Enjoy those overpriced Chinese trinkets now
That $15 dollar T.V. set is in NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM $15... It's going to be around $900.00 by the time you're done! Secondly, this site uses ELECTRONIC SHILL BIDDING (ie BOTS) to hike the bids up to ABOVE RETAIL.
But for some reason, they get away with it. They are OUTRIGHT SCAM ARTISTS, who are completely MISREPRESENTING EVERYTHING about the prices that you pay, the phony "bidding" system and everything else. When you "win" an item for $15 and it really costs you $900.00... well, that is a BIG, FAT LIE, A CHEAT, A SWINDLE and most importantly -- it's a MISREPRESENTATION.
The sad, SAD truth is, most of the bidders are elderly and feeble minded. They think they "know what they are doing" and are basically like over-sized children who cannot be told "NO!" They throw away their life saving on junk they could be buying FOR MUCH LESS, right down the street for retail price.
This company makes it's living off of fleecing people who don't know any better. They exploit people's weakness because they know that if they don't, someone else will. They have no conscious and no soul.
And the funny thing is, they are too short sided to understand the FACT that THEY will be on the RECEIVING END of this "deal" in just a few SHORT years ;) Tick tock... you're running out of time DealDash employees... If you're so stupid that you think you can get away with swindling people out of their life savings and get away with it, well, I have news for you. You're stupid enough to be the next in line...
Pat yourself on the backs for the soulless world that you have worked so hard to create. One that takes advantage of our parents and grandparents when they get old. A world that is going to RIP YOU WITHOUT CARE in just a little while... almost as badly as it RIPS your children and grandchildren.
And you thought you were getting a DEAL? HA! HA! HA! More like a "deal" with the DEVIL. LOL!
Enjoy those overpriced Chinese trinkets now... while you still can.
paid for bid package and never got them
I was bidding on a 250 dollar Wal-Mart gift card + 200 bids on 10/25/12. I had applied all the bids I had so I purchased another package. The package went through just fine and I got my bids. When I had almost went through these bids and had almost 500 bids invested into this auction I went ahead and purchased another bid package. I never received my bids for this package. I received an e-mail from the company that took my money and it stated that my bids would be added immediately to my account, they never were. I not only lost the 63.00 bid package I paid for, I also lost the auction in which I had so many bids and 15 hours of bidding into. I received an e-mail from Deal Dash this morning that stated they were sorry for the problem that I had and that everything was reset where it should be. Still...no bids. I have requested that I be sold the Wal-Mart card for what it ended up selling for since it was there fault that i lost the auction, and that I be given some of my bids that I paid for. I thought that this would be more than fair on my part. I have sent this e-mail and am now waiting for another response from them, for some reason I don't think it will be an 'honest and fair' offer from them as they state that they are 'honest and fair'.

This is the worst site I've ever been on
This is the worst site I've ever been on, I bought a bid package last night, tried to bid on a gift card, it kicked me off 4 times, out of the bid, then it acted as if someone had won the bid. It kept telling me I needed to buy more bids (when I still had 100 left out of my 150). Right now I'm trying to get my money back. HORRIBLE.
I've seen the ads for Deal Dash and they sound so inviting! If something sounds too good to be true, It most likely is. Their prices sound so unbelievable, I do not believe them. Who thinks you can get a TV set for LESS than $2.00?
If you want to look for a good deal, try eBay. they do a good job of keeping the scammers out and if there is a problem it gets resolved, and you CAN contact them by phone, email etc. Also the sellers will work to make you happy with your purchase.
If you have been scammed by Deal Dash, contact your state's Attorney General, consumer affairs div (or what ever it is called in your state and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and inform them about it
I was debited bids for auctions I didn't even bid on
I was debited bids for auctions I didn't even bid on. Then there was another auction that said I bid over 50 times and I didn't. By the way they don't give clear details on the process before you purchase bids. okay if an item sells for $5 it takes 500 bids to reach this and at 50cents a bid thats $250 they pulled in for a $5 item, pretty sweet wouldn't you say ? So I will stick with ebay where an item might sell for a higher amount but I don't throw a quarter away with every click of my mouse.
I am exceedingly frustrated with this site! I have several items that have not been delivered and they REFUSE TO CONTACT ME! I have sent nearly 100 emails and numerous request through the item request site. Their customer service is the worse I have ever seen. If I didn't know better they have been blocking my emails.
They have blocked me on Facebook because I wanted someone to contact me from customer service.

