I ordered two pairs of converse shoes using an add on Facebook (keith haring, a rainbow chucks). The product never arrived. I was told by the seller that the goods would be reshipped.

It seems you may have been misled by an unofficial seller, possibly via a third-party ad on Facebook. Since Dick's Sporting Goods is a reputable company, but the tracking number suggests China Post, this could indicate a fraudulent seller using the store’s name
