always running out of products
The dunkin dounuts on s.wodland blvd and the one on 92 in deland fl. are always running out of products either carmel, large cups straws, whip cream hot cocoa. I have called and talked to mrs gomeza and her reply is, its a new system they are ordering from and they will get it by next week. well the next week came and again out of products. i would think you would want to build your sales, not send them away. i feel she is just coming up with excuses to pees me. a very pissed off concerned customer
coupon ripoff
I received a flyer in the mail offering special prices on a number of items with a coupon. I usually buy a 24 oz coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The usual charge is $4.00. Today I went in with a coupon for $1.49 for the coffee. They charged me $2.19 for the coffee and took off $.76 for the coupon. When the added the regular price of the bagel($2.29) the total came to $3.72 plus tax of $.18 or $3.90. So the $.76 value of the coupon was negated by taking away the combo price.
This is unacceptable. I feel cheated !. I threw away the rest of the coupons and will seriously consider no longer patronizing DD.
Your promotion is a rip-off. you should be ashamed of yourselves.!

dirt in cake donut dough
After ordering two old fashioned cake doughnuts through the drive through, I broke one apart and found black flecks all in the doughnut. The other doughtnut was the same. It looked like mites or like someone had put pepper in the dough before dropping them. I went in the store and asked the red headed female manager there about the quality of the doughnuts an showed her the flecks of black/brown dirtlike stuff. SHe said, "Theyre old fashioned doughnuts. They have spices and stuff." It wouldve been fine had the pictues I've found on the internet had no sign of these spices. Or had she even said it nicely. I felt that I was being laughed at. This lady avoided my complaint and did not even offer me replacement doughnuts which would've cost the company under 50 cents. I walked out of the place with no doughnuts and having lost my money.

I'm trying to figure out what spice(s) are used in these donuts. I have found some recipes that say to use nutmeg, but to me it tastes like anise or something. The DD website just says "natural and artificial flavors".
wow you people are so nasty. I too ate a plain donut today and had the same black specks and if you read the ingredients there are no spices. so what the hell is it?
That's how they look! Every single Old Fashioned donut, EVERY time, dear. They are made with spices just as you were told. Try to educate yourself before you make complaints, otherwise you look like a fool.

Two weeks ago, my husband bought 2 Lbs. of Decaf Coffee. Last week
when he went to use one of the bags to brew some coffee, he discovered that he hadayd bought the whole bean type by mistake. I told him to go back and see if we could trade them in for gound. Well, the manager told him that they don't do that and not only that had thhe nerve to tell him to take the 2 Lbs. of coffee to Shaw's to grind it. I couldn't believe that they couldn't have at least had to courtesy to take the coffee and grind it for us. We have been living in Randolph MA for 28 years and ever since this DunkinDonuts coffee shop has been open we have been going there, loyal customers. I go in there twice a day every day and spent at least $5.00 a day, that's at least
$35.00./week. I can't believe that you would want your business to be looked at in this way. This is not good business practice. You'd rather lose a customer who spends at least $35/week/$150/mth/!600/yr. than either replace the 2 Lbs. of coffee or take it back and grind it. That's pretty sad. I paid $4.99 for 6 donuts and they were so hard and dry that I had to throw them away. It was a waste of money and the clerk let me buy them knowing that they should have been dumped like she was dumping other trays.

every time i use a coupon in the fox point location i think it on Gano Street Prov i have problems they do nut put the coupons in right thes cashiers are not properly trained at when new things come likr the new promotions they never ring them wrong they are also extremly very rude i have never had any one me that was so rude
I am so disapointed in Donkin Donuts.. I went to 2 stores Ledgewood nj 5 min later in Landing nj .. To no avail no donuts were left only the uncommon ones ... I bough 6 and paid 5:99 for awful donuts.. I would of left but they were for my mother who wanted donkin donuts... I was told that it was because it was a Sunday it was at 7:00 P.M.
How can you have a donut bussiness and not have donuts . I know you save money my not making donuts at the stores like you have done it the past.. but this is redicules... I went to Dunkin Donuts on Friday Feb. 5th 2011 the manager that was on duty was very ugly to her employees she cursed out this one employee right in front of me. I got her name and told her i was contacting corporate on her. Her Name is Soma didn't get lastname. She had told this one particular employee that they was pissing her f--in off but said the actual f word. I told her that she shouldn't talk to her employees like that they do not deserve that they're doing the best they can. she rolled her eyes at me. hadn't been back since.

stale products, not fresh
I have been to the cayman islands this last holiday, and went to the dunkin donuts store. I am a regular dunkin donut person in my country and I could tell whether it is freshly baked or not. The point is they are stale donuts and I think they are only making donuts once a day instead of two. And the coffee is horrible. I know how dunkin donut coffee taste like. I think they should check this one out, I heard from some citizen there that they are having the same problem with the products. I hope they can take action as soon as possible.
wrong order
I was at the dunkin donuts in the herkimer walmart recently. There were two female employees on and they were very nice. It was only until after they took my order that things went wrong. A line began to form behind me and even though I had stepped out of the way, no one waited on the customers behind me. I only got two of the three items I had asked for but since I had waited so long I hadent noticed. I had asked for decaf three times for the same drink (I get a stomach upset when I have too much caffeine) and after I drank it, I got a rotten stomach ache, which only happens if it's caffeinated. One of the girls was training the other one, poorly I might add. They should probably get their act together, or they may make some more customers sick.

