My order at Dominos has been delivered after 1Hr 45 Mins after ordering it andwhen enquired with the store they had mentioned that it has been delivered after 1 hour of ordering the food. The delivery guy gave the excuse telling that he had delivered it to the wrong address when the address mentioned on the bill is the right address. And we have been ordering from the same place time and again. Still the excuse is invalid as the address is linked with the contact number. Please do make sure the quality of dominos dont go down this way. And me being a customer who has even visited the store has seen time and again that the store person at the order desk doesnt even pick up calls for long at times.
What is really happening to Dominos?
Where is the half an hour per order policy?

I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and tomato sauce from 3682 John F. kennedy blv in Jersey City, NJ on 10/8 at 9.40 PM. When it was ready, I saw my pizza had the garlic parmesan white cheese on it instead of tomato sauce and it was a medium size without any toppings on it. I informed the cashier and he called up his manager. The manger totally objected that he put white cheese on my pizza, then he became enraged and swung my pizza at the garbage can and the pizza rolled off the floor. Then he ordered me to get out the store, pointing his hand toward the door in front of a dozen of customers. I cannot believe that Domino store manager has the audacity to humiliate and disrespect a customer as such instead of being apologetic, courteous and polite. I demand a remediation and an apology from the store manager.
staff not using gloves making pizza on contaminated surfaces
waiting for my order of sandwiches i noticed an employee checking the bottles of sauces putting them on the counter. She then moved the bottles back never cleaned the counter or washed her hands. She threw some dough on the counter there with No gloves on and was digging pepperoni out of the container, used her hands also for the cheese. I am totally disgusted by this and probably won't be coming to this store again, thought your food is good, I will be telling family and friends about this.I hope this issue will be taken care pof immediately before someone gets sick.

Hi i would like to file a complaint against your office in Thailand. I checked your website and you had the buy large pizza and get one medium and one small one for free. So i drove 20kms from my house to pick my grandmother up in town to take her for your pizza a block away. She's thai chinese and 80 year old and she loves your pizza.
When i was about to order, the staff said the promotion posted on your website as expired.
I then made a call to your operator, and I was told that the web master made a mistake and put up the wrong ad.
I felt i was cheated. I was drawn in by your promotion and was told that the promotion I was interested in isnt valid. Its like you walk into a shop with sales only to find out you have been tricked.
My lawyer friend said i should file a complaint with Thailand's Consumer protection, but i do not want to make a big deal out of it.
Therefore I am writing to you to be aware how bad the management is in Thailand. Ps dont get me started on how the staff serve pizza without the packed oregano/chilli powder. Or how they do not know how to use mobile payment systems.

I ordered my pizza at 10:03 followed my tracker it said my pizza was done and checked. I waited 30 minutes and no delivery. I called the store they said my pizza wasn't being delivered yet and would be first to be. So I checked my tracker once again it said my pizza had just been started 43 minutes after I ordered. Dominos called me saying my pizza was up for delivery, which was at 11:02. I called again at 11:30 to see where it was he told me 5 minutes away. My pizza arrived at 11:57 cold and I was given the wrong order. The pizza was nasty and you can tell it was reheated. I ordered bread twist and got cinnamon bites. I am very unhappy

I met this racist white women who was wearing Domino's uniform at the gas station in Los Angeles, CA. The incident happened around 8:30pm LA time on Saturday Oct 6, 2018. I was about to take off after I finish pumping my gas and this lady parked in front of me while I was leaving. It was little space to exit by passing her car. So I honked once so she can let her that I'm existing, but she started yelling really, really loud for no reason saying like 'I parked my car...why are you honking and I'm getting gas.' I told her from my car I moved little forward so I can exist safely. But she ignore me and kept yelling leave me alone. The I kept honking so get her attention, and then without notice...she said, 'Are you an Arab.' Then I got really upset I went to park my car to confront her unnecessary racist comment. I went to inside the gas station and I told her why you kept yelling loud for any reason and why my race has to do with asking to move your car. She kept yelling very loud...she seemed crazy woman. She went her car to pump gas. Then I insisted why you're being a racist. Then she said, 'I'm gonna call the cops.' I told her go for it and I want you to call them. I'm waiting right here. I couldn't call them because my phone's battery died. She pretended talking to 911, but I realized she didn't because she flee the scene. While she pretended to call 911 and she got more racist. She was giving description of me as an Arab with big eyes and I'm harassing her and this and that. I was telling her why don't you tell 911 the truth. After she hanged up her fake call, I told her why are you running away. You should wait for the cops to come and resolve this issue. She started her car and was leaving I gave little fist on her window so she can stop because I thought she was gonna run over me and told her to wait for the cops since she pretend to call them first. She existed the car again and raised her hand and screaming at me saying, 'I told you don't touch my car.' I insisted for her to stay until the cops come, but she fled the scene. So many people were wondering was she was screaming so loud without any reason and for being racist. They were so many witnesses and even one guy wrote her license plate for without asking him because he knows she acted very crazy and she looked high or delusional. As I said earlier my phone was dead, so I wasn't able to take any live video of the incident. However, I managed to get her license plate and the car model, but not her name. She was white woman on her 50's, skinny, and wearing domino's uniform including hat. I've been in the USA almost 20 years and never, never, and never anyone call me like this before. It deeply hurt me a lot. I hope you guys can find her and take necessary steps to address this serious issue. In the meantime, I'll be contacting ACLU for this matter.

