not paying attention to allergy request
My daughter ordered a vanilla shake, making sure to tell the employee about her daughter's peanut and egg allergies. The computer showed allergies, the receipt showed the allergies, yet the employee proceeded to make her a peanut butter shake. My daughter kept asking why it looked different, and the employee kept saying, "it's ice cream". Finally, she asked what the specks were, and he said, "it's a peanut butter shake". No excuse for this. My granddaughter could have died if she drank any of it! I'm sure my daughter will also be contacting you about this.
mint oreo blizzard
On Friday 8/10/18 I placed an order at the drive up. . While paying at the window I received a call from my daughter asking for a mint oreo blizzard. I ordered a small & watched it being made. Why I didn't say something at the time I do not know. The employee dropped the lid of the mint syrup into the ice cream as well as a large amount of green syrup. My daughter tried to eat it but it was just to nasty. I worked over time etc--& could not get back until 8/12. I explained the situation to the employee at the counter who got her manager. I explained it to the manager who said she could make me a mini because some had been eaten. My daughter of course had eaten some. She wanted a blizzard & was trying to eat it. It is not about the ice cream it is about customer service which was terrible. I will never ever go to that Dairy Queen again.

6 small blizzards or was it soup??
I am not one to be complaining about service as I have been in the service industry for a few decades. I stopped at the DQ located at A-388 St Albert Rd, St. Albert AB, T8N5N6 last evening 10 August, 2018 at 9:32 pm. There were 3 vehicles in front of us in the drive thru, (we waited about 6 mins in line) and the restaurant part was closed. We ordered 5 smalls of the new Reese's Outrageous Blizzards, and a small Oreo Firework, a 1/4 lb burger and a medium Orange Julius costing $42.76. We were asked to pull ahead to await our order and waited approximately 12 mins for it to come to the van. When the two trays of blizzards were brought to us and being handed over I immediately commented on the fact that they were soupy and spilling on me. I took one of the trays and handed it to the passenger and the bottom was wet and dripping, and then grabbed the other with another comment of "should they be this melted". The girl handing them over smiled and said heres the burger, handed me the bag and turned back into the restaurant. I live 2.7 kms away from the restaurant. When I got home they were more like a milkshake, not ice cream, and then I was asked what they were. They were literally soupy and if I wasn't covered with ice cream I would have taken a photo. It bothered me that the treats I brought home for the family was a complete disappointment, and tried to call the store to make a query of the consistency. The call would have been around 10:12 pm, no one answered. I see the commercials and that they are held upside down but I could barely hold mine upright as they poured out of the sides. I am extremely disappointed and feel like a full refund would be the best resolution as no one enjoyed their soups and the mess that came with them.

small cotton candy blizzard
At the streator, Illinois location. Ordered a small cotton candy blizzard at this location which come out like no other I have had. It was basically vanilla milk shake. When questioned they would not make another. Then they did not want to refund me. Shift manager was a 20 something female full of attitude and refused to refund. Then she said her manager said she couldn't refund. Then I asked to see her manager. About 5 minutes later she gave me a refund and then told me with attitude" do not come back!"
What happened to customer care? What's with the attitude problems? This isn't the first time I've had issues at this dairy queen. I'll be staying away for sure.

The employees at the Gardendale, Alabama location are rude and they show no pride in the food/ice cream that they are give to the customers. I personally think that they should be more pleasant and put pride in their work. The ice cream I was handed tonight was poorly dipped and it had chocolate all down the side. It didn't even look pleasant and make me not want to come back to Dairy Queen ever again if this is the way that they are going to severe their customers.

We visited there yesterday at this branch to have blizzard with my son and my sister, to support the campaign. I am just giving you scenario what happen yesterday, this branch wasn't not careful ice cream because they did not washed their utensil properly. My son order SMORES blizzard, and the person who made it did not wash the utensil properly before making blizzard. My son is allergic on peanuts., when she made my son blizzard., she contain the peanuts on it. I have to bring my son at Trillium HOSPITAL last night in Mississauga because he had bad allergic reaction through the peanut butter. People who works here in this branch should be careful making ice cream, wash their utensil to prevent people who is allergy in nuts. This is life and death matters. Thank you for your attention on this matter! Someone has to look this e-mail., and kindly advise me.

