He opened the cabinet and allowed me to get what I needed, while I was doing that, I asked, why did he stood by and waited for me for assistance, Latino did not respond, I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager, I said, you are the store manager, he repeated, and said, yes, I then proceeded to go to the front, I asked one of the clerks in the front for the store manager, I seen the store manager walk across the floor, told the situation to store manager, did not assist me, was standing right by, I asked the store manager, was the manager, the store manager said the clerk know the clerk was in training, no, he wasn’t the manager, I told the store manager that the, and had ethical issues, . It is the second time, that I went to the particular establishment, and Asian clerk purposely rolled our eyes and me as I approached the desk, the day was October 30, 2023, around 1:40 PM. This type of behavior did not exist, and had they knew, Latino, assistant manager showed up on site. I have been going to that establishment for years, it isn’t until now I receiving races service.
