manager at roseville, mn location off lexington
I went to order my blizzard through the drive thru yesterday at 7:30 pm on 4/10/18. I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes without hearing a single word from the speaker. I pulled up to the window and asked the worker if their intercom was broken and that I just wanted to order a blizzard and had been sitting there for awhile. He said "no they were just busy". There were 4 workers and no one in the store, with a line of 5 cars behind me. The manager proceeded to say "I ain't dealing with this [censor], we are shutting down". Then said they were closed and not going to make anymore blizzards or ice cream, and refused to take my order. I have never been treated so rudely, ever in my life and will be taking my ice cream needs to Culvers, from now on.

I went to the Dairy Queen in abbottsfield Edmonton last night and the lady had made our two sundaes but she had put more in one then the other. We had asked her to just add the same amount in the other as the bigger one. She argued with us and all we said was that we just wanted the same amount for a product that was the same size. She then proceeded to tell us she was refusing to serve us after we had paid. By that time we had already ok whatever just give us our sundaes. She had to told our driver that she was dumb and closed the window on us. We waited for 40 minutes for our food. And in that time we stayed in the driveway and it was after their lobby had closed she let people in to take their orders. She ended up giving us 5 extra dollars. And she had already given us a banana split that we hadn't touched yet in case we needed to return it.

mint oreo blizzard and other foods
I've visited this store a few times as it's in my home town. today 4/4/18 I got a mint Oreo blizzard and it had cookie dough chunks in it and tatesed like peanut butter. It was mealted and not bleaned. A few months ago I got a chicken strip basket on 2/10 and it was cold. The chicken was cold in the middle and the fries were vary cold. Last mouth I got a hot fudge sundae and it was chocolate surpe not fudge. Cold and tast awful . This dq in cloquet is the worst one. Unclean and the workers are rude. Extremely disappointed in this one store and the company.
kicked out of restaurant for “pda”
I was casually getting food from DQ and sat down to eat, kissed my partner on the cheek and got asked to leave an employee. From the start, my partner and i felt strange, all the employees began to stare. Their attitudes were completely different towards customers purchasing food before us. Since then we've felt unsafe and judged most likely due to the fact we we are same sex couple. I am disgusted by this discriminatory behavior.
That is wrong. You schould not get in trouble for a kiss on the check. Now if you were macking out in front of everyone that is different. Those people need to get a life.

On March 29th my daughter and I were in your Wellington Road location in London Ontario
I ordered 3 blizzards and when it came time to pay I asked your server for the 99 cent deal. It was buy one and get one for 99 cents
Your server said the deal expired on the 28th. I pointed out to her that the sign was still up on the menu board. When i complained her and several staff said that it was a mistake that it was not taken down
I told them that it was not my problem. We were in there around 7 pm so that sign had been up there all day.
After I complained it seemed like they took their time with my order. I also asked for dome lids and instead got regular ones. This is the second time I have had an issue with this location.
I work in retail myself and do not treat people with poor customer service. If you would like to discuss this issue my home number is [protected]

spencer indiana dairy queen
on Friday, March 30 I visited the Spencer Indiana Dairy Queen. When I ordered my food and received my food after the fact I saw the person fixing my food wiping snot from her nose and picking her nose and handling food. At this point I threw my food in the trash spoke to the manager who did absolutely nothing she didn't even speak to the person involved. My family was with me they were disgusted and they themselves did not even order food because of the event. I was not even offered reimbursement for my food. The general housekeeping was atrocious. I recommend an immediate visit by a general manager. The first thing I'm doing Monday morning is contacting the health food department inspector. Very disgusted.

There is a new manager for dairy queen in langley on 203rd Street and when I go there and order he is so cheap with the Toppings I asked for extra cheesecake and I swear there was only 7 pieces and it's happened multiple time since he started not worth the money because he is so chinsy with everything like I'm sure he is trying to save money but even wen I get a Sunday it like half a scoop of source with couple strawberrys

I received a banana split from my local Dairy Queen, to find that in one of my strawberries was a leaf mixed in. It's odd to say, but I can't possibly make this up. It was in one of the strawberries and when I took it out of my mouth, I noticed that it was a leaf. I am quite appalled and disgusted that there was such a thing in my blizzard and would usually never complain, but as this is disgusting, I felt the need to speak up
racism
Am pretty upset that at a store my son works at all the shift leaders are either African american, or of mixture or foreign descent. My son asked the Manager for the shift leaders position but was over looked for someone of color. I want something done because he has stuck with the company even when he only worked 1 day a week. Instead of giving the hours to the dedicated people the Manager just keeps hiring other people. And cutting everyone's hours. It's not fair to those who are busting their tail while others just stand around. Even some of the shift leaders sit in the office while the associates do all the cleaning and closing.
Well... I guess someone should find a new job.