I Ordered a medium pizza and sandwich it was never delivered to me called the store manager multiple times have it logged on call records & time he repeatedly told me my food was on the way I placed my order online around 10:30 called around 11:40 he said he'll call his driver to see what's going on then called again around 12:30 he said his driver was in route he called and checked so it's now 1:30AM I call the store back just for him to say driver came but no one answered door they rung door bell multiple times and their not bring the food but when I placed my order I left special instructions to call when outside because of it being late and baby sleeping the doorbell is loud I would've heard it also the dog barks when doorbell is rung it's also 4 other adults in the house so someone would have came to the door they never came and when I asked him do I need to place the order over to make sure I receive food he keep reassuring me the food is on the way and I would be paying for two orders
Well we ordered from Dominos and watched their thing that tells you the status of your order. Our pizza came out of the oven ay 830pm and they showed up to the door at 1130pm and expected us to pay for aa cold pizza. Called the location and the manager said they only had one driver. 2 leg. pepperoni pizzas
Tonight I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas one with extra cheese and extra sauce. With a side of jalapenos. It took 1& 1/2 hours to get to my house. I received 2 large pepperoni pizza both with no sauce and lite cheese and one was burnt. This made me so mad. The driver was also ride, didn't even wish me a good night. Ordered the three topping large pizza, and added a forth topping. I order the same thing about once or twice a month. I am a regular customer. Ordered a 4 topping pizza on Oct 4. Picked it up and the price was $15.13 with a 2 litre coke. I got home, discovered it was a cheese pizza. I called the store, on Ashley River Road, and spoke to a young lady. I heard her talking to the manager. Next thing I knew, they hung up the phone. No call back. Nothing. I have ordered my last Dominoes pizza. Poor management will flat out kill a business, especially when partnered with bad social media posts. And this "manager" has no clue about customer service.

I ordered online your 2 for 5.99 at 6:24pm I arrived at the dominos at 6:50 just as they called to say they was out of bread to make my sandwich so I chose pasta instead which they was out of along with salads along with coke to drink. We ordered 14 chicken bites and a chicken Alfredo pasta bread Biel dish at 730 on Sunday night. The wait was already an hour and a half which no problem there. Apparently the store ran out of pasta so they sent a TEXT message to let us know. They decided to cancel the complete order because they got no response. If it had not been for my son calling, he would not even gotten his chicken bites. They gave him a discount. My problem is you are a business, why could a manager not give us a quick phone call. Our family does NOT live by our phones. I find it ridiculous that a company could not take time to phone us. The service continues to deteriorate at this Domino's!
We were travelling through Biloela going home to Maryborough Qld. I telephoned the Biloela store, and ordered 2 pizza to be delivered to the Caravan Park we were at, a short distance from dominos store.
I was told 40 minutes. Over 1 hour later COLD pizza arrived. I ask the delivery person to take it back. I ask him to please return with fresh hot pizzas. I rang the store and told them, they said they were busy and now delivery would be 1.5 hours.
I rang first just after six so at 7.30pm i am now told wait another 1.5 hours. They said they have lots of deliveries. I cant believe over2.5 hours . We were staying in our van overnight it was still connected to the car. I advised that they should have been honest and said they could not deliver. My husband is disabled and we need home delivered meals. We were hungry after travelling all day. Normally we get them from Maryborough store and over the years have never had such a problem.
I told them if I had to wait till 9pm from just after 6pm, i wanted a refund seeing I now had to wait another 1.5 hours.,
After the first lengthy wait it appears because of driver shortages I was at the list bottom again.
Obviously PR means nothing to them. The delivery fellows were lovely, they said after getting the very late first cold deliverly, I should have got priority the second time.
The store said at end of deliveries they would bring me my refund, at least I got that.
There ars lots of people on holiday and they would use these type of stores like Dominos that delivery to save cooking, to relax after driving for the day, and support local business in the towns they stop in.
Biloela pizza obviously does not care less. Hungry last night and very dissapointed.

I walked up to this Dominos pizza shop in west sacramento Ca, to order pizza on 9/30/18 around 3.59pm. I ordered a instore promotion menu which was a large pizza with 2 toppings and chicken wings as advertised for $17.99. I also ordered for garlic bread together which i been charged a total of $26.98.
I waited to pick this up and finally my name was called for pickup. upon reaching home and when i open the boxes, found that there is no topping into the pizza and was only a normal cheese pizza and it wasn't a garlic bread insert was a bread twist.
I called back to this location and spoke to the CSR who served me and he deny that he or someone in there made a mistake. I'm not going to recommend anyone or go back to any domino's ever again. I believe that this store does a unethical business which for me is totally unacceptable and to support business of this nature.

