On September 7, 2021, we placed an online order at our local Dominos at 3921 East Market Street, York, PA around 11:15 am for delivery at 1:00 pm. This order was for a handicapped instructor at our facility who does not drive. We had a delivery around 3 weeks prior without a problem. About 12:30 pm (over an hour later), the Dominos called us to tell us that they do not deliver to our location. They are 2 miles from us and had delivered before. They said we are no longer in their delivery area. They instructed us that someone would have to pick it up or we should order somewhere else. I told them I didn't understand since they delivered before. I also asked why the website didn't tell us that they could not deliver when we placed the order and why they didn't call us earlier. Their response was..."It is all Corporate. They made changes. We have no control over the website. There is nothing we can do." I am the front desk Receptionist, but I got a replacement and left our school and my post to run to the Dominos to pick up his lunch order. This was extremely poor Customer Service. I, personally, do not order from Dominos; and after the experience we had, I will not rush to order from them again. This was so disappointing. I have instructed the handicapped gentleman to please check his CC charge to make certain he wasn't charged for his generous tip and delivery fee. Joyce McLaughlin

We stood in line at the drive thru & we were told this is only 4 pick up? IM not from around here I said. she says well ill do it this 1 time. LONG story short after a 35-37 min wait, I GET THE PIZZA, I OPEN THE BOX B4 EXITING PKN LOT PIZZA IS COLD AND HARD. TASTES UGLY O !

DOMINOS Pizza do not provide the relevant sizes when a order is placed. They say that the local standards are L - 11" M - 8.5" and S 6". But, when measured the L one was measured 10'. They did not deliver even to their local standards as they say. Their website mentions their sizes as L - 12" M - 10 " and S - 8". They are tricking the unsuspicious consumers. The box that the outlet delivered to us could merely carry only a 10" pizza. Tricksters to the MAXIMUM level. It's my fault for being attracted to their so called favorable offer.

No delivery options in west phoenix for Domino's. you forced me to use pizza hut in as I'm not driving in rush hour traffic to get my pizza. Pizza hut had no issues in delivering me a couple of pizza's and other items.Domino's still owes me a free pizza and $20 worth of product from the last disaster. I looked online at all the other domino's around my address, not one of them said they could deliver, what in the heck is going on here.

Calling the Domino's store and getting the phone hung up on me 3x's, plus they never gave me any up-dates on my order, the order was 2 hours late. I bought 48.00 in food. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY REFUNDED

I have been getting a medium pizza for years at Dominos pizza in our home town of Poquoson, Va. I called in and ordered. Asked him if there were any specials. He said 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each and a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99. As I usually do, I told him I just wanted one medium as there is only us two senior citizens! I know it costs a little more but when I got there to pick it up, he told me it was 16.32 for the one medium pizza. Frankly, I thought he was joking...I told him I have never paid this amount for 1 med. pizza. I refused it and asked him to make me a large pizza with 3 toppings for 7.99... I went further after that and said... why don't you just give me this cooked med.pizza for 7.99 and that will be alright. He pondered that for a bit and then reluctantly said Ok. When I got home I noticed he had charged me the 16.32 for this 2 topping pizza. What is going on at this company? How can you rationalize charging 16.32 for one med. pizza when the large with 3 toppings is 7.99 and two med pizzas are only 5.99 each. I am dumbfounded and angry, I was so upset I did not even enjoy the damn thing. I would like an explanation of this bizarre scheme and who dreamed this up. I also would like my card credited.

So, the website says open until 12:00AM, I call and order a pizza at 11:57PM and receive belittlement by some loudmouth [censored] how "we are closed"! Last I reckon, 11:57PM is before 12:00AM? Am I incorrect?
Then when I continue to call back, I am THREATENED by this [censored] that she will call the police on me! WOW; what a way to handle an unhappy customer!
Question now, should I ever order food from Domino's again? Well; I've been accosted by the manager, threatened with the Police?

I was driving to domino's for a carry out. I looked in my mirror and noticed a car coming behind me at a high rate of speed. All of a sudden i was pushed out of my lane by a domino's delivery driver. Im doing 35 in a 25 already. I swear he was going 50 after he pushed me out of my lane. He ends up cutting 2 others off and doesn't even use a blinker. We both get to domino's and i dont even get a apology just a look like fu. Thats not a representation of someone i would have for my company and its obvious domino's doesnt care! We did tell the manager but nothing was done!

After receiving order everything was completely screwed up. Tried calling the store and they would put us on hold then would hang up. Tried calling multiple times, finally gave up and went to the store. No other customer was in there and still had to wait until they finally came to the counter. Either bring in more help from other stores or shut the place down.

Dude when i got the pizza the box was crushed and the person didnt have any change! the pizza looked garbage the cheese wasnt even on some of the pizza and some of it was just bread dude also they didnt give me change i payed $20 and got scammed dude it happened today at 3:10 give me a refund dude the pizza was a scam so yeah please give me a refund also the pizza wasnt even cut dude

A Domino's pizza caused my daughter and I to experience upset stomachaches. This pizza was delivered on 7/24/2021 around 8:00pm from the store located at 1501 S. Prairie Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado 81005 to 8 Tulane, Pueblo, Colorado 81005. Because the pizza made us ill, I am requesting a refund of the cost of the pizza. My phone number is [protected]. The order was made from telephone [protected] for a total charge of $19.67 plus a $4.50 tip.

Ordered three pizza. They all looked dissatisfying. They were burned and had barely any cheese. All the toppings were in the center and none around the edges. They were all sloppily cut. I didn't want to be difficult so I only had one remade. I waited 20 minutes to have the one pizza remade. Meanwhile my other two pizzas were getting cold. Once I received the pizza I waited on - it looked just like the first one /horribly made and burned. I didn't want to bring it up again or wait any longer. My whole family was dissatisfied with their pizzas and it destroyed our experience. We eat Domino's all the time and we were really disappointed with the bad service. We ordered three medium pizza. I would like my whole order remade with the topping evenly distributed, cut well, and not burned. Thanks.

There was a driver driving down Woodshire Drive Terre Haute, IN 47803 at approximately 8:00pm on June 26 at an accelerated rate. There are several children and animals on this street and the driver was well over 30 miles an hour. This street houses approximately seven houses on each side of the road. Twenty miles an hour is more than sufficient speed for this street. There is no excuse for the driver to drive this quickly down our road. He was driving a silver hatchback.