I know this is small potatoes to some but I am on disability and was hoping to give my family a nicer Christmas. Some of the items that I won arrived and I was very eager to be a groupy but now I will not.
This website is easy enough to win at and a great bidding experience, but what is the point if you NEVER RECEIVE your items. There has been much talk about the dealdash company having to expand, etc... But they should not have people bidding on items that they do not already have and can ship out when the people have won. Waiting over a month for gift cards (WHICH THEY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE IN STOCK) is unacceptable. DO NOT use this site unless you are willing to wait a very long time for the things you win.
If you like to literally throw away your money, I'll give u my address because thats what you'll be doing if you try to win anything on here. Awful!
After reviewing the comments here I most definitely believe you can win. Whether or not you will end up losing more then what you will gain can be questioned. I would beware because it's pretty known that they use bots to pose as people who are bidding. Especially when it comes to the high end auctions. My advice would be stick to the lower end items and watch carefully how the bidding goes. Obviously if there seems to be a person bidding an amount that it's far too much for the item then it's either an employee or computer.
°I bought a large bidpack and having been on other penny auction websites i expected having bought a bidpack large enough to win something, but this website is just a waste of money. I have won stuff on other penny auction sites, but this one seems to make it impossible. your best bet is to stay away. After all, do you really think anybody would spend 80 bids bidding on a 15 bid bidpack? Only robots...
it doesnt take a genius to figure that out.
This used to be a great site until the inconsistent pricing of bids started. Now it seems like it takes 3 to 5 times the amount of bids to have a chance to win an auction. Another thing I do not like is the time between bids. The timer starts at 30 seconds until the price hits $2 then goes to 20 seconds and does not drop to 10 seconds until the auction reaches $10. Very slow! Good customer service.
I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with your experience on our site. I am an employee of the company, and I assure you that everyone here is fully committed to ensuring our customers enjoy their bidding experience. In fact, we currently have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your initial purchase with us! As another poster mentioned, there isn't a significant amount of detail in your post, but whatever the issue is I'm confident we can help. Please get in touch with our customer support staff if you haven't already, as they are available round the clock to help customers just like you, and are currently able to respond to customer queries within 24 hours.
I know you can win as well, I have won many times BUT, I do NOT recommend DealDash. Dealdash.com has terrible Customer support protocols, doesn’t have in stock a lot of the items it is selling, over inflates item value and then tries to negotiate worse deals when said item is out of stock (Bait and Switch). Also everything that was “out of stock” DD continued to auction the very same item over and over even after I was notified that it was out of stock. The Better Business Bureau has on file for all to see, that DD has “resolved” over 120 complaints in just the month of December 2017, (these are ‘resolved’ complaints…can you imagine how many were filed, and not resolved yet?) Why so many complaints? The following DD practices, lack of honesty and integrity is what led to all the complaints (this is why I and SO many others have complained): Because DD takes your money, and does not ship all the products it sold you, and/or double bills your PP account, and/or ships a damaged/non-working product, and/or sends you a 50 dollar gift card when you win/purchase a $250.00 one, the list goes on and on. These are all just examples of their bad faith practices and complete lack of customer support is appalling. STEER CLEAR OF DealDash! And if you're already invested and feel duped by them there are helpful sites to try to get your items and try to get some resolve such as BBB, Paypal, Internet Crime Complaint Center and numerous facebook pages for people that feel they need help such as dealdashripoff among others. Good Luck to those in my shoes and congratulations to those that never visited DealDash.

