I was covered up for the months of May 2020 to July 2020 for the covid 19 relief, and for the month of 20 May 2020, my debit order want through, I also extended my covid 19 relief for August 2020, debit order also went through on the 20 August 2020, I spoke to a number of consultants with no joy. It is going about two months now for my refund for the 20th May 2020, still no joy. Kindly advise what is going on, this not a good response fom Direct Axis,

I require assistance please. Notice the caps because I am now desperate.
I have a loan with you and took out the relief loan with fnb in june 2020 (loan 40005034954360 documents for this I have still not even received from fnb).
According to fnb they paid you three installments for my direct axis loan [protected]) yet according to your settlement figure provided to me on 11.08.2020 there are only two installments paid by fnb.
I am wanting to settle both these loans now and I need to sort out this discrepancy urgently.
According to fnb, you will need to send statements to prove that they only paid two installments as according to their records it is three.
As per my records fnb should only have paid my loan for june and july as I am wanting to settle now so therefore the august payment would not be needed but I need to sort this out between the two of you so I can settle these loans.
I have spent almost a week between you and fnb and countless hours on hold and being transferred and then cut off between your different departments and I am still not able to know what is happening with these loans.
I want to settle these loans_ please help!
Who is robbing who here? Either direct axis is lying to me or fnb is?
You guys are ridiculous and your service is beyond disgusting and this is coming from a collections manager - I would never treat the most delinquent debtor like the way your incompetent people have treated me as a customer!
No assistance on email request as I've been trying to get through on the customer care and claims lines for 4 weeks
I've been given payment relieve from 3 different entities as I've been retrenched since June 2020.
I've been trying to get a hold of direct axis as I need to deal with the debit orders which goes off every month. Now already it is that time again. One gave 6 months, one 12 months and direct axis only managed 1 month. I was retrenched due to staff reductions and do not have an income. It is really frustrating as you need to sort this out and cannot get a hold on anybody on the phone lines. Will put you through to a consultant and the line goes dead.
Consolidation loan
I have filled out forms and was approved for R148k but i have to accept the offer.
I have wasted hours and money to try get someone to assist me. The consultants keep me on the line for 30 minutes at a time. They put me on hold and just leave it there.
I have been told 100s times that someone will call me back, left my number with all the people i have spoken to but unfortunately only took one name Zenandi. The following time and dates I have called and you will notice the time i have spent / wasted just to get the money paid over into my account as I accepted the loan.
On the 1st July 20 : time 13.01, held on for 18 mins 27 secs
2nd July 20 : time 15.54, held on 7 mins 5 secs
as above 16.01 : 4 mins 47 secs
as above 16:05, 11 mins 44 secs
as above 16:50, 4 mins 52 secs
Today 3rd July 20, 9:58, 48 secs - call lost
as above 10:10, 1 hour 55 secs
as above 16:51, 22 mins
as above 17:11, 5 mins 46 secs then my call time was up
All in all i spent a whole day in time and not even the how much money this has cost me, you add up the value of the calls as I have now lost around R200 just on calls and nobody has the knowledge or is not prepared to assist.
Refund
Application completed and approved for covid 19 relief. Lady said my account would not be debt end month to my surprise my account was debited by direct axis on the 25th may. Contect them and they said my refund with be done by wednesday 27th may by thursday still nothing I contacted them again. Again they said it would be sorted by the friday still nothing again they said it would be sorted by the 1st june to date still no answer. Tried calling again all I get is we will get some to call you am still waiting for that call.

No remorse for me as an individual and not willing to help me at all! This country is falling into a huge crisis and direct axis wants me to take out another loan?

I settled my personal loan with direct axis on the 14th of November 2019 through Nedbank Consolidation. On the 20th of November on my paydate direct axis debited my account. I contacted Direct Axis to advise them that a third party has assisted me to settle the loan. I was advised to send proof of payment. I contacted Nedbank and advised them of the loan that has not been settled as yet. A manager was appointed to me by the name of Yusuf Rajah who was also unhelpful since he only sent a proof of payment but did not adress my query. i was later advised by direct axis that an incorrect reference number was used hence they could not trace the payment. I was advised that a refund will be processed and I should receive my money in 48 hours. On the 20th December 2019 a refund was processed however the account was debited again with the same amount of the instalment. I have been calling direct axis since then and to no avail. A lady by the name of anelisa is very rude when answering the phone. She transferred me to another lady who hanged up on me. it is 2020 now and still I have not received my refund.
I have cost incurred because I have been calling non stop. to no avail. on the 30th of december Shanee assisted me and she advised that because it is an long pending query she would request it to be done in 48 hours, it is the 7th of January 2020, still no refund.
I am on the line with khayakazi now and she confirmed that shaneeq did not request for the refund in 48 hours. Direct axis has been unfair to me considering that I have been paying them religiously for the past year.
A manager should contact me and ensure that my refund is processed and if direct axis really cares about their customer, they will also refund me for all cost incurred for calling them.

