I have a complain, before 2 months ago I ordered pizza, but due to some address concern, the service was not available, however my 40 min were been vested and my money was been deducted,
I called at customer care last month around 5 times, all the time I was disappointing as no proper answer was been given, now I will not be satisfied by the refund policy, infact I will demand compacation - from the frenches as it is shame to be done from a reputed company, thank you
miscommunication and disregard
Last Friday (december 7), I got home from work and called Domino's ([protected]) at 7:46pm and placed an order for a large pizza one 2L coke and a cake, just before I hang up I asked the lady to please send me change for a 100 dollars and she acknowledged that.
When the delivery guy got here, I brought my order to the kitchen and went to get the money, when I handed the money he told that he didn't have change for it. He made a phone call in front of me and I was able to hear the guy telling him to bring it all back if I couldn't pay with a smaller bill. I had to take the pizza that I did order, explain to my younger brother that we couldn't eat that but we could order somewhere else, we were very disappointed with the situation, I even offered to give the 100 and he would have to bring me the change at some point that night but the answer was "give me the pizza".
I really like Domino's pizza and every time I have friends over and we feel like having pizza for dinner Domino's is the choice, but from now on I'm not sure.

uncooked chicken wings
Earlier this week I got food poisoning from undercooked Frank's hot wings delivered from Domino's and was extremely sick for 2 days. I know it was the chicken wings because my girlfriend didn't eat any of them and was fine the next day. My symptoms were consistent with that of food poisoning as a result of undercooked chicken. I wouldn't like anybody else to experience this so I would like that more care is taken to cook food properly, and hygiene standards are met.

I ordered a pizza on December 1st at 7:09 and was quoted delivery time of 78-89 minutes. At 9:09, 120 minutes later the pizza was not here. I called the store. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and once they answered, I was told it has not been made yet and it would be 1-2 more hours. What! She acted like that was no big deal. I decided to cancel the order and was told that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I also told her this was awful customer service! I ordered dinner for my family around 7, expecting to have it around 830ish. Instead I'm told my family's dinner won't be here until after 10 or 11. Not acceptable. A phone call to let me know would have been fantastic. Now we're starving and stuck without dinner, scrambling around at 10 pm to feed my family. Very dissatisfied Domino's! burnt pizza disgusting chicken wings l
Ordered online from Cypress Garden Road Winter Haven Florida. Picked up shortly after 5:00 pm. Burnt Deluxe Large pizza and mushy chicken wings, both items disgusting and ended in garbage at a cost of $17.00 and some change.This is my second letter sent to your company for the first one nobody took the time to reply My wife went to Domino's on Cypress Garden Road last evening and picked up a Deluxe pizza and an order chicken wings. This pizza was burnt no cheese and crust not even able to bite into . This was not the pizza that is advertise on TV. I will never order on line again. . The wings were like mush and again not able to eat Hopefully. this gets to the correct person and I do get a reply.

xl pizza
I ordered an xl pizza and it was horrible and dry (ordered extra sauce) 3 slices had feta (I ordered feta whole pizza) bacon only in centre no extra cheese and horrible bubbles all over! I love this product however if I wanted bad pizza I'd order from the pizza store next door to my house! Very disappointed with the quality! I placed at order at 12:56 am and was told that my delivery would be made within 26-46 minutes. While watching the tracking logo that Dominoes offers on the website I noticed that no updates were being processed. My card had already been charged for the order so I proceeded to call the number provided to check on my order. The call went directly to voicemail saying that the location was now closed and it was after normal business hours. I then decided to refresh the tracker page just to make sure my order was still being made, just to make sure, and to my surprise the tracker now went blank. I waited around for an hour thinking maybe the delivery would be made and no bell ring, no knock at the door, i even found myself having to peek out the window every five minutes. No order EVER arrived. It is not the day after, 11/13/2018 and I had to personally call the store to ask what happened. No email, no call to let me know the order was cancelled, didn't go through nothing. The woman who picked up the call tried to tell me i input the wrong contact number and that's why the delivery wasn't placed and she couldnt pull up my order. I guess that was her way of trying to get out of their mistake not knowing that i had my confirmation email as well as my order number and once she realized that she quickly changed her response. How unprofessional do you have to be or maybe I should say how much of a fraud company is this that you would charge someone for food and make no attempt to rectify not making the delivery at all. She had absolutely no remorse in her voice and didn't apologize once for their mistake. I am absolutely disgusted and I want a refund for the food I never received.

Jesus is repeatedly unprofessional. Several months ago, I went to pick up my pizza and had to park down the street because there was a car parked illegally backwards in the diagonal parking in front of the store, taking up two spaces. As I walked by, it was Jesus sitting in the car. Blasting rap music and singing out the window while smoking of some sort. Why do his customers have to walk 1/2 a block to get pizza because he is parked on his break in the front two spots, illegally! On another occasion, I went in to pick up a pizza and he was running around squirting his employees with a water gun. He then proceeded to stare at me and make winky faces to other male employees while I waited for my pizza, though he did not know I saw. He wears his dominos shirts around Batavia everywhere he goes, and if this behavior continues outside his store, it does not look good for him to be repping the company. On his personal Facebook page, he has several disturbing pictures. One of which is him shirtless and sweaty standing inside the company's industrial cooler/freezer. In another photo, he is posing shirtless inside the store along the wallpapered wall with all the dominos designs in it, with the keys to the store around his arm. Why is this man shirtless so often inside a store, let alone sweaty and in the cooler with the food! Not to mention, he is now openly dating another manager Kaylee, at the store. Rumor has it she was married and had a kid, but cheated on her husband with Jesus and now she is 7 months pregnant with their kid. This is information going around Batavia that random citizens are talking about. A manager of a store should not have so much controversy and drama surrounding him. The town of Batavia should not know what is going on in his life. Unprofessional and disgusting to say the least.

