ordering 3 large pizzas
Called to order a pizza I am. Lind and one I and could not see the correct CV in number on my card they ran my credit card seven times and would not reset their computer I called my credit card company 10 minutes away clothes and they refuse to run my car it was my birthday and I want to pieces to celebrate with my friends due to this misunderstanding I was not able to have pizza for my birthday now I will tell 600 of my friends that work for a church for the king of King of Christ how about the poor service of your company I don't deserve this and then I asked to speak to the manager and and she said she was the manager and I asked to speak to the district manager and she was very rude and abrupt and abrasive with her comments to me that she didn't care if I got pizza or not and it was my fault that my card did not go through when actually it was her fault for not resetting her computer system so my car wouldn't go through because I called my bank to make sure it wasn't my card Natalie this I will tell all of my friends to never buy pizza from the store ever again poor service the managers should be fired for her abrupt and abrasive comments she could've cared less that I needed a pizza for my birthday I won't shop or ask anyone to buy pizzas from there ever again Maybe you should send me at least three months of free pizzas before I even consider buying a pizza from there again I am sorry but your business sucks

I am writing in regards to the price of my pizza that I usually order when my family gets dominos. I love pizza and would hate to have to go without it, but it can be hard because I'm vegan. I know I am the one causing this problem, because my order is so specific, but there is limited options when it comes to ordering out. When I order from dominos, I get the thin crust, original sauce, peppers, onions, olives, and banana peppers. This order comes out to a total of $17! I do not order meat or cheese on my pizza, so my question is why so expensive? Of I do not have a coupon to use I cannot afford to order dominos ever, because for what I get, it's too much money. I am disappointed that you can get a regular pizza for half the price as one without the expensive stuff (meat and cheese) on it. Please consider making changes, because I love your pizza, it's just not worth it.

The pizza came with the wrong toppings afterwards called the store and they were very rude calling me a liar then they said they can't do anything so I said I was going to complain so afterwards they said they send me a pizza only if we return the other pizza I'm very unsatisfied with this they also were very rude can you please do something about this

this is a reoccurring problem. we always ask for no garlic on our online and over the phone orders not one time has it been honored and upon arrival we check with and always have to send the pizza back with the delivery driver to shop to be re made. these are already an hr since ordered to now we have to wait another 30 minutes. we have been in the store talked with the managers and still the staff does not take instructions from their customers seriously. it is beyond frustrating. on top of that multiple times we have waited in access of 2 hrs for our pizza only to call an find out they forgot to make it. i think a call from corporate should be placed to whom ever runs this establishment because their customers are not happy. the only reason it is in business is because it is on base and convenient. horrible service.
general manager
A month ago we ordered 4 pizzas and after we got home from picking them up we opened 2 of them they only had baked dough. No sauce, cheese, toppings so we called and very politely told them the situation they credited two large to the account. Then when we called recently to redeem the "general manager" yelled saying we're blavk listed frm ordering so I drove to the store to see why he informed me it's because we complained and were just trying to get free pizza after him yelling at me in front of other customers he said he would credit the two pizzas this time but not to ever call and order again. I told him I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything now afraid they would spit or tamper with the food and to that he shrugged his shoulders and said so knowing that do you still wanna order
the rider being rude
I have made an order today. From Dominos, Perak Road brach, Penang. The rider called me as soon as he reached my apartment. called me & ask me to go down pick up my order. Reason being he would get complaint for coming up by asking scanner from the guard house down there. I told him this wasnt my first time making any purchase from dominos. I was explaining to him on the phone, and next he hung up on me the next minute. A few minute after, i get another call(i believed it is from his manager) saying he is waiting for me to pick my purchase myself. after explaining same. The manager told me he would get his rider to deliver my purchase at my door step. Surprisingly after few minutes the rider came up infront of my door, and asked in a very rude manner who was the one who complaint he hung up the phone. He also refused he did so. But blaming it on me saying i hung up the phone. Im trully shocked with his behaviour. He was very rude towards the customer. It was a shame for employing such unethical staff. Normally they would get the scanner for the lift from the guard house. If i were to go down n pick my order myself, i might as well run down the store to purchase myself. why would i trouble myself to go for online delivery? I have been making numerous purchases before., but i must say i an very disappointed being treated such by your staff. my order didn't get delivered
On Friday, 23 Oct 2018, 10:48 am, I ordered the pizza, it never get delivered but it was cancelled because I did not answer my call. I called in their line telling them about my problem, the officer promised that they will send the order for another half and hour but after half and hour still no show. I called the call center it put me on hold for more 15 minutes and I put it down. My colleague were angry because they cannot their lunch. I am not happy with them after this I will not order from them again.
domino's delivery person/ pizza/ pasta
Yesterday, October 24, 2018 around 12:00 during lunch I ordered Pasta and a box of pizza. When they pizza delivery guy called me he said " I am behind this bus 399, Hurry up" and then hung up on me. By they time my friend and I were getting it My pasta was all over the box. The tomatoes were on the box. After we paid him he left. I opened the box with my pasta in it and it had looked like someone had eaten my food the sauce was everywhere some noodles were out of the box. Also my pizza had so much seasoning in it, when i did not ask for any to be on it. I would very much like it if you watch what your employees are doing and how they're doing their job. I did not appreciate the attitude he was giving and would very much would want for the next time I do plan on ordering you give me a free one for what I had lost.