My Husband picked up a 6 pack Buster Bar box. When we opened them and ate them, t he nuts were chewy and soft. They tasted old. What a disappointment! He bought them going through a town 12 miles from us and had them in his cooler until home, so they were still frozen when we opened them, and too far to take back to complain. I just paid over 12 bucks for two medium blizzards. I was charged EXTRA to remove an ingrediant from one The Reece Peanut Butter Cups/ Reeces pieces summer special (removed the Reece Pieces) and for Hot fudge that us supposed to be in in the Heath Blizzard. The total was over 12 dollars for two medium Blizzards. Hot fudge is supposed to come in the Heath Blizzard and there was barely any Heath Candy in the blizzard. They apparently never put Hot Fudge in their Heath Blizzards and seemed surprised that it is supposed to be in in it. When I pointed out it was a standard ingredient they said they were sorry but charged me anyway. The location is in a strip Mall and was not the best example of a Dairy Queen in look either.

The ice cream we got was good although they made our ice cream first so it was basically melted by the time we got our other food but our food was absolutely DISGUSTING! The veggies on our burgers were disgusting, they were dry and after I ate just 2 bites I couldn't even eat it anymore. I couldn't believe they were serving it to people. Our fries we cold and I could clearly tell were old. We also tried an order of cheese curds that we will never get again because they were WAY over cooked the cheese was all melted out. It was incredible. We called the place to tell them and they put us on hold and never picked the phone back up.

I was visiting the town of Sherman, TX. Stop in to treat my son to a mini blizzard for his birthday when the worker of Dairy Queen gave us our blizzard, he didn't turn them upside down, because if did, it would of made a mess, because the blizzard was melted. It also took them while to give them to us. He said he was sorry for the blizzards, so I didn't complain about it to the manager. Later when we got home, I told my friend about the situation with the blizzard and told me you should of gotten free blizzard. That's why Dairy Queen turns them upside down.

My husband, five children, and I were traveling through Stanford Ky when we stopped for ice cream. While we were dining inside a gentleman at the counter got very upset. He witnessed while his dessert was being made that the banana was handled with bare hands plus a the servers finger went in it. All he wanted was his money back. The general manager working was African American and started to argue with him. She was very very rude to him. She accused him of making racist remarks. Which we all witnessed that he did not. He only said it didn't matter what color that wasn't sanitary for fingers to go in food. That he doesn't know where her hands have been. We totaled agree with him. I work in the health field and there is too much hepatitis c and a outbreaks lately in Kentucky. The cashier did apologize to him after giving his money back and told him have a nice day but we heard the general manager tell her not to tell him sorry. The way they treated him was awful and we lost our appetites and left. If he calls corporate then we witnessed it. Today's date is 08/05/18 545 pm EST.

We were on our way to Piegon Forge, Tennessee and stopped at the Dairy Queen in Cherokee, North Carolina. As soon as we ordered the girl taking our order had an absolute awful attitude and didn't seem to want to take our order. Very rude and slamming things down on the counter. We also went back to ask for some sauce and she charged us way over for it. Just had a really bad attitude including the rest of the staff. The bathrooms were very nasty and not well kept up.

I went through drive thru ordered 30 dollars worth of ice cream asked for extra strawberries on my sundae cause last time they were so cheap and gave me literally nothing and 1 strawberry. This go around they gave me extra sauce x3 which was quite ignorenant the sauce was all over the outside of the container and when I opened the lid it spilled every where as it was all ready melted (I live two minutes away ) so it shouldn't of been melted as where the blizzard the two peanut butter parfaits a dipped cone and a orange Julius which tasted like water I had called to complain and the shift manager female no name given was rude and snoty I didn't not appreciate her ignorance one bit when I pulled up to the window after sitting for quite sometime all the ice cream was already sitting there so hence why everything was melted they should not make ice cream until the people actually pull up to the window as everyone waits a long time anyways for their food when I was explaining she was short and saying that I quote honey the ice cream doesn't stay frozen forever and in my reply I said no duh I'm not that stupid and like I said all the ice cream was made already before we even pulled up to the window this female shift manager no name was very rude and snooty so I believe you should not have a person like that working in customer service and believe me when I say I should know I myself was once in the customer service business and I would never dare talk to a customer the way she did so I really hope that this gets dealt with as soon as possibly and in proper manner or I will be taking this further then here thank you for you cooperation

