Me, my wife, My two daughters are part of the blizzard fan club. We get coupons I think 6 times a year for a BOGO blizzard treat. Most of the time we use them. The last 2 times we went to the Plains Twp. PA location the girl said you can only use these once a year. What!. If DQ sends them 6 times a year what is her problem. I think you should talk to management there and tell them the DQ fan club gives 6 BOGO coupons a year, not once a year. I think she made that up in her head. I would like to file a complaint against your new store located in Irving Texas 2845 West Airport Freeway. I went there around 7:30 PM and the 14th to buy two of the Valentines ice cream cakes I seen advertised all week. When I walked in the cashier was waiting on this couple another lady I noticed was taking orders out a guy was in the back cooking and a lady was running the drive thru. Another lady had walked up from what looked like her break. She went to the other register and then walked away. and they just stood there the cashier finished with the couple and just walked away, because the other lady that was just standing there didn't offer to help me I looked around to see where the cashier went and seen her cleaning off these peoples table? The other lady finally decided to ask me if I needed help and I said yes I need two of the Valentine Ice Cream cakes. She looked at me like she was lost and said you need what I repeated myself and said you know that ones you have been advertising all week. She had no clue what I was talking about. By that time the other cashier came back and she asked her if she new what I was talking about and then they both turned to me and said what do you need I repeated it again, and said the ones you have been advertising all week. Then there were three of them and they all just stood there like they were lost. So I said hello am I in lala land or something. So one of them said go get April. So the lady from the drive thru came over huffing and puffing telling them what is I can't just drop what I'm doing as she was removed her gloves. I said I just need to buy two of your Valentine ice cream cakes. She said we don't have any not can I help you just very direct with me. I said wow ok thanks and proceeded to leave the parking lot mad I went to Baskin Robbins around the corner from here and bought two of there ice cream cakes. I have to say I was so livid by the time I got home I'll bet there was smoke coming off the top of my head. The three well really two I'm going to call the girls because they didn't look very old if they stay at this location are going to cost you return customers because they had no sense of customer service in them. I pray that you address this situation soon as I have waited years for you to rebuild a Diary Queen closer to my home and finally you have and the very first time I go there I get treated like this. I'm not sure if I can go back it will take some time to heal. Nothing is more frustrating to me that being treated with no concern for my needs in a restaurant sit down or fast food either way I'm going to your establishment and spending my money and I get this kind of treatment. No No No not good. All I ask is that you address this problem and nothing more. FYI I see I'm not the only one the ratings are not looking to good. So I guess if this is not fixed I will have to drive long distance again to get my DQ fix. Thank you for listening.
ice cream toppings
We used to visit the DQ in Hope, BC but after being disappointed probably 95% of the time we have stopped going and when we have company and they want DQ we tell them not to bother. Why? We love sundaes and splits and blizzards but they lack toppings . The strawberry sauce on the LARGE sundae yesterday was the amount you would put on something snack size and this happens majority of the time along with the splits. Same goes for the toppings on blizzards maybe a teaspoon in a large. It is very disappointing and have complained but with no resolution . This is why I have now contacting the head office. This location is giving the chain a bad name !
wait time
I u understand making peoples food can take time. There is a process of moving people through amd having those with a big order pull to the side etc. But 25 minutes to wait for 4 cars to move through is beyond excessive. When you pull up and they haven't begun to make your order and you have to wait more? While they chat and wander about? And then get irate when you point out the wait. Will not be stopping at this particular DQ
again. Happened before but had tried to give them another chance.