October 24, 2018 4:41 PM Order pizza I have ordered previously, with same ingredients. It was late. I received it about 55 minutes after ordering it. It was lukewarm. I had to microwave it to warm it up. Despite heating up, it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life, and I am 62 years old, so eating pizza since the early 1970s. Something has changed, perhaps the sauce or something in the crust. I called the local vendor and they knew nothing about changes in ingredients. I'm an adventurous eater and love to try new things. Typically changes in taste don't bother me too much. But this pizza has probably ruined me for life. I don't think I can ever eat pizza again and wish I was the type who could vomit on command. The local vendor offered a coupon but what would I use it for?
It's extremely disappointing that the young man who is shift manager could offer nothing more than a coupon. He could not give me a number to call or address to write so that I could make sure this complaint is heard.
Remember when Subway added that weird plastic to its bread? I could taste it and I didn't like it. I knoew something had changed, so I stopped eating at Subway and still cannot go back, even though they say they changed the bread ingredients. So, Dominos, farewell. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.
online ordering site
Every time...every time...every time...I try to order on line, the site will not let you check the box indicating that you have a promotional card. So after spending 30 minutes maneuvering thru your site, I end up having to go online from another browser so I can find a phone # for a local location, then listen to all the advertisements on the phone until someone answers, and then place the order over the phone. I will probably not ever again try to order online & phone #'s of your facilities should be more readily available. This is very frustrating and a waste of my time.

A Brand Like Dominos, if can be suppressed by some people than what can we say.
I am referring to the dominos outlet in the City of Surat, in State of Gujarat, in India. This is the 2nd time we had to return back from the outlet citing the reason that they don't serve Chicken Pizza because they have gone Vegetarian.
But this time I have taken a snap and am attaching it with this complaint
As it is there are 2 outlets in the city and if they start doing such things, then I think we would be forced to patronize other local pizza outlets .

I was recently let go at the request of an extremely rude customer... when I requested the same info as the customer I was denied. When I asked for all prior paperwork I was denied. When asked to leave by the gm I was lied to as to why I was being fired and by whom was firing me. I was told it was a corporate choice but when I called them to find out the truth they claimed to know nothing about it but told me they would look Into it snd get back to me. That was I June 2018.
. since then the GM was transferred to the broad st location in providence rhode island for sexual harassment (more than one person). He wasnt fired, no charges were brought up either. Another employee got into a physical altercation with a customer snd is still employed! Aside from all that the owner is sexist and I was discriminated against. I needed to cut my hrs by only 8 hrs a week. Another employee had the same request except his was granted with absolutely no issue. Mine on the other hand was not. The owner ( William Christina) wanted to fire me. I contacted corporate about all of this and nothing was done. All of this info will be made public very shortly. Letting potential and current customers know what they are supporting.
warm/cold pizza
I ordered a pizza from 109-50 Merrick Blvd according to the app on my phone, which is suppose to be 3 mins away. The pizza app show the pizza left the store at 12:23 pm and it arrived 1:26 pm. I called the manager of the store and she had a horrible attitude - she definitely need customer service training. I told her the pizza was warm/cold so I had to toast the pizza to enjoy hot pizza and she told me it's impossible to be cold and that the pizza was in a hot bag. I ask about the domino guarantee and she said it does not exist and that I'm looking for a free pizza, at this time I yelled at her.
This was very insulting since I've been a domino customer forever. I will not be purchasing pizza from that location ever again.

