy58, you have 645 comments on all kinds of topics, seems you are "master of all" you had something nasty/sartcastic/derogotory to say to each and every one of your 645 comments. you really need to GET A LIFE!
you really must be a miserable person, look in the mirror buddy.
@psuguy58 & Shawn Rinzee are the same miserable racist person who hates blacks. Look at the 2 profile's the language is identical. Location: Charlotte NC
Hey ###, People do not always think properly when feeling sick or are ill. I guess you have never been sick before. Maybe in the head. you sorry ###.
@Brenda, I have read some of your comments as well, I would not be one to talk about name calling.. Glass houses & Stones...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Per your situation, they should've gotten it right, yes, but people make mistakes. You should always try and remember to check your prescription before you leave because you cannot bring it back once you have left. This is a true policy. It is unfortunate that this occurred and you should try contacting their corporate office just to let them know how you feel.
You definitely should not have tried to take it out of her hand. That was way out of line and can be considered lower level assault (assault does not have to be large physical arm, it can be touch that is frightening or inappropriate). What you did was not okay, and the clerk has every right to press charges.
It's amazing that a man can justify in his own mind that assaulting a young female (physically, verbally, or otherwise) is OK with a statement such as "the customer is always right". This is a prime example of why that statement couldn't be further from the truth.
Yes! Didn't you know?
My bad, I thought this consumer had balls.
You are lying or a complete ###.
There is no possible WAY you could have payed that without noticing the HUGE price change.
Not to mention there gabapentin looks nothing like a ointment, regardless of the fact it doesn't even come in a topical form. This is what most likely happened...
You: I need to refill a medication...oh whats it called...I know it's for my eye...
CVS: Okay, I see it in your profile I'll have them fill that for you (assuming you are talking about your eye ointment which is a perfectly reasonable line of thought) .
You: *get home* OH ###! I got the wrong thing! I didn't mean that!
I'm 99% sure this is what happened. If you knew what you were ordering they wouldn't have skipped back all the way to June in your profile. If you had the RX number like your supposed too there would have been no chance of that happening as well. Leaving us with you forgot what the hell you were supposed to get. It's YOUR responsibility as the patient to know what the hell you're on/picking up/taking. I hate it when people, such as yourself, come to refill but have forgotten what they need and want us to play the guessing game.