Dealdash.com is a ripoff and a scam IMHO

I also won and item and then waited to the ending of time for me to receive it. Deal Dash came back and said they were out of stock and offered me 900 bids and 2 small gift cards. The rod and real that I won sold for over the amount they were offering me. Finally after several weeks of emailing them I took the 900 bids. I placed the bids with only one item and I didn't win this one. I noticed that before I placed the bid on the other item the same rod and real was back up for bids. I really lost money on this site but can say honestly that I will never be back on this site again to bid on anything. They have gotten all the money from me. People really needs to check this site out first before purchasing bid pack. Could never find a phone number for this company.
Avoid this place at all costs
I am talking about the android tablet I was bidding on. The way the advertising reads it sounds like you get a credit for the bids but you really don't. They add them onto the value of the product and then deduct them. The buy it now price was 189.00 (for this tablet I can bay anywhere for 79.00); I thought ok well 189.00 - 171.00 = 18.00. But no they put these bids back in my account and charge me .60 each so I can waste more of my time trying to get overpriced items at a "deal". So I paid .17 wehn I bought the bids and then charged another .60 IF i wanted to do the Buy It offer.
This is not as honest as it claims
After watching people who were not in before the 5.00 mysteriously appear (and look like they were there). I complained to the site. Now I am unable to use the remaining bids I have! Coincidence?? I think not. Find another site people!!...this is not as honest as it claims!!!
Read full review of DealDash and 4 commentsBids were not showing up in account
I recently joined the DealDash penny auction site. I have had some bad experiences on other sites and DealDash came highly recommended. Shortly after joining DealDash I had a problem with purchased bids not showing up in my account or disappearing. After documenting my issues and when they occurred the folks at DealDash were able to find the problem and fix it quickly. They gave me my lost bids back and took responsibility for the problems I was experiencing. They were very fair and honest in handling my issue. They didn't try to hide behind the "it is a problem with your computer and browser" which is what I was told by other auction sites that I no longer participate with. Since the fix was implemented I have had no problems. I would suggest DealDash to others but remember to do your homework. When ever I have joined a penny auction site I observe the bidding habits and the system behavior before placing my first bid. Many people will try to game the system and win everything in site, all day and everyday. DealDash has limits to allow everyone to have a chance at the bigger items. All you can ask for is a fair and honesty chance to bid on items of your choice. I have tried and bid on 7 different auction sites and DealDash is the first one to take the time to help me solve my issues. The only time I heard from the other sites was when they wanted to sell me more bids.

