used napkin inside the bottom of sundae cup
On October 11th around 8:30 pm my daughter and I went to the Dairy Queen located in North East, Pa. My daughter had ordered a medium peanut butter sundae. She got full and handed it to me. I proceeded to feed it to my dog and in doing so I noticed something at the bottom of the cup. It felt sponge like to me. At first I thought maybe it was a big piece of peanut butter but I kept pushing on it with the spoon. I grabbed it out and rinsed it off and it was a good size piece of a crumpled up napkin. I did let the store know about the incident. They said I could get another sundae or a refund but I felt it was pretty important to let someone know. Thank you.

There's roughly 20 min left to closing. I'm at a Las Vegas location. ([protected]@Sahara) I pull up to the drive thru and ask if they're still open after waiting 2 min for someone to speak up on the intercom. Immediately, the menu board lights shut off and the whole restaurant goes dark. I don't hear so much as a "no" from an employee. No response to my question. Just complete silence.

Date 9/8/18. DQ in Creswell Oregon. 4:57 pm (they were not busy-only one other customer in the building) I don't see a customer #. G-0089 Tent # 85 are on my receipt. I got to DQ with my grandkids. Mid order they changed cashiers at the register. The person who took over helping me was so difficult to understand that I gave up. He got my order wrong twice. We sat down to wait for our order. When it arrive my youngest grandsons meal was missing. Worker went and got it but didn't bring the kids meal drink that was ordered with it. I had to ask for it. We had ordered blizzards and paid asking to have after our meal. The worker came back when we were almost done with our meal and asked if we were ready for our blizzards and I said yes. He never returned. 10 minutes later I went up to ask about the blizzards.They had not even started making them. I waited another 5 minutes and the guy brought out 1 of 4 blizzards. I had asked for lids but it didn't have one so he took it back and didn't return again for another 5 minutes. When he brought out two of the 4. I asked which was which and he didn't know. Then he finally showed up with the other two and didn't know which kind was which. I left. It took us 30 minutes to get our 4 blizzards (3 small and 1 mini). The kids meal came with a .50 cent off coupon for a mini blizzard which they did not use on the mini blizzard I ordered. When I complained all they said was "sorry" in a very condescending tone. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I was at Dairy Queen and ordered a strawberry cheese cake blizzard when I received it it only have to little pieces of strawberry in it, so the ice cream didn't even taste like straw at all but in the Center of my blizzard was a lot of peanut butter and Reese's pieces which was not what I ordered and obviously from the previous persons order .was not impressed and a waste of my money .the workers need to clean the machine in between. Ok went there for dinner today around @515 pm. Had ordered I was told if came to $20 something I asked how is that possible when it should've been @$8 total. They preceded to tell me it ends at 4pm. Ok here's my problem their young 1- no where does it say that it ended. 2- supposedly "a" mgr said it ended at 4. ( which wasn't there) 3-commercial does not give hrs either. 4- I wasn't offered this deal . What happened to customers are right " within reason". We basically left we did not eat there and I was looking forward to this since learning about said special. And this is one of two DQ'S near my home.

I was at the DQ in Oakridge, OR and had to wait for over an hour just to get a small ice cream cone from the drive-through. They apologized at the window, and gave me 3 coupons for 3 free cones. I found out later that they were expired. The kids inside looked stoned out of their minds, and were laughing hysterically. Not very happy about the whole experience.

I went in to order lunch on menu but they told me to leave the store. My coupon that was not digital and not from the mobile app. I was very disappointment how the cashier handled not serving me. I need this issue resolved somehow. I want store credit or get a coupon for the things I want for free off the coupon . I had but I need a new one cause the coupon expired.

sexual abuse against the boy living in my home.
The boy living in my home quit his position of over two years of working at D.Q. due to the sexual advances, and inappropriate touching, and maneuvers that were made by a fellow staff member. The woman was much older. The the boy began his position with your company he was just 16. The inappropriate touching began right away. The boy immediately began complaining to the upper management. There were no verbal warnings, nor write ups given to this woman at any time. The boy made several attempts to bring these sexual advances to the management's attention over the two year period. This has affected my boy in very frightening and negative ways.
I would like to know, what Dairy Queen is prepared to do in order to compensate the boy, in order for him to be able to pay for rent, food, utilities, as he has had to move out of his home and in with us, as we are able to counsel him at this time. We cannot afford to pay fo all of his amenities however.

