We visited the Batesville Dairy Queen on Sunday, 08-26-2018. First stop was the restroom in which it looked neglected. Upon walking out, the walls and floors looked dirty. We waited in line for around 10 min. It was in the middle of the afternoon not lunch or dinner time. When it was my turn to order, the young cashier gave me a dirty look and did not say hi or anything. She walked away after telling me my total without telling me to insert for payment or she would be right back. Another young man came up to ring us out. We ordered 2 blizzards. Both of them were dripping all over everywhere. We couldn't even get out the door with them. Another customer observed this and total the nice young man. He agreed to make then over and was very nice. I had ordered a small dish of ice cream for our dogs. The cashier forgot to put on my receipt. I told her and she snapped back she was ringing up then. She had taken another customer in between. She did not say sorry or let me get that for you or anything. I asked for a drink carrier and she threw it at me. I love Dairy Queen ice cream but I can assure u I will never go back to Batesville again. I walked out with my order after 20 min so frustrated.

I was wondering when it became a company policy to not thank your customers or even speak to them once they are at the drive thru window other then saying the total of your bill? I was at the Waco Dr. Waco Texas location today. I placed my order, went to the drive thru, cashier told me my total, another employee handed me my order then shut the window. The attitude this location gives off is probably not what DM's or higher would like to represent your company. But, it does...I will not stoop to there level of rudeness, so your welcome Dairy Queen for your business today

I went through the drive thru to grab a double cheeseburger and wrap. I get home to eat it the wrap was wrong. I asked for a honey mustard grilled chicken wrap and a double cheeseburger made like a deluxe. Well niether of those were right. Well I didn't know the burger was wrong until I went back up there and got back with the right wrap. Well anyways I go in to get it remade. Well the "manager" on duty was absolutely rude. Cut me off in the middle of a sentence saying "ma'am we'll fix it" in a rude snobby voice. Then as I'm waiting for the wrap made correctly she rudely almost yelling at a new employee (who shouldn't work the drive thru considering she messed up my order and barely knows the buttons) saying "you have to let them know what it is by hitting a special instructions button. However there's a button specifically for honey mustard when hitting the wrap button. Well not only that but was standing there telling another employee too "make a chocolate cone and a hot fudge sundae" in her rude snobby voice when she's highly capable of it. Not only that but doesn't even hand my remade food in a bag or hand it to me in general she slid it too me. It wasn't even rolled all the way up. I wish the manager was there tonight as she always solves things is a calm respectful manner. I highly don't think "Jessica" should be supervising a store. She's rude and doesn't have the best customer service. Nor did she have a name tag on I had too ask somebody her name.

Today I went to Dairy Queen's at 12:27 p.m. I placed an order . The gentleman that took my order was fine. As I waited for my order, I noticed the gentleman with the greenish hair constantly wiping his hands on his shirt and pants . Then, he picked up a ice cream cone to make one for a customer. Next, the female with the yellow nails was fixing her hair into a ponytail in the view of customers as she talked to her coworkers. I've worked in food service before, So I was immediately alarmed. I went over and said I did not want the chili cheese dog and told her what I observed. She said the cook is in the back and he wears gloves. I was nervous after that . I received my order and prayed over it and hoped the cook handled the food with care. My funnel cake was hard and cold. It's normally warm and softer. I was too afraid to reorder, fearful something would be done to my food, especially after my first complaint inside. This incident has made me not want to come back to Dairy Queen to be honest. The ladies response to my concern and seeing how it was so casual for them to do that caused alarmed.

so I was in the DQ in Gillette, WY and the GM, Courtney Shnack (sh-knock), was cursing and yelling and threatening her employees for mistakes. My best friend works there and it was very rude of the general manager to yell at her for one little mistake. I thought managers were suppose to be helpful? Not mean and rude to employees. chicken wrap
My son wanted a chicken wrap instead of 2pc chicken strips kids meal, staff asked the manager (Raqueal) who seemed too have no time or care for my son's request, they wouldn't do it so instead I had too order the wrap plus fries plus drink, it's sad these company's wanna rip off the people making it possible for there franchise too exist...i will never come back too this location again as I feel the customer or guest is unwanted and powerless.
quality of food ~ microwaved food and partially cooked
The food at this DQ location is not cooked thoroughly especially the fires weren't cooked all the way. After eating at this location I became very sick as I got some food poisoning from the under cooked food that I was served, the food is either cooked then set aside and reheated or else they just cook it in a microwave. Which should not be used as frequently as they use it. I will not return to this location for food again other than ice cream. Very unsatisfied with the quality.

