Approximate 9:30pm EST I placed an order, receipt attached, and at 10:30pm I had to call about my order. I live 10 minutes away from the store. After a long wait on hold, I reached someone who did not seem to have any idea on how to professionally answer a phone. I asked about my order and provided my address. I was told "I only have one driver", and that it would be at least another 30 minutes to deliver my pizza. Keep in mind this is at 10:30pm and I have to get up early for work in the morning.

I had to drive, now, to the store to pick up my order. I arrived at the store and was not greeted but heard the person say, as soon as I walked in, "what's your name?" I picked up the pizza which had been sitting for a while on the "warming rack" along with several other orders. And, my salad and soda. I received no apology on the phone or in the store.

I returned home at 11:00pm with my pizza that was ordered at 9:30pm and that i had to pick up instead of it being delivered. I ordered it to be cut into squares, but they couldn't even do that. I ordered extra cheese and sauce. I did not see that.

This is not the first time this store has had issues. I worked for Dominos Pizza back when the company only did coke cola and more traditional pizzas. We NEVER treated a customer like this.

If you dont have enough drivers, pull from less busy stores or schedule additional drivers.

$34.61 wasted on a poor product and service.

What is going on with Domino's?
Their Pizza is soooo salty and their sauce is too spicy. Tried both locations in Martinsburg and both have really gone downhill. The last pizza, I brought back because we couldn't eat it as it was so salty, plus the spice in the sauce burns your mouth inside. They told me I did have the mild sauce. I told them that I've eaten pizza up and down the whole East Coast and have never encountered spicy pizza sauce unless you want spices and pepper flakes, then you ask for peppers and hot flakes on it.
Guess what, the 2nd was no better. I specifically asked for mild sauce and all you get are dirty looks. I threw it out when I got home.
Sooooo done with them!
If you want Mexican pizza with lots of salt and hot spices, go to Domino's.

This is not a complaint! I only wish to have my issue reviewed. First let me say i'm a frequent customer. Your product is fantastic! I'm 76 years young and had (I thought) accumulated enough reward points to redeem 4 free pizza(s). When covid hit full blast I was extremely reluctant to go out. Actually, I still i'm. Being on a fixed income makes your reward points very valuable financially! I'm only submitting this so that somehow you'll understand the awkward situationcovid created for me. That being said I still purchase dominos!

Live in rock springs wyoming. Tried to order pizza for delivery. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Went to the store to find out the problem. Was told there was issues with the ordering by phone. Left the store without ordering. Is this the way you want your store to be run? Won't go to dominoes again. Hello Pizza Hut!

The total doesn't make sense, This is what I ordered a Handmade pizza at 8.99.

Where did this cost come from?

It turns up 15 minutes late and I ordered with 50 minute time frame and it was not that hot.

Ad said 49% off, i ordered large extravaganza. At checkout i was charged regular price with no 49% discount. I was told i had to order in special place on website and the pizza had to be delivered car side. I ordered on line and walked in for pickup. My bill was $16.30. That's not right. Car side 49% and walked in no discount, same pizza. I am sure that they sold a lot of pizza with this gimmick ad and had a lot of people just like me that felt taken because we didn't click on the special box. When i got home the pizza did not look right and after tasting found it to be poor quality and not worth what i had paid. I could buy a frozen pizza and it would have tasted better. I called the Domino store and told a lady how unhappy i was with the bad pizza, i then talked to a man and he was very rude and not interested in my problems and refused to help me with my bad experience. The pizza went into the trash. This will be my last order from Domino's and I will share my experience with my four brother, two sisters and their families. To say i am unhappy would be putting it mildly.

They were chicken nuggets that rolled around the box inedible because they were to hard. The y are misrepresented advertising that they are boneless chicken wings. Was on hold for 50 minutes never spoke with a pizza expert want a refund and a return call. Pizza was not made good either

Today 05/08/2021 16:00 hrs I placed an order on line trying to get the outside pick up deal with pizzas at 49% off. THE WEB SITE STATED YOU COULD NOT ORDER UNTIL 16:00 HRS. Both a co worker and my self tried to get this deal but the box you click on would not activate, so after 15 minutes of screwing around I gave up and changed my order to in store pick up and only received a coupon deal.
I arrived at the Lorraine Road Gulfport Mississippi store and went inside to pick up my order, the cashier stated the transaction had not gone through for payment online. Now it showed on line the transaction had occurred and was good before I left for pickup!
I was concerned I was paying twice but decided I would deal with this issue later and paid at the store. I checked my account and thankfully I had only been charged once. But this was a frustration experience and I do feel i may not order on line in the future or at all. I do have a local oven baked pizza shop down from the house and have never had an issue with my orders, I also must say your large Pizzas are the size of a medium at the oven baked. Your pizzas do taste great and the cashier was pleasant.

I make an order from grab food waiting 1 hour haven received my pizza, and I call customer service never pick up.. Bad service

The delivery service I've been getting has been great! I'm writing to inform dominos that if my delivery service ever switches to a driverless robot car delivery service, I honest to god will never order from your establishment again! Human interaction is a must in a society that finds hatred in everything! Please stop this robot car delivery nonsense! I will be watching along with many others and our wallets!
