I am not happy with direct axis. Phone this morning at 08:06 was busy driving on the road there was a traffic office because of me being on my cell phone I got a ticket on the call I tell the agent that I will pay on the 35 of April R400.00. and I cant talk because I am driving and will not be aviable for the day as I am going for training. Thereafter they call like 11 time. That is not on because I am only in arrears one month trying my best to pay. I have a reason for not being the one month but now Direct axis is going on like I made a crime. There is people not paying at all millions but I made a crime because I couldn't pay one month and I am going to run away. I am taking this to the ombudsman because I need My job still to pay Direct axis.

Hi I'm very disappointed on you guys, you service is fast when people apply but as soon as the account is settled no wants to interfere and the account can't be closed instead you get calls from different divisions saying you need to pay.
Is that how you scam people by making them pay what's already being paid?
My account was settled 4 months ago even forwarded you the settlement letter but nothing has changed, when I call I get transferred to several departments until I'm transferred out to another company so I'm spinning in circles instead of people manning up and do their job.

changing of pay date
My name is Alettha Elizabeth Fourie with ID number: [protected] and I have been a loyal customer of Direct Axis. However, I informed [protected]@directaxis.co.za on the 31st of January that my pay date has changed as I changed jobs (as I already informed you in my previous communication) . You deducted today on the 29th of March and I have NOT yet received my salary. Another e-mail sent to [protected]@directaxis.co.za and [protected]@directaxis.co.za TODAY to make that clear.
Please do not deduct before the last day of the month. This month you are lucky that I had money in my account - next month might not be the same.
sms and cold call harassment by direct axis
I have been cold called and sent many sms's about Direct Axis and I'm not a client and I don't want to be. The amount I receive is basically harassment, twice a day everyday and its just not acceptable marketing. I see that it has happened to a number of people and I will surely spread the word about this invasive process and hopefully report it to the authorities.

Last week they cited invalid proof of payment, I emailed them the valid one on Tuesday (06 February 2018) but the claim they have not seen it when I have evidence that they have received my e-mail. I feel bullied maybe because I am black.

I am really very unhappy and disappointed about your lousy customer service!
My account was settled on 29/12/2017 but only noted on 19/01/2018 - and that after I had to spend 40 minutes and 4 tries phoning in to obtain a settlement amount.
Then in early January I send countless mails trying to get acknowledgement of my settlement - but no reply from any email address I tried!
Eventually I phoned in on Wednesday 24/01, to my horror I was told there is still an outstanding amount! Spoke to a supervisor and was promised the account will be closed and no debit order will go off.
I received a statement on Thursday 25/01 which still showed an outstanding balanced, I phoned immediately and was promised the account was closed and no debit order will go off.
Come Friday, well surprise surprise the debit order went off! I am furious!
Took my time and money to make another phone call, no apologies, agent just told me they will log for a refund which takes 5 - 10 working days. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was contacted via email from a Mrs Lisa Botha and offered a loan saying Have you been blacklisted.
I sent back a mail asking for more detail and filled the necessary information in, no banking details were given only an ID and the amount requested was 50, 000
I then was sent an agreement to sign and was sent by Juanita Meyer and the first agreement said 5% interest an accumulative interest of 400, 000 which I laughed at and then a request to give them 3995.00 upfront as legal fees. I smelt a rat and send them a letter saying I believe you are a scam and I am going to report you. Fortunately I only gave my wife's ID but no other details apart from her work details and the amount she earns.

On the 18/10/2017 DirectAxis sent me a message from the number +[protected] stating they had sent me a gold card and that I could redo my loan. I am 3 payments from finishing a personal loan I have never once missed a payment on.
However when I went on to the site and phoned they declared that I wasn't eligible for a loan at this time.
This was not good service and DirectAxis will not get my business again if an explanation isn't forthcoming.

Now that i want to pay the outstanding amount they do not want to come back to me.The only feedback that i get is an email that says they will be in contact within 2 working days. This morning i called and was transferred to 5 different departments

bad service. loan application is taking too long
I applied for a loan I'm the 18th July 2017. They advised they received all the documents and underwriting will take 24 to 48 hours to process. It's been 6 days now and I still have not been contacted. When I call them i get the same response saying they will contact me. No one seems to understand why it's taking so long.
