My son was sick, I set him up with telehealth visit. He lives at the dorm at the time many other kids were having same symptoms, sore throat, cough, cold. There were given antibiotics and felt better. He wanted/needed /requested the same. He had the same symptoms. Set up the appointment so he would not have to leave the dorm and exposed others. I felt that is would be an easy visit, basically just needing an antibiotic. However, this was the WORSE visit ever. The physician wrote tessalon pearls, no antibiotic, called to a pharmacy that was no where near him that was closed. Many other issues. I had to pay again to go to Avencina to get Zpak and he immediately felt better. So instead of missing and feeling better quicker, her "refusing" caused his health to deteriote worse causing more days missed from school, others affected and another visit. Wasted time and money. I called numerous times and complained. I was told my copay would be refunded and has not. Can you please help me resolved this matter?