It make no sense l receive a coupons to dq near my house that expires a day before the dq opens our dq closes for the winter months and does not open until the end of march so when we recieve coupons from your sight we can not use them because they have the dq address in our neighborhood the blizzards buy 1 get one for.99 cents our store does not open to march 31. L get free coupons by email every month l can not use them because the address on the coupons is closed all winter
cold food
Yesterday afternoon my family of 3 went to our favorite DQ at north 27 in Somerset Kentucky, we all ordered chicken strip baskets one was a kids meal, we had some trouble then when the child was left out and had to reorder hers and re pay just for hers because the teller was also taking drive thru orders. So took a number got our drinks and sat down, waiting oproxmently 6 minutes, was brought power orders started eating and the food was just barely warm I was very upset and decided not to go and complain, we were tiered and hungry and I was already upset from the beginning and afraid I would create a seen, so I told my family we would have e to find a different places to eat. It is still bothering me this morning that it is getting worse at that location with mest up orders and cold food, just thought you should know. This is not good avertesizeing for DQ

Today I was there and at 4:45 Jeremy cam e in, he was demanding me to leave. He was using a sarcastic tone, and seemed to enjoy to be mean to me. He was using a more of a "I'm better than you" attitude. I told him he can't kick me out because it was only 4:45. He immediately pulled out his phone to call the cops. I told him to talk to Chris or Chris's wife, and she said I am causing no problem and I can stay. Jeremy has been a bully to me for the past few weeks, he makes smart comments to me, and will attack me. I do nothing to him personally. He says I harass his employees, but I do not do it when the employees are busy. Pretty much all the staff are friends of mine. Please take care of this problem Margo.

Technically he has the right to kick you out at any time as it is private property. It is not up to you to determine if an employee is busy.

This girl I asked for her manager and she said she was the assistant manager and her name was allison. She was very rude and her Conduct was very offensive on how I was treated I use to go to this dairy queen anywhere between 3 to 5 times a week have never had a problem till now. I asked her if she could take to me like a person but she still remained very rude and aggressive with her attitude. I hate to say it but because of her me and my kids will not be going to it again .
oreo blizzard with fudge
I ordered an Oreo blizzard with fudge and didn't receive any fudge in it. I got it in the drive thru and so I wasn't able to bring it back and get it fixed. I'm pretty upset because I had a long hard day and just wanted a blizzard with fudge in it and they couldn't get it right. I would appreciate a voucher or gift card so I can get a new one for free in the future. She even specifically asked me if I wanted the fudge in the middle or mixed around and what type of fudge I wanted but in the end she forgot to put it in. In her defense the store did happen to be extremely busy at that moment and so I'm sure she was rushed

Not enough cones at dq.They ran out and the Dickinson dq would not accommodate us with just their ice cream.We didnt ask for much just a little ice cream in a cone.I feel like if they ran out of ice cream thats one thing.We asked them if they could put some ice cream in a cup and they told us no.Bad service.They had a bad attitude.The sign says to contact Joe for comments and complaints.

Our local chain of Dairy Queen has become increasingly disappointing over the past several months.
On 5 separate occasions since November, 2017, I have stopped at the drive-thru to order food. On 3 of those occasions, I have pulled up to the drive-thru order speaker only to be told, "Sorry we are closed." This answer would be perfectly acceptable if it was after closing hours. But to pull in to a drive-thru at 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 10 minutes prior to closing and be told that? Poor business ethic and a false advertising. The other 2 times I did not mention? Oh, they were ALREADY closed completely and no one answered the speakers. AGAIN, all well before closing hours.
Even with that being said, if you advertise that you will be open until a certain time, you are open 100% up until the clock strikes that very last minute. If your grill closes at a certain time prior to closing, then you post that for all to be aware of. You most certainly do not close down randomly and for whatever reason floats your boat.
Also, the frequency of incorrect orders or "we're out of that". How many times I have not kept track of going through the drive-thru to order a blizzard to be told, "Oh, we're out of that". Who is in charge of the ordering and what remedial training do they apparently need? I cannot imagine that I have just that bad of luck that so many times I have gone for a blizzard and they're out of the additives. I also do not imagine they are that overly popular nor is everyone ordering the same flavor because they know I want that particular flavor. No conspiracy theory here.
Tonight was my basic final straw. Had a craving for the blizzard of the month. It's March; I even DOUBLE-CHECKED the website to ensure what the blizzard of the month was...Mint Oreo. Do you know what my husband brought home, not realizing they had BOTH of our orders wrong? Oreo.
I'm not sure how someone interprets, "Yea, I'll have 2 blizzard of the month" and they're handed a partial completion of that. What, were they out of Creme de Menthe?
I'm pretty much at the point that I no longer see the point in providing you with my business anymore...especially when there is a Sheetz gas station 1/2 a mile away that I can order similar food...that's open 24 hours a day so no reason to randomly and sporadically close down well before closing time and they are significantly better at their ordering completion. ...also, I've never had them repeatedly "run out" of something. Maybe they're prepared...or they value their work ethic and company standards for customer service

I ordered a small ice cream cone at the drive thru and asked that the paper on the cone be removed. I was told that it was against Diary Queen policy do remove the paper.
I have never had this happened at other locations and I ordered the same thing from the same location 2 days earlier and didn't have a problem.
It seems pretty ridicules to have this happen.
I will not go back to this location.

I went to the dairy queen in wapato Washington and ordered a cheese burger meal at 5:14pm in drive through. I didnt recieve my meal untill 5:34pm i then asked the guy to give me corporate number he said he can not give me the number that he is management. I then told him that i want tge number he asjed why i told him it took you 20 minutes to make one burger that they are fast food restrant. He said that they are fan food not fast food. He said his name was alaxander he was the manager and if i dont like how long it takes tgem to make a burger then i need to go somewhere else. That is rude they are alk kids working there abd they are always playing around ..need to get some alduts in that restrant it taks way too long to get food..

Muscatine Iowa branch employees are rude. Food was burnt and hard. Also cold waited 15 minutes to get food. Wanted ice cream and they said they don't know how to work it. Kids were very disappointed with the food and were upset we had to go else where to get ice cream. I've never had food service as bad as this. I will not be coming back to this dairy queen.