There is a new dairy queen right up the street from me on dallas hwy 61 in
Dallas GA they have been there about 8 to 9 mo and I have went there about 3 or 4 times and everytime I have been there my order is never right there blizzards are always melting due to them letting them sit on counter before serving them, Someone from headquarters needs to go in there and retrain them or but someone there that can get there job right it takes 20mins to get a blizzard really its not that hard im sure

My name is Lemuel Clark my son Koqawn Spann was employed at the dairy queen store at hwy 80 west/Ellis avenue working under the manager by the name of Kevin Hooper on the day of 2/3/2018 working the evening shift in which they were busy on this day and working with him was a young lady by the name of Lashawn Harris, they both were busy working the window and drive thru and during the course of being very busy the manager by the name of Kevin Hooper said to them why the [censor] are these cars sitting here so long so after my son Koqawn Spann heard Mr.Hooper use this kind of language he came to the conclusion that it's time for me to walk out this job, I think that was very unprofessional and very rude to use this kind of language not only in a business but as a leader/professional and I'm asking that Mr.Hooper be relieved of his duties Immediately, because this is not excusable and there were other customers that heard Mr.Hooper use this abusive language, therefore I will be looking to here from the office asap. I have worked through dairy queen before in green up illinois and got fired because i look like, exscuse my language "a b[censor]". She stalked my facebook and had people who worked in clinton dairy queen and asked them questions about my PERSONAL past life and used it against me to get me fired.
She implied i could get my job back in 6 months when i can be mature and i recently just went there and filled out for a job and she told the general manager to not interview me. She is using my past issues against me and i dont appreciate it! I would like someone to do something about this so it doesnt happen to anyone else!

Hi, I ordered a caramel moolatte at your Topsail Rd. Paradise location in NL. I have ordered this same drink many times and when they served this drink to me yesterday it didn't look right. I drove off with anyhow, which I should not have, what I was given was not worth the $5 and turned me off from moolatte's for good. When I tasted it, it had a bitter sour taste and really turned my stomach. I have had problems at this location before with not being up to par with quality. I figured because it was a new location, the staff just need time to get used to everything. What I was served yesterday however should have never been served as it was. I don't know what they did to it, but I am completely turned from going to that location again.

no fries in my mobile meal and dq are not being helpful
I order meal #2 in drive through this afternoon and when I got home there was no fries... after calling local store back the only response I got "sorry about that and here is a number tiger free fries next time you come here"
I asked the person, who happen to be a manager John, if that's a standard practice and if it's fear for me to go back there for my fries... and that it's absolutely inconvenient as I went there, paid for my order, waited in line and when I got home I didn't have what I've paid for and all he said " that's all I can do and sorry about that"
This do shameful for such a big franchise as DQ...I'm absolutely disappointed with your service!

The manager of DQ is very rude and disrespectful, and talk to her employees all kinds of ways. She never wears gloves when dealing with a customer food and when my daughter when up there to receive her W2s she told her that she was not giving it to none of the employees till February 20th. Which was suppose to be given out at the end of January. This is the WORST manager at DQ and needs to be replaced immediately. Something has to be done.

We went there last Saturday. We went to drive through window sat there for 10 minutes no service. Husband drove around went inside stood there for about 15 minutes. No one acknowledged him. One girl was on a cell phone. One making an order for one customer there and did not say wait a minute I will be right with you. The other employee was outside sitting smoking a cigarette. My husband walked out and he would of been patient if someone had said be right with you. They ignored him.. This has happened there before very poor operation

won't honor coupon on phones
We went in to get a Dairy Queen blizzard cake and had a coupon for $3 off. Unfortunately couldn't even scan our coupon off our phone or automatically take the number off and discount the $3. Pretty sad you all are that far behind and need to update your systems. I guarantee it's nit that difficult to discount theee bucks from the register. Disappointed in customer service at Dairy Queen or the franchise to allow this.