After building the excitement to my grandchildren of going to Dairy Queen and a 46 minute drive to get there we patiently waited in the drive thru line contemplating all the yummy treats to be had and trying to decide which one to choose. It was finally our turn to order so it was to be a Summer Berry Cheesecake Blizzard and a Peanut Buster Parfait. When we received our treats at the window, I said "oh excuse me but I ordered a Summer Berry Cheesecake Blizzard"...she said "that is"...I said "but I thought it had fruit in it and it looked a different color on the picture"( which is how and why it was chosen)...her response..."well that is and they NEVER look like the picture" and she shut the window. Even my 3 1/2yr old grandchild could tell it looked NOTHING like the pictures displayed as that is how it was chosen. The lack of taste didnt help either, you know there is an issue if a 3 1/2yr old is not interested in even making a dent in their ice cream treat..which is truly a treat in our family as we save it for a family outing just as it was when I was a chiod. As for the Peanut Buster Parfait...I've eaten quite a few in my 50yrs. Used to get real excited back in the day when they would go on special for .99 but this one was sub par as well.
My biggest issue was the customer service and lack of pride in the product. After all, my previous experiences at other locations had me talking up ice cream treats, loading 2 very small children and trekking 46 min to this location for an outing but DEFINITEY WON'T do that again.
overcharging customers

I visited the Dairy Queen in Plattsmouth Nebraska today around 8:45pm where i was charged 17.27$ for the following: 2 small cones in a cup, 1 med cone dipped in chocolate, a medium pineapple mango smoothie and 1 regular cheesburger. Upon receiving my receipt i saw that the total on my receipt was only 14.03$ when we went back into the establishment they only refunded us the 14.03 and still kept the difference from the 17.27$ originally charged. 2 drive through girls a blonde heavier set girl and brunette (THE MANAGER) both told us that same over priced total as if it was okay to over charge a customer.!
They were both aware of what they were doing and still didn't refund the money to us when we complained. I don't believe this is the first time we were over charged but this is the first time i requested the receipt after questioning such a high total on items not that expensive. I hope you do an investigation on this store as i feel violated and do not want to bring my business back to a place i can't even trust my money with. Those girls should be fired because i fear there are alot of people who spent hard earned money and the money is going into these girls pockets instead of to the business. They are lucky i didn't call the police because in my eyes they stole from you and us.

West 105 th Lennett Cleveland Ohio. On the Internet it says they're open till 11 the door so it's open till 11. It says on the sign drive-through closes at 10. We get there they have the doors locked everything is closed this is not the first time this is happened. People are inside working and they refuse to let anyone in or wait on anyone. If they're getting paid by the hour I hope they're employer is not paying them by the hour because they are not waiting on customers. I wasted my night to go up there to buy ice cream and there was no one waiting on customers yes I am mad.
flamethrower burger
Hello my name is Elizabeth Carter and submitting a complaint today for receiving a half fixed burger missing a paddy and slice cheese and made very sloppy. The manager served us and threw our receipt away and did not want to give it to my husband and I. Both burgers we're missing the other paddy. They were served cold and messy. The manager seemed very bugged to fix our order. We waitied 10mins extra for a receipt. He had a very poor attitude. I bought a #1 burger with a order of cheese fries. I also ordered an order of another cheese fries, and one order of chili cheese fries. After waiting 20-25 minutes, I finally got my order. I experienced employee's just standing there all together talking. While waiting, I noticed how dirty the floors were behind the counter; food, trash, ect under prep tables. Along with the floors being black in color. Not expressive what so ever. Its obvious; that inspections don't mean much by-whoever. Finally received order, took food and left. Get down the road; and wife realizes we have no utensils to eat cheese, and chili cheese fries with. Turn around to get utensils. Get to window, which I was given a " Sorry Sir " get on highway, go to eat, and fries were mushy. And not from the cheese, or chili. Fries were all stuck together, and cold . Daughter ate about 1/4 of burger, and threw it away. Wife and I tried to eat our chili cheese fries, and just cheese fries. Nasty food, period. Whoever does your inspection; must not now they're job, or just don't care period. I have 2 boys that work in fast food. And if they're work place was to ever get like this Dairy Queen