Hi, i had 20 guests at home that night we ordered pizza. We ordered 6 XL pizzas for pick up from two different Dominos Mobile Application.
When we got there and paid for our order. We asked for plates and they didn't have any, we also asked for chilli peppers the girl gave me only 3 packs of peppers. I asked for more and she said that's all i have got. So i asked for manager to talk. She said there is a manager Name ALEX. So i asked ALEX about plates and chilli peppers and got the same answers. I told him that we ordered frequently from this store and you guys never been out of plates and chilli peppers. Is you are a new manager than you should order more for your inventory so customers like us who order large numbers of pizza.
He got mad and told me leave the store and never come back again. It was very offensive and rude behaviour for us from your staff. He threatened us to call cops and file harassment case against us.
We didn't want any trouble that time as we have kids and guests waiting for food. We have recorded video that time as a proof of that guy's behaviour.
This was the worst experience i have ever been through. Kindly go through this incident.

I was on vacation in Fort Myer on Wednesday the 10th. I ordered from Dominos a pizza and a salad. I never had an issue with them but I got a rotten salad. I noticed it when I got home but I was really tired to drive back. So I sent an email to them and I sent 2 pictures of the salad. They never responded me and the worst thing is that I lost that money.

I witnessed the manager of the store speaking to one the driver whose name is Federico Little in a manner no one should speak to a employee and after enquiring I was made to understand that the driver has been with dominos for more than 20 years the driver quit I would have quit tool if someone spoke to me like that. My point is loyal employees are hard to find so when you have one they should be treated with respect
not bringing what I ordered
I ordered two pizzas, wings, 2 salads, Philly cheesesteak sandwich and 2 two liters for delivery. I argued the total because I was ordering all 5.99 promotion stuff and I was charged 6.99 for the salad and the wings. The general manager said that's the way they rang up and he didn't know how to fix it and there was nothing he could do about it. The delivery was made but they didn't bring the salad ir the two liters. I called the store back and they brought those items back plus an extra salad. Didnt want extra salad just wanted satisfaction. The driver left after second delivery and i noticed thete were no forks for the salad. We are at a hotel and we do not have any forks. Called the store back and told them and he said they would bring some forks out after another delivery. He told me 20 minutes and it's been 45 and still not here. I'm not a picky person but this was a gm I was talking to and he was very incompetent, unprofessional and clueless. My experience the only other time I've ordered from them wasn't that great either but at least the manager was helpful and took care of the situation. Not sure if I'll be ordering from them again. This is the Hutchinson Kansas store that I am talking about.

I've ordered from this location before for delivery, however I've always sense a lack of management professionalism and oversight at this locations out of every dominos I've called throughout the country as being a trucker. So this time I ordered a pizza for delivery at the same location as I did the prior week however a slight change was made which was the room number. Everything is on a recorded line so it would be heard that I mentioned my current room number. So after about 30min. I'm getting a unknown number blowing up my phone that is outside of the area code of dominos. So I call dominos to make sure it wasn't the driver trying to find my room, because of course if the driver was trying to find my room and couldn't the store would know, right? Well the store brushed me off and said my delivery was on the way. Well then 10 min. Later I get a call from the driver who was calling from the store number saying he tried to call and delivered to my room( the wrong room) which was the room from last week. Anyways I suspected that was all a ploy and they never made an attempt at delivery. They act like they didn't want to refund my money, so I ordered pizza hut and the lady at pizza hut said that she once worked at that dominos location and said that they were very lazy and ghetto acting. Yes she was correct.

I have bought many pizza form Dominos before and been very pleased, however the other day I purchased two Large Deluxe pizza's and Garlic twist strips. Total with Tax $41 dollars and some change. I even tipped bringing the total to $45 and change and I picked it up at the store. I didn't check the pizza's before I left (I never had to before) If I had I would have walked out. I have seen cheese pizza have more on it than these did. There was the right amount of pepperoni on it, but one only had 7 pieces of sausage about 6 pieces of bell pepper and a few onion and mushrooms. The other pizza was the same. When I opened the box I just laughed, I was going to take them back but my friends were hungry and I needed them to feed them. The pizza's didn't even look like what you advertise, not even close. Money is tight and you do have a good product, but I feel that for the money, I did not get what I thought I was ordering.