Dairy Queen on 2734 W Camelback rd, Phoenix, AZ is the most disgusting Dairy Queen I have ever been to! We ordered three small blizzards and one of them had a nasty long hair in it that we pulled out. We then nicely asked for a refund and the little girls in there with ugly attitudes refused to make us a new one because "there was no hair in it". Never ever have I been refused for a refund at any business in my whole entire life. Once we asked to speak to the owner that was supposedly there, we got a "she doesn't handle customers response" and "she's going to tell you the same thing". We then asked to speak to this so called owner that would be working there @11 pm at night and never saw them. I am very disappointed and disgusted in this business coming from a previous DQ employee. We then went to the one on Northern and they too made a mistake and they dod NOT hesitate to remake ours. They apologized nicely and did not mind remaking it like a GOOD RAN BUSINESS! Take notes please cause this Dairy Queen needs a lot of work. We're just upset that a refund wasn't placed. I spent $15 for literally no ice cream and a bad experience that'll scar me for life...

We went to Dairy Queen on Labor Day at approximately 8:15pm to get a free blizzard fir my 16 year old Son who had downloaded the app. He presented it to the gentleman at the drive thru and he wouldn't give him the blizzard free. He didn't offer any suggestions on what he needed to do with this app, it was clear that My Son was there for the promotion.
He should have helped him, and I feel Dairy Queen owes My Son a free blizzard,

I went to DQ yesterday for the first time with my daughters. We order off the lunch menu four, $6 dollars lunch specials. I also ordered a chili cheese dog for $2.99 and two banana splits for $8.78. The cashier said my total was $55.74, I said how much he replied $55.74. After I paid him he gave me my change with no receipt. I asked for my receipt and he gave it to me. As, I was waiting I started to calculate the total and he saw that and quickly came over and said that he had over charged me. I should have been paying $38.36 not $55.74 a difference of $17.38. I'm pretty sure this is not the first time this employee have done that. What kind of employees are DQ hiring and what does this say about DQ integrity. Not only that when I got to my car I checked to make sure I got everything and they forgot the c/c dog. As, I was ready to eat I notice the c/c dog looked like it had been sitting for some time and the bun was hard. That will be my first and last time at DQ. DQ by Walmart dishonest employee.

I waited for almost an hour at the DQ in Oakridge, Oregon (Highway 58) for a small ice cream cone. When I finally got to the window, I was given coupons for 3 free cones only to find out that they are all expired! The employees were laughing and joking around at the drive-through window like they were stoned. Very unprofessional. Not happy. Just wanted to let you know.

We arrived at Dairy Queen in Marysville at 9:20 p.m. and they close at 10 we wanted hot dogs which they said was not available they did not have any so we proceeded to order nachos we start at the tables on the outside of the store and which a rat ran across my daughter's feet I sent her in to buy a soda with a $5 bill and she only got changed back I had to go in and ask how much the drink was and the cashier had shorted us $2 we also ordered ice cream to pick up after we were done eating I went in to pick those up and they made my daughter Sunday what she ordered sprinkles coconut and Reese's cup pieces she had literally for slivers of coconut very little Ricci cup and they had to put the sprinkles on cuz they forgot she also asked for swirl ice cream mix chocolate vanilla she got vanilla only I proceeded to ask what their names were nobody was wearing a name tag the store was very filthy at first they weren't going to give me any names then finally a young guy came up to me and I asked him are you the manager he said I am one of them and I explained to him everything that happened and his reply was did you already eat the ice cream before we have a chance to fix it so we just left it at that and he did tell me his name was Alex and the young lady finally told me her name was Cassie the store was very dirty and very unprofessional thank you for your time

We chose to dine @DQ, located in Warren PA. We arrived there around 2030EST[8:30pm], Friday evening, 31August2018. The store didn't seem that busy. Only 2 parties ahead of us. We quickly, within a few minutes knew what we wanted, just unsure where the line was. Only 1 register was manned part-time. There were a lot of workers milling around behind the counter, tho, seemingly NO ORGANIZATION. We kept trying to make contact with workers, to try to have SOMEONE take our order. My husband and I are both disabled, I'm on a cane, cannot stand long. We had waited AT LEAST 20 min when another younger couple came in with baby. They ended up being waited on, within a few minutes of arrival. NOW... 1) what happened to courtesy... and inquiring who is NEXT IN LINE? 2) Is this how your younger workers respect their elders, albeit visibly handicap ones!? 3) during our wait, ... we saw more incompetence, laziness - "looking busy" but not. Out right RUDENESS, as we were clearly IGNORED! I stayed calm, and all... until that couple was waited on by a young man... then I began to heckle! I will NOT choose to patronize any establishment and be IGNORED... A restaurant is supposed to SERVE, and provide equitable customer service to all their patrons. THIS CLEARLY DID NOT HAPPEN FRIDAY NIGHT AT YOUR WARREN PA STORE! I WILL NOT BE INSULTED AGAIN, AND DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN! I used to patronize many DQs through the years, enjoying the service & food... I do not know what happened! The younger generation, … being lazy, unorganized, incompetent, etc...
Resolution - RE-TRAIN AND TRAIN MORE THOROUGHLY YOUR STAFF, TO BE COURTEOUS & WELCOMING TO ALL GUESTS! HAVE VISIBLE ORGANIZATION! EVEN WHEN I became vocal about the SERVICE or LACK thereof, AND TAKING CARE OF SOMEONE JUST WALKING IN... I WAS IGNORED! NO ONE ADDRESSED ME, ie. 'Ma'am, I'm sorry for your wait, may I please help you' might have been warranted and welcomed... but NOTHING! IGNORED! So I ramped up the heckling and stormed out making it clear that that store was incompetent, rude, nor a place I will revisit! Instead, I returned to Sheetz, where I was welcomed and given courteous service, AS ALWAYS! If this Chain intends to remain... it cannot treat patrons like we were tonight. It was rude, uncalled for. Especially being of baby-boomer generation, we did NOT deserve that LACK of service or courtesy!