EARLY DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT ACCOUNT BEING IN ARREARS. More than once it has happened that you deduct payments before the payment date without the account being in arrears and the due date was also changed to the 22nd of each month, it was not changed and still you proceed to do as you like. This is totally unacceptable. You wil therefor also be liable for the bank charges for the unpaid item on my bank statement.

Applied for personal loan 16Sep was approved first Africa Bank got all the info and costumer no and aturasions was asked to go into a bank for biometrics did it the branch did not know how what or where I was from showed me loan was unsuccessful 16 Seo all ready according to there system DairecAxais asked me to continue with them did so got mails and info of them approving loan but Then when I said I'm also logging info for security purpose as I was told they dis over 25 credit checks affecting my credit score negative hade to protect my self. Mu loan without reason or eoth on reson was feclonrf and I was band from there website and call centre. When contracted I will give step by step mail by email and call by call evidence of what happened. I'm now bad debts becuse of this unfinished project and a grade 12 student stuck in Mapumalanga. This can not be left here NCR must be aproced and the blaitebd disregard and lies and misleading. Not mention cost I require ref no please want Ombidsman aswell and legal.
account incorrectly double debited
I received an sms to advise that I must contact direct axis as they are experiencing account issues. When I realised my account had been double debited and contacted direct axis immediately. I had to hold on for more than 20 minutes when someone finally answered my call. I advised them of the problem, not sure why I had to tell them, they had all the information on hand but stil wanted me to tell them what's wrong. I asked them to refund my money as soon as possible as I hav other debits that must go off but till date still nothing in my account. The call centre agent had no sympathy towards my situation, he made me feel like it's my problem. I think this is really pathetic to go through as a client, u are the once in the wrong but dont care about sorting this out. I had to use my resources to advise you where you went wrong.
I will be going to the Ombudsman with my query as Direct Axis dont care about me as their client and I am really disgusted by the service I received.

I have expected the transfer of cash and feel they have told me "everything approved"? Why now all of a sudden after everything was done 'and approve'?
This is not fare as I was under the impression this was finalised?
The consultant that I phoned was rude and said the system declined it? Why now?

lack of customer service
I changed banks and now i have been trying for weeks to update my banking details both online and via email. I work out of the country and have limited cellphone coverage and this is also very expensive and a security risk factor.
I did speak to a consultant and she was rude, arrogant and did not seem to know what to do.
There is no responses to emails or even requests on the direct axis website in south africa.
I cannot complain about customer service because there is no customer service to begin with. Disgusting.

Attention, gerhardus greyvenstein, your loan of r200,000 with payback a period of 82 months has been approved, but you are requested to cover the attorney documentation fees of r1800 to enable to release your loan to your provided banking details. You have two month grace is given to you before you can commence the monthly repayment of r2600 before legal action can be taken as soon as this requested fees have transfer to our provided bank details.

illegal credit lending
I have tried to do the honourable thing by making a payment arrangement to pay off my mothers loan with Direct axis but upon further investigation it was brough to my attention that the sales consultant forged documents to deem my mother a succesful candidate for a loan. I will be taking this matter further as your staff and direct axis on the whole is practicing illegal credit lending.

I want my refunded immediately! I did not give you Amy permission to deduct money! Intact, your policy documents also does not state you have the right to just double debit clients' account without informing them. This is also after an arrangement is in place, last year when a payment was made you Aldo received your money towards the amount that needed to be be paid! I paid my account in full, in 2018-01-26
i called direct axis for a amount so that i can pay my settlement amount on my account. I was told that i have to pay a installment amount as well as the settlement amount so i did there for i had to sent my proof of payment to the e-mail address they gave me.([protected]@directaxis.Co.Za)
and still since 2018-01-26 every month they still take the installment amount, and if i call them they say they didn't receive any moneys from me
although i paid in january 2018 and every month i have to sent then the proof of payment but still they say they haven't received it,
please help me i don't know what to do anymore calling them doesn't work.

I want to settle my Direct Axis loan and requested a settlement letter. The original amount was R133, 197.00 and this was taken out in October 2016. To my surprise I look ed at a settlement letter offered a year ago and the amount was R128, 732.20. I requested one again today and the amount is R112, 166.16, keeping in mind that my installment is 4853 per month. Since last year April to date I paid R58, 236.00 in installments and my debt was only reduced by about R16 000 since my last settlement letter request. Ho can this be, other credit providers settlement actually shows it smaller by quite a percentage when one settle early? Someone please explain before I forward my complaint to the NCR.
