service at dq in west end, minneapolis mn
Hi. I love DQ and go there when I can. Tonight I went thru the drive thru at the West End DQ in Minneapolis and ordered a hamburger kid meal. First, the drive thru equipment wasn't working.. they couldn't hear me so I had to repeat then yell my order, several times. I asked for the kid meal treat to go.
When I got to the window to pay, I waited over 5 min before anyone came to the window. Once they did, I paid and got the food. The FF were cold, the hamburger burnt, and there was no receipt or kids meal treat coupon.
Again, I'm a fan of DQ but this was the worst. Sadly this is the 2nd time I've been disappointed at this particular DQ in 6 months.

I am writing to inform you of the lack of customer service and care of the employees at the Dairy Queen located at the corner of greenwood road and pines road in Shreveport, la. The problem that I have is with the staff, they never get an order right after you tell them two or three different times what you want and it never comes out right. The drink machine never works and they are always out of something. Today 10/19/17 I went in and ordered the $6 1/3 lb burger with ketchup only and they brought me the $5 deluxe cheese burger with everything on it and on top of that the paper that it was wrapped was in a job application because I guess they ran out of the paper they normally wrap the burgers in. I hope this gets to whoever can do something about it because they are hurting the DQ image.

I went to the" Grand Traverse Mall, in Traverse City Michigan today. I ordered a Chocolate. covered cherry Blizzard. The guy working ask me how to make it! Are you kidding! He finely made it. It cost $4.19. I gave the guy $20.00. He gave me $.81. I ask about the bills he said I gave him $10.00. He's a thief. As I walked away I saw him throw, my change under the counter. He worked Oct 19, 2017. About 1:00 pm. I hope you can fire his lazy [censor]!

We ordered a ice cream cone and asked if their “Slushy” contains milk. The employee didn’t understand that question, so we repeated it four times. After that, we drove to the window and asked her again. She answered, rolling her eyes, IT’S A SLUSHY! Then she asked three times about the size. We said three times “small”. Finally she understood and slapped the window. Without to say a word she passed us the ice cream and the slushy and slapped the window again. There was not one customer at that place, don’t understand why that Indian girl was so stressed and unfriendly.

I am a huge enthusiast for DQ blizzards and have been since being a kid.
Last Saturday we visited the DQ on Smoky Park Highway in Asheville NC. The team leader was being criticized by an unhappy patron who was being overly dramatic. The team leader greeted me and apologized for the wait. He was very professional throughout our visit. I ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard with Reece cups added. My wife ordered the chocolate cake blizzard with Reece cups added.
Upon receiving the blizzards approximately 10 minutes after ordering mine was runny in a melted state. It contained no Reece's or the regular amount of candy usually in the chocolate extreme. It was also 3/4 filled for a small. My wife's blizzard was amazing and perfect.
I was unable to voice my displeasure as the team leader was slammed with other guest and the staff that provided the blizzards placed th on the order counter and walked back to the drive through area.
I know they are understaffed due to the sign in the door and this time of year draws an abundance of tourist. The DQ is about 45 minutes from our house so we don't get there often but we made the trip due to my craving. Please try a little harder on the quality next time.

bad food - ice cream cones not right
Yesterday, 10/15 at about 4pm, my roommate and I got swirl cones at the Hillsboro, OR (4961 SE Tualatin Valley Hwy, Hillsboro, OR 97123)
The ice cream was not ok - my roommate and I are very tolerant - but the cones were fizzy and tart/sour - they tasted like someone had carbonated the ice cream and slightly tasted like root beer and sour yogurt. We were worried that we would get sick from eating, so we pulled over on the way home to throw the cones away. I'm concerned that someone is going to get very sick form these cones. Please have someone check on the ice cream at this location - and if possible it would be nice to get a refund or coupon to get another two small cones to make up for the ones that were not edible...
hunger buster w/ small frys
Bought two of the special for 3.99 hungerbuster + sm frys
if you took every thing on both of the hunger busters together it would still be an
insult for anyone that likes hamburgers, besides the meat pattie, only one slice of pickle,
one very thin slice of tomato, 3 square inches of lettuce, part of one ring of onion.
This will be my last time to cast a shadow on DQ property.
I can see why so much
money is spent on advertising. Back when the DQ businesses were just starting to push
for public notice, a good product for the price was bringing in a lot of customers, at the time I was a regular customer.

upside down or free blizzard campaign
I go to Dairy Queen often and most of the time I go to the drive thru. Tonight he didn’t flip my blizzard so I don’t know if it was good or not till I get home. Also for all the Dairy Queen chains I’ve been to, for the drive thru they always keep the lid on as they flip it and hand it to you. Rather than flipping it and then placing the lid on it. It makes no sense because obviously if it has a lid on it then it would have the same result.

I ordered a cake online on September 28, 2017 at the Dairy Queen in Essa ontario. I went to pick it up on October 11. I ordered a recess blizzard cake. When I see the cake it’s the wrong size that I ordered but I had already paid for it before we realized. Then she apologizes and says “sorry about that I’ll get them to make you another cake”. I said alright. Then she charges me an extra $3.00 for the difference in price of the size of the cake. Why would she charge me more money when they made a mistake on the size and I had to wait there. Also, the lady came to bring out a cake with plane red icing. I asked her is this even a recess cake. She said yes and then I said where are the toppings? There was no chocolate Sauce or recess on it. Then she apologized again and went to go add toppings, which looked like they were just thrown on there. Then when I get home and we cut the cake, I realize that it’s not even a recess cake it’s just a plane chocolate and vanilla in the middle. I am really annoyed because I had to wait for her to fix 2 mistakes and then when I get home it’s not even the cake I ordered? What kind of customer service is that. I always order cakes for every occasion from Dairy Queen but since my experience there I will not be going back.