Request for customer service review : I have Free coupon from Broncos Kids Club for Free Cone Ice Cream. When present this coupon to Gabe she told me this coupon is expired. When i told her this coupon never expired she told me i am not going to use this coupon in Rude Mannger in front of other people. When i requested to talk to manager she told me we don't have manager on Duty while she checked with someone in back office. Also ice cream did not made correctly. We had really bad experience with this particular location. I want to discuss this behaviour with District Manager regarding how this behaviour will change otherwhise i will do live recording next time and put it on social media.

My husband went and got 2 Deluxe Nacho's and a chicken stop basket. Got to the house we blessed our food and began to eat, 1 my Nacho's were supposed to be -jalapeños. 2 There was no meat .3 We went back up there and my husband to the food in side. Before we drove off I opened the bag and I could not believe my eyes. Your employees had took the same plates and dumped meat on top of the same plates, mind you on top of the vegetables. I was so disappointed we threw the food in the trash and that six because that is our families favorite place to get Nacho's. Oh yeah the had the audacity to give my husband 2 mini blizzard tokens...

I wish I could download a photo of the hamburgers I have received from this location in the pass 5 years I have wrote serval reviews on DQ. The last time I went there they charged my card 12.36 for double cheese burger meal. Told them it was wrong they gave me my money back in cash then charged my card again 5.46. Well today I got ordered the same meal and it came cold again and with some much mustard it was like a dirty dipper mustard everywhere am tired of this service I sure wish they open another restaurant in town where we work.

I stopped at the DQ here in Boise on overland to get a box of dilly bars with my gift card which had the receipt attached showing the balance remaining on the gift card. I was promptly told that it was not a gift card, only the header that gift cards are attached to. It is not a header it is a gift card with the receipt showing the balance remaining on the card and the side number but they refused to honor it. So much for customer service.
I received a Dairy Queen Gift Card, by email, for my birthday. I have tried to use it on three different occasions at two different stores and it has been rejected three times. I have emailed and phoned Dairy Queen about this problem and they have not corrected this problem. This is a rip off!

Went into Havre, MT DAIRY QUEEN, wanted a hamburger non available. Very limited menu plus seating in the hot weather. This is not a Dairy Queen that I am accustomed to buying food from. My family expected hamburgers and chicken strips non were on the menu. Being on vacation you expect close to the same menu as all Dairy Queen's I will not visit this store .

My name is Sharique Sheikh. I was a customer on 7/31/2018 at middletown, ny location around 6:30 PM. I came across a very uncomfortable situation. While I entered a non-busy store to order a strawberry banana smoothie. My friend with me had given his order first and then I was asked for my order. The cashier, who didn't think to ask if it was a separate order, then asked me what I wanted then was told its separate. She then disregarded me only assisting my friends order and not even acknowledging my existence. She could've guided me towards the other cashier who was readily available and who also kept his mouth shut the entire time, even watching the situation and not asking to help with an order. The initial cashier then even had management constantly assisting her and she not even once told the manager about my existence. My friend had to tell the cashier that I need to order. Does my friend work at dairy queen?
I had to wait 25 minutes to receive my order of a strawberry banana smoothie while other customers were in and out with their orders who ordered after me.
I had the worst experience in my entire life here that I've never experienced in a restaurant before. I deserve a better customer experience.
The management even gave a nasty look and only one time asked her staff if they worked my order . I even politely asked for an upgrade to large because of all the disappointment towards me but again I was disregarded not acknowledged.

my Grandfather just passed away last night and I was just there trying to get dinner for my kids. They were a mess and not behaving I'll admit but the manager there Jessica just kept giving me dirty looks and actually started to say something rude to the other employees. I actually heard her say "I dont f*ing understand why parents spoil their kids for being little [censored] heads" I'm not one to complain but that was down right disrespectful and if that's the type of management there I'll make sure my family and I never go there again
