Dick's Sporting Goods review: Return policy

original christmas gift purchase of under armour sweatshirt for $60 on 9/4/2024. attempt to exhange for a different size on 12/31/2024 with original receipt. was told that it was over 90 day policy no exhange allowed. offered to sell us another for the difference of current price $45 and lowest price this item was sold for at this store which we are told was $11.99, so that difference will be $35. So in essence we can "exchange" it and get a different size for a total cost of $95! which is my original cost plus exhange charge. sounds like you're trying to cover your loss on the $11.99 purchase by charging me an additional $35. Heres what I've learned, don't shop early and don't bother keeping your receipt.