Somebody is making money on this website, and believe me, it isn't the consumer
Somebody is making money on this website, and believe me, it isn't the consumer. I bought 100 bids for $60, and cannot believe what is happening on some of the items I have bid on. For instance, I was bidding on a Mac laptop and there was always one constant bidder for 40 hrs straight. This bidder bid at least 5 times per minute, at 60 cents per bid for over 40 hrs. Tell me this isn't rigged! My strong opinion is that this website is rigging the bids to get the most out of people. If you have between 2 hrs to 48 hrs of time to constantly remain on this site bidding to save a dime, then all the power to you. I don't, and basically just threw $60 away to the wind.
Just started the DealDash process. Joined an auction...and am watching 4 people out bid each other in the same order for the last 30 minutes, always in the same order, always at the same amount of seconds left, and it is not the 3 seconds for the Bidding Buddy. That is not a coincidence, that is a scam.
If you don't bid before 5 seconds of the timer, most likely your bid won't get through
I've tried quibids and thought dealdash would be similar so I signed up for a bonus bid package worth $84. However, I didn't realize how slow their network is! If you don't bid before 5 seconds of the timer, most likely your bid won't get through. My bids were so laggy that I lost 3 auctions because the network didn't register my "bid." I know it's not my internet connection because quibids work just fine! Now I have a bunch of bids that I don't know what to do with. I contacted customer service but I'm not sure they will allow me to refund my money. Stay away!
This is the third time I'm writing this. You send what I say to be spell check. But you haven't answered me. Why you afraid ?
Again I buy 500 bid at $75.00. Then I buy 220 bids at $33.00 about $108.00. Now I'm seeing it, just slip away and nothing to show for it, except feeling like a fool and taken !
Again I buy 500 bid at $75.00. Then I buy 220 bids at $33.00 thats about $108.00. Now I'm seeing it, just slip awayanaway and nothing to show for it, except feeling like a fool and taken !
Again I buy 500 then 220 bids a 75.00 and $33.00 and I'm going to lose it all. This is not fun! . How come?
DEAL DASH got one thing right...the name, you make a deal then they "DASH" with your cash. The term RIPOFF does not even begin to define the actions of this so called "Fair and Honest "bidding site. Just remember advise that I'm sure each and everyone of us have heard at some point in our lifetime. "If it's too good to be true, it probably is." If your in the mood to give away money...just send it to me. You will at least be contacted and will receive a sincere THANK YOU. STAY AWAY!
On November 26, I went to dealdash to try and see how the site worked. I was given 60 tokens equal to $60 with the understanding that if I didn't win an auction, I would get my money returned( $60, ) to try others. This site does not really act like any other auction that I have ever participated in. I learned my lesson the hard way. I won't ever use this site again.
I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience on our site. Our development team works round the clock to ensure that the site runs smoothly, and we currently provide service to over 1.5 million registered users. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee covering all initial bid pack purchases, so trying DealDash really is a risk free proposition! They're available to help customers just like you, and are currently able to respond to all customer queries within 24 hours.
Please know you are not alone, there are many, many unhappy DealDash customers. If you are on facebook, lookup dealdashripoff on facebook, It’s a community of others just like you, where you will find a wealth of information. You can also go to dealdashripoff.com for help and suggestions. I hope you get some resolution to your issues...good luck!
I won a bid...lol won? After 3 emails and 2 phone calls leaving a message...I have not heard from them. The site won't let me pay for my winning bid. It was my first time on the site. They got my money...but they lost a lot more in bad publicity. Its posted on my facebook and I have a lot of friends that will be re posting on there site, regarding my experience with Dealdash.
If ANY of your bids were obtained without paying the FULL PRICE, they will not refund any of your money. Their servers are WAY to SLOW for the volume. I started bidding on an item with at least 5 seconds to go and click after click were ignored as I watched a "regular" win the Ipad. I have about the best setup you could have with Roadrunner EXTREME, an I7 CPU with 16 GB RAM, Gigabit networking, etc. and it was late enough that there was NO OTHER activity on my end. Because I had bought my bids at a discount, their terms and conditions say they will not refund. My complaint here is enough to allow them to remove all my paid for bids, as well.
STAY AWAY !
Whatever you do, do not waste your time here
Dealdash.com has some serious issues, website was attacked, before the attack I had like 38 bids, then after they "fixed it" I had -54. Not sure how you get negative bids. Told them about it and then I had zero. I wrote to complain and was told that is what I am supposed to have!. Whatever don't waste your time there are much better sites out there, more professional, better programming and better run.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I did not win the bid. I stopped bidding. Why did you take $30.00 from my credit card.
This is dishonest
I was simply looking at the site recently. I did not authorize payment or membership. I do not choose to join. Please cancel my membership and refund my money. shazzbott_7@ yahoo.com Glenda Newby through PayPal. Billing date is October 1, I was looking online at that time.
This power saver electric product then other much costly e commerce site
This is a scam, I just created and account and they charged right away $39 to my card. I want a refund.

crooks
Yes hi my name is raishon and I didn't buy anything vin here and now all my money from my card is gone and I want my money back
On about 20 Jun your company took out $30.00 off my card without my permission. I want the money back and want an answer to why you took it off my card. I only looked at the site. I did not order anything from you My account which I have closed is under wildbilldutton@gmail.com
I did not authorize this charge and I do not want to become a member of Deal Dash. Will you please correct this, my credit card bill reflects the unauthorized charge of this $30.00 on June 1, 2023 Thank You
We're sorry for any misunderstanding. DealDash operates on a pay to participate model, where bids are required to be purchased in order to participate in the auctions. We do have a 100% Money Back Guarantee on your first Bid Pack, so I have issued a refund for that now and sent you your refund details via email. If you have any questions, please let us know at support@dealdash.com. Have a great day! 😊

DealDash is fun ... but not "fair and honest."
Their latest ploy is they make you spend $70 on a 600 bid pack when you join. Immediately you win 3 or 4 gift cards from Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc., each wirth $10. And you win them for 3 or 4 cents each. Wow, this is easy, you think! I won 4 gift cards in 15 minutes!
Wrong. You didn't "win" anything. They're just refunding part of your investment. They put up those same auctions for everyone who joins, and only you can see them. That way everyone gets to experience the thrill of winning, and they're hooked.
Also, DealDash --
-- way over inflates the value of their prizes,
-- no longer offers gift cards as prizes (except for Total Trivia, one of their own scam websites), and
- uses bots (fake bidders) to drive up the auctions on certain high-end prizes).
So ... you can have fun. But be aware of the shady stuff. I'm amazed they haven't been shut down.
