I am writing to express my profound disappointment and utter dismay at the abhorrent behavior displayed by one of your pharmacists, Ajami Taylor, at CVS Pharmacy store 786 located on N Germantown Parkway. The recent encounter my husband had with Ms. Taylor epitomizes a complete disregard for professionalism, customer care, and basic human decency.

On a Sunday evening, when my husband, a diabetic in dire need of insulin, approached Ms. Taylor to retrieve his prescription, he was met with nothing short of disdain and disrespect. Instead of providing the necessary medication promptly and with empathy, Ms. Taylor chose to unleash a torrent of rudeness and arrogance upon him.

It is beyond comprehension that a healthcare professional, entrusted with the well-being of customers, would blatantly deny medication to a patient, especially one as crucial as insulin. Despite being made aware of my husband's urgent need for his medication, Ms. Taylor callously dismissed his concerns and callously informed him that his prescription would be transferred elsewhere, further exacerbating an already distressing situation.

What is even more alarming is the apparent impunity with which Ms. Taylor conducts herself. It is deeply troubling to learn from store officials that her unprofessional behavior is not an isolated incident but rather a persistent concern. The fact that she continues to wield authority in such a reprehensible manner, seemingly shielded by some form of corporate protection, is both unacceptable and reprehensible.

No individual should ever be subjected to such treatment, especially when their health and well-being hang in the balance. It is unfathomable that CVS Pharmacy, a company purportedly committed to customer service and healthcare excellence, would allow such egregious misconduct to persist within its ranks.

Failure to address this matter promptly and effectively will only tarnish CVS Pharmacy's reputation further and erode trust in the company's commitment to customer care. I urge you to prioritize the well-being of your customers and uphold the standards of professionalism and integrity that should be the hallmark of every CVS Pharmacy location.

Desired outcome: I urge CVS Pharmacy's corporate office to act swiftly and decisively, including up to termination if necessary. Hold Ms. Taylor accountable and ensure such incidents never happen again. Every customer deserves dignity and respect.