The management and delivery drivers at this Dominos are very unprofessional! I live in a neighborhood about 4-5 minutes away from this dominos. A delivery driver with the tag number IAA-V27 driving a black Toyota Corolla, flew through a stop sign causing me to turn my vehicle into the side walk. I had a baby in my car! I drove to the store to complain to the manager. The manager, seem to not even care about me stressing the point that I have a baby in the car! This driver walked right in the store and the manager did NOTHING! I've asked multiple times for a corporate phone number and he refused to tell me anything besides "go online, I will talk to the driver". I will NEVER spend anymore money @ Dominos! That was the worst display of customer appreciation I've ever seen in my life. The manager said he would talk to the driver but as I get to the light, I see the driver at the light in his car as well. You guys are horrible!

I ordered dominos large pizza deal on phone to take away from sector G 11 branch, and told them to make half pepperoni and half BBQ tikka but the pizza was very smelly and was far far away from dominos mark. I called them to record my complain and was told that i would get the call from the respective branch, i waited for like more then an hour but didn't get the call.

I have used your company for over 10yrs and many locations and have never experienced the most unprofessional from a manager as the one i recieved from Carmen Deliz of the Pompano Atlantic locatiin. We put in our order over the phone and told us our oder would be ready by 6:30pm and we got there 2mins after. As we enter we tols our name tp the front two cashiers and they said our good would be right out it was in the oven. By 6:40 pm we got alert our food was done so we told two other people their and they said not ready.. by this time everyone people who can in after were in and out...By 6:55pm i finally guy another worker to look at some boxes i didnt see anyone look at snd it was our boxes but no food and he said no one hss even started on them, Carmen saw how upset i was and didn't say anything to me and there was another worker who started taking other peoples order to fill ours. Then Carmen told him to tell me the missing two items will be done in 7mins. 12 mins later it came out and i was given my food at 7:14pm and the casier ask is everything ok and i said no... ive been her for 45mins, do you have a manager. Carmen heard me asking for a manager and never looked at me. Two of the workers pointed to her and i said yelled out "excuse me, excuse me!" And Camen just ignored me. And I had to tell to other workers to tell her that I want to speak to the manager and they basically yelled out to her which was right in front of me until they see this gentleman would like to speak to you she put herself down came over to me and she always what's the problem and as I stated what is going on with this organization I have never been treated this way that she goes why because your pizza is late. And I said no it's more that this place is totally disorganized. Carmen just looked at me and rolled her eyes it started walking away and I said Carmen can I please have your business card and she turned her back on me and walked away and said my name is Carmen at said I asked you for your business card and she goes I don't have one and that tax for her last name as she goes I can't tell you that and she just kept on walking away. I've been in banking for 12 years if any of my managers ever walked away from a client while they were still walking and turn their back as when the asked for the manager's name, they would be fired on the spot. Carmen is so unprofessional she is not a manager to material she doesn't know how to organize that Pizza Place and has no mannerism to be a manager. My family owns a nail salon 3 blocks away from my location and we've been there for 23 years if I don't get an apology directly from Carmen or is she is not removed from this location I will make sure that none of my customers ever use that location ever again I expect to get an answer back. rejection for an order
I ordered a pizza from zomato and paid them too but they told that the area where m staying is non deliverable whereas I was delivered before a few days in that same area ! Now they are telling that they follow the 30 mins policy that's why they can't deliver whereas I didn't get a 30 mins delivery ever till now! And the customer care service was very rude and the salesman too ! I know one compliant won't make a huge difference to their business ! they will continue like this! Please do something !
late delivery refund not received
On 9th september, 2018 I Akshat jain ordered 4 pizzas from dominos app (registered no. of the account [protected]) and was promised to get the delivery within 30 mins.
I waited for 45 mins and still didn't received the delivery, then i called the dominos costumer care and asked for my order no. 357 of amount Rs. 552, the call was directed to the dominos restaurant where I asked for my order and the restaurant team themselves told me that the is running late by 45-50 mins. Then I asked the dominos agent for the refund of Rs. 300 that you people hold the liability. the order finally came after 1hr 20 mins, i was asked by the agent to get the bill signed by the delivery guy for the late order. but he refused to sign and when I again contacted the restaurant for the same, they were also not so co-operative even after their own mistake. After taking the order I again called the costumer care and asked for my refund, then was told that i would receive a callback from their side within 24-48 hr.
I waited for whole week but didn't receive any callback.then I again called after waiting for a week for my refund then again the agent said that i would get a callback in 24 hrs but the same thing happened and i didn't any of those nor got any refund. till that time I had contacted costumer service about 10 times. I recently contacted them for the same after about 16 days from ordering, then also they told me that they were very sorry and didn't ensured me of my refund. After calling for about 12-15 times I have not received my refund of R s. 300/- and nothing has been done from the restaurant's side. but this is not the first time this thing is happened to me as i have received the orders even after 1 and half hour. the action should be taken against the domino's pizza restaurant in our college campus( VIT university, Vellore Tamil Nadu)

We called at Domino's branch in faridabad crown interiorz mall sec. 34 for reviewing our order but the CSR talked rudely and also put our call on hold. I am a regular customer of Domino's but this has happened to me for the first time. I am not willing to eat free pizza but your staff has forced me to launch a complaint against them.
