Terrible none professional they make me pay very expensive my 10 kl they say all included than I received a message that I have to pay DHL for the douane of the the boxe I send who was around 200 eur value !? They say pay before it reach Italy ! Why they didn't let me know before I send it !? Now I m going to ask to bring me back my boxe noway I pay 500 euro I m in choc
