I had called in a new prescription before the expiration date, as I usually do, a few days ahead. I hadn't made it to the pharmacy immediately, but received a text today to pick up my prescription. When I arrived, they pulled my prescription out of the bin, rang it up on the register, then told me it expired and that I couldn't have it. They made me leave without my prescription and told my company care representative that would not deliver it the next day once it's renewed. Never has a pharmacy ever done this before, and I hope my company reconsiders a new pharmacy for our company plan.