The manger gina at the dunkin donuts is not a very nice manger she has an attitude and she hangs up on the employees... She doesn't have the schedule... Made out in time and just is very rude... Shouldn't be a manger... Not nice at all... Is not a friendly person... Needs to be nicer... Needs to not be there if she can't have her work done in time... Shouldn't be hanging up on phone calls... Wish she can be more helpful and more of a manger by having her work done on time or helping her co-workers out more if needed without being rude and mean... The other co-workers aren't very nice either...

Hi I am a regular customer of this dd... When ever I came in I found there is only one or two people working in frount and manager and other crew members are gossiping in the back I wait every time to take some one who take my order... I always saw that one leady swipped in dining area and other one take the customer... One crew member always talked on the phone in the back she never attened me once... Manager do her work every time the customer service for me is always poor... I appriciate that two crew member who always in frount and I am really feel bad abt them... I want that manager should be work in the frount and give a good service...

very bad service
I went through the drive through and ordered a medium hot coco with whipped cream and a medium iced caramel latte with whole milk and extra caramel. when i got to the window i payed the lady and she handed me the hot coco 1st... it was a small so i said this is a small and i payed for a medium, she said no that i was wrong and wouldnt give me the correct size. then she handed me my latte and it was made witth skim milk, i get a latte everyday and i no how it is suppost to taste. i told her it was wrong and to please remake it correctly. she again told me i was wrong and at this point i was getting mad. i said to remake it cuz i didnt like it and she said ill just give u your money back and u can leave. i said no, i just want my latte please... she told me to pull in a parking spot and she would bring it out, i said no please just remake it, she then handed me the same latte but added more caramel... i said i saw u just add caramel, she kept arguing with me rather than just remaking it. finally i agreed to pull over, after waiting 5 minutes i went inside and they hadnt even made it yet, so i waited... she made it and started talking about me in portugese not knowing that i can understand the language. i asked for the managers name and telephone number or corporates number and she said no and asked me to leave. worst service ever.

Female employee at evening shift not using gloves and overcharging customers, terrible attitude and speaking about clients in a depictable manner right in front of them but in her language and refuses to give me a receipt for me to see what i'm being charged for. I'm a regular customer of this dunkin' donuts and have been for years. I will no longer give this one my business. I ordered 2 vanilla chai's and drove home as usual, the 15 minute drive is just enough time for it to cool off to drink. Well, the last time I was there I certainly didn't have to worry about that. I had 2 half full cups of very cold chai. It was never even heated and i'm sure they used 1 packet and split it between the two cups because it tasted like cold milk! Rip off! Is this how they are making their money by ripping off customers?
One of my major complaints also is when a chai is heated and frothed they are only to use a medium cup, well w/ all the foam you are not getting what you pay for... Hence the whole cup full. Why not make life easy and give us what we pay for by simply putting it into a large cup? I've seen several times where they fill 1/2 way and then you see the employee drinking the rest of my chai or pouring the rest down the drain. Well hello, I paid for it.. So why didn't I get it all! Unbelievable... And this happens at most all of them! Like I said... Rip off! You know a simple change in policy and putting it in a large cup would be the honest thing to do! Fed up!

I have a friends in dunkin donuts baguio city branch here in session road.. I just want to comment on how the dunkin donuts area manager and supervisor treat their employees.. Regarding on their salary they always said that they always have variances in their donuts. So that when they get their salary they will be deducted with 1000 php and sometimes more than that.. My friend says how did that happen they always count their donut twice and they are no variances but when the supervisors count it they would always say it has... What with that.. And also one of my friend didn't get his four days salary because the dunkin said that they lost her time card... Is that a reason? If you want to have more and good costumer treat your employees fairly... And with care

I went to dunkin donuts on (9/26/10 at 10:52 am, well, i decided to get a few things for my kids.An employee working at the time treated me with rude customer service, when i asked him to warm up my bagels! His response was "are you kidding, you gonna make me warm them up".I replied yes! Employee rolled his eyes and made sounds as if that was to much to asks for.Well after all that, I wanted to order some hot chocolate and coffee, employee replied to me"I know you not planning to order more stuff to eat", I replied not any more not with that nasty attitude of yours!After all that took place, service was given with attitude from employee, and I left the store feeling very upset because other customers were waiting in line and observing the bad treatment of service employee was giving me!I didn't even eat the food I purchased and threw it away in the trash can outside store! unfair management
Recently visited Middlefield, Ohio dunkin donuts. On arrival the drive thru was packed there were customers up front and when I walked in i noticed the assistant manager Christina sitting in her car with her boyfriend while on the clock. This has been going on for some time now and is the reason i quit. Our market Manager Morgan has refused to say or do anything and so has the store manager Nicole. And to make salary while sitting in your car is not professional nothing has been done to solve this issue and i feel a complaint was to be made.