I just purchased 2 "crispy ranch chicken wraps from DQ in Belleville, Ontario. When I got back to work and opened them up, they were grilled and the chicken was not cooked. I understand that mistakes happen, but when the food being served isn't cooked properly, that serves as a problem to me. I also got the wrong order, which wouldn't be a big deal if I was eating in and not going through drive through. On a good note, the service was friendly and fast.

I purchased a blizzard from Dairy Queen in Richmond, KY on 8/30/18 at 8:20pm. I asked for a small peanut butter cup blizzard with EXTRA peanut butter cup. Obviously I expect to get what I pay for. My blizzard had barely any peanut butter cup, and it was all sprinkled on top. When a blizzard with extra stuff is almost $4, I would love to recieve it the way I asked, especially considering I payed extra for extra candy! I basically paid $4 for a cup of vanilla ice cream! Ridiculous

On Sunday, August 26th at around 8;00 pm, I went into the Peace River, Alberta Dairy Queen and purchased over $60 in items and then on another receipt bought 2 large cherry shakes. My issue and had happened before but I figured it was a one time thing. The box of DQ Sandwiches (outrageously priced at $16.99 and so was the box of dilly bars) had obviously been melted and frozen more than once and the biscuit couldn't be peeled out of the wrappers and were just a complete mess and the wrapper was not like it normally is for them like it had been wet and was soggy. Not impressive at all for that price. Totally took the enjoyment out of the supposed treat as even in a bowl, it was like raw dough for the most part and some of them were like flattened out by others in the box. This store is always like this and have had DQ cakes like they had been melted and frozen again and what a shame as we won't waste our money again like that. I used to enjoy them from the time I was quite young. Just wanted to let you know as it is disappointing that the Dairy Queen quality and awesome products are not as they should be in our small town and our options are sort of limited here. Tonight August 27, 2018 I visited the Dairy Queen in Battle Ground Wa. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and 2 'mini blizzards-one salted caramel and 1oreo. The salad was over 5.00-I picked the brown pieces of lettuce out and the 3 inch size pieces and searched for the 4 minute pieces of chicken? Worth over 5.00-no -very disappointed. The salted caramel blizzard was not salted caramel bu Chocolate . I am pretty sure that I will not be visiting Dairy Queen again. Very disappointed in the food quality. cotton candy blizzard
I purchased a large blizzard at the Gull Road location in Kalamazoo, MI. We stopped and the folks I was with didn't want to turn around to ask for them to remake it so I thought I'd email as I did not eat much of this blizzard.
Please see the photos for more detail... the candy in the blizzard had melted together and came as chewy chunks in my blizzard which consisted of vanilla ice cream. I saw him squirt the pink flavoring into the cup but the ice cream came out white and didn't taste at all like cotton candy. The fact they would even serve the chewy melted candy to me was preposterous. He had to have scooped it out of the container that way. I am extremely dissatisfied and if possible, I'd like a voucher to get one last cotton candy blizzard before the season is over from another Dairy Queen.

Our sever spoke so low and poorly, we couldn't understand her.
My wife asked about marshmallow sauce for her sundae, she immediately said, "we don't do that."
Odd, since they have been doing it for the 15 years we have been going to this location.
They made my shake and let it sit and half melt on a counter in a place that had marginal air conditioning on 92 degree day!
We had to yell for the mgr. seems all he could say was yes and no, and had no interest in helping.
My wife's hot fudge sundae had barely a teaspoon of fudge in a large!
This is now the second time in 3 months we have had this happen at this location.
There was a time Dairy Queen meant quality, guess those days are gone.
