we have placed online order from dominos for home delivery which get placed from Dominos Bhootnath patna, panday motors campus today 06th june 2019.
Delivery destination was Hanuman nagar patna which tooks almost more than 90 minute.
This is really very frustrating and this was the second time we faced this issue.
Requesting you to please try to take necessary action/steps to get rid of waiting so long time for food.

i ordered a 24.99 special and my son put in the order, when i looked at the credit card reciept i noticed that the price looked high to me so i calculated it and was charged full price for my order. small food big price
Nowhere near what I was expecting. Big price for little food. Also it tasted like a vending machine sandwich. Pizza was ok, but could have got better from the frozen isle at the grocery store. Never again. I will be letting everyone know what to expect. I don't know what has happened to what used to be a good pizza restaurant. Also, I gave them a 15 percent tip, on top of a delivery charge. Wish I could get it back. Pictures do not represent the food that I received. No wonder you are trying to expand the menu. If you could just concentrate on making what you have on the menu, better, you might get more business. But once again, you are one of the restaurant's that have lost all concerns that your customers get what the pay for.

ordered 2 medium pizzas they were delivered ontime but she would not show me my pizzas till i payed her then she was extremly rude either they show up without napkins plates peppers or they are rude im going to stop ordering pizza from them. i called and talked to the manager and he apologized for her behavior i should have just refused the order and had someone else bring it back out.

I am domino's employee working @ Green Park Branch domino's Delhi India -110016, last week surprise when the Store Manager (Mr Updesh and Mr Deepak) announced for weekly off cancelled for all staff for the reason is staff shortage issue and forced to work for 12 hrs. In this branch all staff is doing shift 10 hrs. When ever our Factory Act 1948 Work Hours and Overtime Pay in India. Working Hours in India: As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. According to Section 51 of the Act, after all the Management is doing this like behave with the current employee few month ago some employee have done complain in HR to Mr. Madan Mohan & Ms Kamalika Dekha North JFL HR Head, about the abuse of store manager but nothing happened now they left job current employee who working now they cant do anything only can go HR but they can't do any thing instead of helping that employee they did't do anything. Even I have seen that one of female Employee Name Mrs Uma She is pregnant, 7 Month and above going on for their time, but not provided leave which should be maternity leave for Six Month.

14pc boneless chicken
I ordered a 14pc boneless chicken from Union City NJ, my Wife and I had terrible diarrhoea. The Manager at the store now refuses to contact me.
Plain awful customer service, there are plenty of alternatives to Domino's. Got in touch with Richard Allison the CEO, got robbed off there too! Forced to go down the legal route. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a medium pizza, and lava cake on 4/16/19 and I completed a complaint about the manager not telling my order was burnt, and it was over 2hours late after I called several times. So I received a call from the manager on Saturday 5/11/19 and he told me I would have a re*order free and he added a beverage to the order. So today 5/13/19 I stopped by the store close to me to order and they said they couldn't complete the order and I would need to contact the store I ordered from previously. so I went home placed my order over the phone with the Stockbridge store and told the guy who took my order and he said everything was fine. So the driver called me 40minites after stating he as not going to deliver to me because he could not locate the address. so I told him my previous address was 8295 Yale Drive, Jonesboro, Ga 30236 and the new address was five minutes away at 108 Spring Street, Jonesboro, Ga 30236. He told me to call the manager and I told him to call him because I informed them I was at another location now. so I called the store at 6:41 pm and my original call was 4:59 pm. So I called again and the manager told me he would need to call the driver to see if he will bring the pizza. now its 2hours again getting my pizza. This service is horrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas the order was made incorrectly and I was hung up on they did nothing to make it right with me they took the wrong pizza back and I was made to wait for another pizza and felt disrespected by all the employees and the manager would not give me name of employee who hung up on me to make a complaint I order pizza regularly and never have I been disrespected like this

Very unhappy with quality of the service and food from Dominos in Queenstown. I waited 2 hours for delivery and when I called to assess the situation they said the pizza was ready and waiting for me when I clearly ordered for delivery. I then asked if the pizza would still be hot and the lady assured me it would. Upon delivery the lady gave me the pizza and I checked it was cold not to my surprise, she then handed me 2 1.5 ltr bottles of soda that was not on my order and forgot to bring the garlic bread. After that she apologized and told me I would only be charged for the 2 pizzas. The original total of the order was 29.99$ for everything and she charged me 33.50$ for the 2 pizzas. She then told me she would return with the cheesy bread, it came 30 minutes later, Burned on the bottom and un edible. I'm am really loosing hope in Dominos.

The service was horrible. Upone tasting this disgusting excuse for a pizza, it felt to me as if they forgotten my order on the floor somewhere. I mean the least they cold have done was put it in the microwave .
Dominos today you have lost a customer. It may seem as a small loss but hey thats R130 less in your chas register.
Honesty after today, id rather spend alittle extra and get a hot pizza with good service from Romans pizza . Your staff could learn a thing or two

First of all, I got a call regarding manufacturing defects so they request me to delete the order. Then I got a message regarding delivery details. The product got delivered 1 hour late. Product is not in any condition to eat. Pizza is all over the packet. And when I complain about it the delivery guy took the bill saying that you will get a 50 percent refund. I mean what's the meaning of this. We have to pay for poor quality food.

Ordered square cut pizza and got traditional style, I ordered the square cut in order to be able to feed more people. The box has a picture of a square on it so I'm not sure how that could've been misinterpreted. I'd understand if it were busy but when I went in there was only one name on the screen after mine. that franchise owner pretty much ignored the situation

This location is the worst I've ever been to in my life. After one visit I decided not to come back. Although this incident happed in late November it says a lot about the franchise. The kids that they have working there are clueless. There was one incident to where I came with a family member and was met by this employee giving me the stink face before I even placed my order. After my order was place the worker and the cashier gave me constant side eyes and decided to play this stupid game to where they pushed my order back for the hell of it. AFTER my family member lashed out this stupid employee tried to contain her composure but was laughing. I reported this to corporate twice but the owner said that she said sorry and offered me a drink. That doesn't excuse it this employee wanted us out of the story out of jealousy and we waiting 1 hr 5 minutes for an order that should've taken no longer than 30.

Bought 1 mega meatlovers and 1 korean bbq steak online at (domino's carlton shop 2 121 grattan st).
When the deliver man come, he only give me one phone call, I did not pick it up because already in the lift. But when I go out to wait, nobody is there. Deliver man has gone without any message. I wait him for 50min afterwards. I paid the money for my food and delivery, but he took my pizza and left. I called him so many times, he reject us automatically. Moreover, rude manager refuse our refund and said it is my falt, he blame on me because I did not show up after 2 mins. He said it is the rule for deliver man only can wait 2min, and can take the food away to eat by himself.