Hello I went to Dairy Queen Hubbard Ohio 44425 yesterday October 11 to get a cake for my daughters Birthday. When I got there, I picked out a cake, it was light green and light blue and stood at the window for five mins before anyone would wait on me. They had no other customers at the time. I gave the girl the cake and told her what I wanted wrote on it.in the mean time another girl came up to ring me out. I had a DQ coupon for $4.00 dollars off any 8" cake or larger. She told me I could not use it. This coupon was from a dairy Queen receipt that I had from October 7th and it says use within a week. She said it's not theirs they won't use it. No where on the receipt does it show that. The receipt is from DQ store# 13580. I let that go and paid for the cake. The girl brought the cake out and it looked like a 4 year wrote on the cake with big black letters so big it was going over the edges of the cake. I was embarrassed to even take to my daughter but I did because I had no other choose.

I have driven threw many drive threws with no issues however when going threw dq in Grove Port Ohio I have a huge problem. They hold your credit card the intire transaction. Today was worst than others tho October 10, 2017 at 2:54 they had my card for 8 mins while making a milk shake and a salted caramel blizzard. I had to ask for my card back. And they had nonemployees in the back.
no longer carrying cherry topping for sundaes
I am very disappointed that Dairy Queen has discontinued the cherry topping for sundaes. I no longer want to patronize Dairy Queen. I’ve gotten Cherry Sundaes for 28 years and now I can no longer get what I want. I’ll have to go elsewhere to find what I was getting from your facilities. I don’t understand why it was discontinued because I know quite a few patrons that would go just for that product. I feel that it should be added back as a menu item at least by new Spring/ Summer Season.

week ago. We ordered the $5.00 chicken finger special, we ask the cashier if we could exchange the desert for more fries or fruit. the cashier was rude we
ask for the manager to come out to our table. The manager came out did not give us her name and on the receipt is faded from the machine. we ask the manager the same question and she was rude gave us the same answer. We will not go back to that Dairy Queen. The chicken fingers were the size of chicken nuggets not fingers, we have went to other branches and were satisfied. we feel we were took for our money 391 Fieldstown Rd

Oct. 8th at 730pm I ordered a Oreo royal blizzard from the Dundas location in London ontario Canada. Upon receiving my blizzard I took it home and realized it was a regular Oreo blizzard. I had paid for a royal blizzard and to my dismay it wasn't. This isn't the first time this location has given me the wrong blizzard. The time before this I ordered a cookie jar blizzard and received a cookie dough blizzard that had next to no cookie in it non the less. ( This instance happened the last week of Sept. I believe it was a Wednesday.) This location has not only messed up my order twice in a row now but have wasted my money on product that I didn't order and product that wasn't even made correctly. I'm furious and disappointed in this location. I was a frequent customer and never had an issue until now.

I now go to the sioux city Iowa dairy queen on Hamilton blvd. which is on top of everything a excellent dairy queen. Employees are under trained or they just don't care. I cant believe that the nebraska health inspectors let the get away with the place being so dirty. I will not eat there again. The ice cream doesn't taste right.

I was at the dq in the pacific center there was an older Asian lady at the till who completely ignored my girlfriend who wanted to order food and she said I could only get a hot dog because that’s all they had and a bag of chips and they wouldn’t make me a blizzard for some reason so to sum things up she was really rude and disrespectful so I’m not happy

I went to the diary queen on south keystone & bought 5 blizzards for my family and 4 blizzards were strawberry cheesecake that I paid for xtra strawberries & barely mixed then the Butterfinger also not done hardly any chunks of delicious stuff no flavor too much money spent to have had not been happy when I called to see about making it right they were rude to me I was shocked

The woman who took the order was obviously on something illegal.l, she tried charging us 16 dollars more for a dilly bar, and she and the others were letting ice cream melt all over the counter. This store was dirty in the back, theyou left the window open, and multiple employees were cursing and explaining how they wished they weren't there. It took 6 minutes for someone to get our order taken, and 12 for them to take money for one item.

This is the second time that I been to the Dairy Queen in Crockett Tx and the manager Audrey has had an nasty attitude. She wouldn't answer my question about the type of ice cream they had and told me to drive back to the menu and look at it. I would not tell people to come to that location at all. Ok so we walked in and it seemed like a normal restaurant and they were slow so we placed our order the guy manager with a beard was nice we ordered a steak finger basket and a belt buster with no cheese no onions we got our food the burger was wrong so we weren’t to mad till it took 15 minutes till we asked for our burger and they said they forgot about it so we waited another 20 minutes till we asked for it again and the cook manager said all burgers come with cheese and even though we said no cheese it’s not her problem so we just asked for a refund then they said they couldn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t remake my burger so we left and basically lost 8$ due to a trash restaurant horrible on mockingbird