I'm not sure why, when you pay extra for extra toppings in your blizzards sometimes there is a a bit extra but most the time I have actually had less than if I hadn't ordered any extra! Isn't there a certain amount that u pay for each and every time! ? Is there a certain measurement that your employees are suppose to use? If So I'm thinking you may need to go over that with them again! Thank you!

I have lived in Yorktown all my life and I have finally gave up on the dq here..the staff is terrible..they have not answerd there phone in 3 weeks..if you place an order it takes 1 hour to receive it and then it's wrong every time..the food is wrong..the food is gross..if you order an ice cream they can't even make it right..they use rotten bananas and it's terribel
treated rudely at drive thru
I Just came from the location at chain lake drive in Bayers lake, Halifax, Nova Scotia. I was treated very rudely by the girl working at the drive thru window. I was not given a receipt. I want to relay how rude she was to me. She glared at me in anger when I asked for lids on my blizzard so that it would not melt before I got home. She openly ignored me when I asked for my receipt and shut the window on my face. I was very frustrated with how rudely she treated me. It happened today, August 15, at around 8:00pm. I would appreciate someone following up on this.
dipped cone
Today(Tues Aug 14/18), my husband and I went through your drive-through, as is our tradition after his cancer treatments. He ordered a large dipped cone as he always does. It's our tradition and it always makes him feel better. Today, we got the usual but paid $2 more for this sad looking cone...this is the second time. We brushed it off the first time...mistakes can be made and it's not a big deal, but the second time, well, it seemed like a bit of a rip off. The store seems a bit sad and tired. The outside has some new tables on the deck area, but the inside is in need of an update.
I'm not looking for anything, other than to provide you some feedback from a customer that loves going for cones and would like to continue going, and being satisfied with the service and product. I'm not the only person amongst my group of friends and acquaintances who have noticed this.

The general manager of Dairy Queen Karissa is rude her kids are always running around screaming and yelling.. Her little boy takes food off of customers plates throws salt and pepper at them.. When she is told by an employee about the complaint she gets him takes him to the office and then yells and screams at him. She very rude to her employees and tells others about her employees that have personal problems goin on.. She likes to bully her employees one after another until she gets what she wants.. She comes in whever she wants takes food without paying for it and takes money out of the drawers or takes a company check and leaves..

This isnt the first time I've made a complaint with no response or action but I decided after being at the dr office all morning I'd give them another chance. Well I was told to pull ahead and they would bring my food out. Which was by no means the problem. The girl brings my food out and not only is it cold but she waited on the other side of the fence until I got out of my car to come and get my own food. I'm pregnant and was miserable and just ready to go home. I felt that was so disrespectful of her. I definitely will not be back.

The employee in the Winner, South Dakota area have been going to the local bar in their uniforms and getting into fight and arguments. The main person doing this is Josh Cooper. Josh Cooper, Brindi Felix, and Ashley Antoine were in a brawl wherein they ganged another person. They have also been witnessed smoking marijuana cigarettes with Danielle DuBray, whom is another employee. They are out in the community and simply out of control...in your uniforms.
building temp and wrong food items
Went to Bloomington Il. last evening and ordered two meals. Was planing to eat in but changed our minds as the room temp was so cold. When they brought our orders they didn't turn the blizzards upside down and its a good thing because they weren't as thick as a milk shake even. when I got my cheeseburger opened it had everything on it and ordered onion only. We go to DQ in Clinton Il a couple times a week and have never had any problems. We have also been at another DQ in Bloomington, with no problems. We visit Springfield, Decatur, and Collinsville, all in Il. and have never had a bad experience. Don't know why all the problems at this DQ at 1528 E. College, Bloomington.
