I had made an online pizza order through their app. When it didn't show up after 15 minutes being past the time I chose I called and was put on hold. When the manager finally got on the phone he was arguing with me about not having an order under my name, when I said I did it online and have a email confirmation he tried another excuse. I finally told him forget it I'll go else where. Frustrating

We're over cooked and really hard to eat, the service was really poor and really rude and disrespectful. When I brought it to there attention they acted badly and did nothing about this. These kids want a pay check but don't want to work for it. I do hope that you take care of this because I have been please before. Purchase a margarita pizza which turned up with nearly no tomato sauce on it. Called and complained and a replacement was sent out and the second pizza was worse than the first one. Phoned back again and the manager wasn't interested at all and said that's how the pizzas are made.
