On the UBS webstie I wanted to download my 1099 statements. I completed all of the steps and when I clicked on the Download option, it failed to download.

Although I hated to go to Google, I used that browser to go to the site and was able to download the documents.

I just switched to DuckDuckGo from Google and am disappointed. I use a MAC Book Pro with the latest IOS.

Desired outcome: Please fix the problem.

 no way to contact DDG without having to pay. They haven't responded to letters mailed to them and they won't answer their phone.