I came to the Boaz DQ at 10:50 to order a $5 box because my daughter was home sick and that is the only thing she said she could eat. I was turned away because I was ordering 10 minutes too early and they wouldn't honor the $5 box till 11. Which is now literally in 7 minutes . That is crazy knowing that it would be 11 by the time I order and they cook it and that I the only customer in the parking lot. That is bad business and there is a BK, Sonic, Jacks, Arby's and more just down the street.
poor behavior and apathetic motivation
We had the misfortune to walk into the above mentioned Dairy Queen location tonight. There was a family waiting for service (actually they had already placed their order) and it took quite awhile for that Small order to be completed.in terms of time Im "Guessing" about 12 minutes. Our order was then taken, and the young lady was Polite and attentive. We were there at approximately 8:45 P. M.
Then a family of 5 came in, and an older single woman. Our order, like teh 1 before us took awhile and all we ordered was a small Hot fudge Sunday and a Medium Banana split Blizzard. We noticed the long time but we did get served. When we went to sit down ALL the people behind us had left. We kind of understood why and sat a one of the tables.
(Now the problem) There were 2 young women sitting at the corner table and 1 of them got up, walked behind the counter and got herself a drink of some kind. I saw she wearing some keys on her waist, and then went back to the corner table where she and the other young person Proceeded to talk on the phone using "FaceTime". The 2 girls started laughing and constantly talking. Now - Why didn't the one girl, who obviously works there, attend to the people so they would not walk away. Why didn't she do the same for us while we were waiting. Why can this person, sit at the table with her feet ON THE TABLE, while the other girl had her feet on the cushions? Very Poor customer service, Poor examples, and aggravating to see this kind of poor behavior.
Now 2 more people came in and the young girl behind the counter, who was actually working was taking care of business. 1 couple came in and still the 1 young girl did not get up of her [censor] to help? Doesn't Dairy Queen spot check?
I mean I realize that even if they did the chances of catching a poor employee would be remote. I get it - but Im just angry. Lastly, we ordered and paid for a box of Dilly bars.in the freezer which we have always seen at other location Its FULL of product.in this locations freezer, there were about 5 cakes, and 6 boxes of frozen ice cream bars. Our visit was on January 19th, 2018.
We are Not looking for any kind of refund, quite frankly we will just go to another location and try another franchise of ice cream products. We thought you might want to know and what you do with this information is up to you. But, as a prior CEO (Now retired) of Fortune 500 divisions and having to deal with poor performance employees, I would terminate the one girl who loves to wear the keys on her waist, set an example, and you do not need to go into the details of what your problem is doing this would be. What you may want to consider is that we have our choice to go to numerous ice cream franchises and this location has a LOT to do to improve. Now - We stayed there for about 35 minutes, and the one girl who sat on her [censor], left her seat only once.
I wanted to say in my original concerned complaint that we want NOTHING from the company, No Apology, No refund, No Explanation. We dont care, but we thought you just may want to know. We can always go to another Dairy Queen, or another Franchise all-together.

1/10/18 we went to DQ in Tipp City, Oh. Candy cane blizzard was still posted. I asked for it. The manager stated they didn't have it. We informed him it was still on the drive thru board. He said bull! I took it down myself. He was very rude and disrespectful. The other young man working was apologetic. The manager went and saw it was up but refused any discount to be given no apology
mushroom swiss burger and fries
Ive been going to this DQ for a long time. I've always had great service and good food, but this one experience may defer me from returning to the establishment. The mushroom Swiss burger I got was literally falling apart. The three that were in the bag were all falling apart. The person had put so much sauce on it that the bun split in 2 and the whole thing was a dripping mess. I got 2 large fries and received 2 small fries and when I complained to the manager they said they couldn't do anything about it. That's really irritating because I work in the food industry and would never talk to a customer like that.

I overheard the male Indian manager tell an employee that the sandwich unit has not been working properly since 12-27-2017. I came in 12-30-2017 after 5 pm.
And he said The owners are aware but will not fix this. I also ordered food prior to me overhearing this. So that explained why my turkey was discolored brownish green, cheese brown, lettuce brown, tomato soggy.
The owners should be ashamed I wouldn't even serve that to my dog.
Please notify them about this matter. Im sure I won't be the only customer complaining about this. Please help. The store is also filthy and looks run down. The dumpster stinks smells like a sewage. What's wrong with these people Do they even care.

The Dairy Queen in my home town made us sit at work Dow for five minutes and then told us they closed when they should have been open for another half hour. I don't know if there's a cooperate rule to closing early but I feel that is way too early to close. It was rude and I'm my opinion unacceptable as I too work in the food industry and if we ever closed early my boss would be very mad. I would also be written up. It was a complete waste of time for me to drive across town thinking I still had thirty minutes