Was insulted and demeaned by the service of an employee named Mr. VIJITH VIJAYAN, in the new Dominos opened in Falaj, Sohar, Oman. When paid exact change, the employee proceeded to insult and mock the customer. The employee also had no respect to the customer, and was extremely rude and proceeded to ignore my order at many times. Extremely disappointed.

Well, let me start with this, Dominos fails to tell the customers that when the order with a credit card they have to show ID at the time of deliver. Well, the delivery man Aziz came and had me sign the receipt, but then wanted ID for the credit card. Why did you have me sign the receipt first dummy? Anyway when I didn't have my ID because I had tow walk out of my apartment and walk through the security doors to go down stairs because his lazy [censored] doesn't come to the door, so I'm not thinking of ID. Well, Aziz refused to give me my pizza and I had to get in my car and go to the store to pick it up. Aziz was very nasty and very rude, He was yelling at me in front of my apartment building. How dare he! Domino's you have some explaining you do about the people you hire how rude arrogant and nasty they are, holding people's food for ransom if they fail to show ID after a credit card purchase. I have been ordering from Dominos as long as I can remember. I work hard for my money and I will take my pizza purchases elsewhere like Pizza Hut and as long as I live I will never order from you again. I think the resolution I would like for this store to be on notice, and for them to get reprimanded for it and the delivery drivers that they hire. I never in my life been disrespected this bad. very bad customer service.
slow, inadequate service
At 4:45pm on October 31st I ordered online a large pizza and cinnasticks from the location on Prairie Ave in Port Coquitlam, for carry out. Around 20 minutes later I went to the location to pick up my pizza. There was a large line up. The staff were really busy and far behind on the orders. To be fair, they were all working hard to keep up. I do not have complaints about the staff as they worked hard and probably put up with a lot of abuse from frustrated customers. However, on the screen displaying names and status of order and ready time, I found my name. Under order status it said "being made" and under time it said "7 minutes." I thought since it was only 7 minutes I would wait. However, after waiting for 5 minutes I made a phone call. I was on the phone for 8 minutes and my wait time did not change from 7 minutes. After waiting in the store for 35 minutes, without my time changing from 7 minutes, I went to the counter to ask if there was a mistake and where my order was. The girl checked for me and said my order hadn't even been made yet. She explained they were busy. I asked to change it to delivery so that I didn't I have to continue waiting and I wasn't going to leave and come back. I had to pay an extra $3.99 plus a $2 tip for delivery after waiting for so long. If the screen had said an accurate time and not just 7 minutes I wouldn't have waited so long. At 7:00pm my pizza and cinnastix finally arrive. Over 2 hours after I ordered it. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed to find my food cold. I live just up the street from the location. Literally, a minute away. Why, then, was my food cold? After waiting over two hours for food and then finding it cold, I am extremely disappointed with Dominos pizza. I definitely am requesting, if not a full refund, then at least a free pizza. We placed on online order with Dominos pizza at the Olive Street location in downtown Los Angeles on 10/30/2018. We received confirmation that our order would be delivered between 1130/1145am on 10/31/2018. At 12pm on Oct 31st we had received the pizza. We called the location a a girl there said they didn't have our order then we proceeded to tel them that was Incorrect because we had the confirmation printed out, then she then tells us that we put the wrong floor number which was a lie because the correct floor number was on our confirmation sheet. She then reels us we couldn't get our order till after 1pm we said fine we will just wait. Come around that time our order never came. We called back and this time asked for a manager and tre manager gets on the phone and then just hung up on us. We called back a few more times and the store would pick up and hang up on us deliberately. We were having an office function and never got the pizza order. We were more than enough nice and accommodating with the workers there but we were treated poorly. Management and staff were very unprofessional and this needs be addressed. I will continue to press this issue until i hear back from Dominos! This type of service is totally unacceptable and you guys really need to reconsider what type people you hire for your company!

We waited for over half an hour at the domino's store in Sohar after ordering and we got a cold poorly made pizza. Never ate such a terrible pizza ever before this after waiting for so long. Even a small store can deliver better pizzas than this. And the employees were also rude.

Hello, My name is: Misti Strickland, I have ordered food from Dominos for YEARS and NEVER had a problem until last night. I used the Android APP and ordered my sandwiches (see below). IL ALWAYS have to call and ask the Store to make my sandwiches WELL DONE and ADD Jalapeños . So I: did that last night and a gentleman stated he would add this to the order. Again I have done this EXACT process for YEARS. Because unfortunately your APP DOES NOT give the option to ADD Jal's to the sandwiches (Please Fix) or ADD addt'l notes: WELL DONE.
So I got my food tip'd the delivery driver and proceeded to open my 2 sandwiches and they DID NOT have Jalapeños Nor were they WELL DONE. So I called the store:5371 S Broadway Ave--[protected] and Joey-THE STORE MANAGER BLUNTLY told me they CANNOT ADD toppings to the Sandwiches? When did this start? I should be able to ADD ANYTHING I want on the FOOD I am PAYING FOR. He was VERY RUDE and stated they would NOT ADD any topping on my food and that he would speak with whomever had told me they would ADD the Jal's.
