I am an employee of dunkin donuts the manager Rafeal is very rude he does not know how to talk with the customers or with the employees he keeps racial decrimination among the employees, he abuses the employees every now and then. The customer are also complaining about the behaviour and the employees too.

not making doughnuts/ 24hr
They never, and I mean never have doughnuts made after morning. They are 24 hrs and are so lazy they cannot make doughnuts and only sell the dried up ones from that morning. Many, many times I have gone through around 3 or 4 pm and they have only plain ect. also they shut down the coolatta machine to be cleaned during the mid day and do not run it again!Shut them down, do something, they are the only doughnut shop left around and they do not deserve to be operating this way.

Im currently employed at a dunkin donuts owed by Ray messier, to make a long story short i worked at dunkin donuts 6 years... one with Ray he has a genreal manager ED Amaral he is the most disrespectful boss i have ever had... he yells and swears at you, talks down to you, yells at you in front of customers, locks up your personal items for months at a time and wont give it back... I go to the ware, ma dunkin. I asked for a senior discount on a thursday and they told me that the discount is only on tuesday? No where else is this.
I went to the mobil dunkin in holden, ma. I asked for two ice coffee with no ice and senior discount. The lady said that I could not get a senior discount, because I had no ice in the ice coffee? Tasha I am a 43 year old woman, I don't need my mommy and daddy to feed me, I am sorry I was looking for change when the ### threw my card away. This is a true story. I didn't realize she didn't give it back to me, sorry I was flustered over the fact that I knew I had enough to pay and I don't have a cell phone to call and check the balance of my card. My daughter was at home waiting with phone in hand for the woman to call back and say she found it, which she didn't cuz she was too busy laughing about finding it in the trash. I don't need free food, but for poor customer service they should have to do something, I DIDN"T ever get an apology. An apology is what I am truly after...if they had oops sorry we made a mistake, then all would be good. BUT THEY CAN'T even say that. I my opinion every other store I go to I am allow to swipe my card by myself. IE Walmart, the grocery store, the gas station. I feel it was taken by the clerk in order to do something with it later on.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Holden on Shrewsbury Street, I tried to pay with my debit card and apparently there was a problem, so while I was getting out cash to pay for my transaction, Sondra or Sandra decided that she would throw my debit card in the trash! I did not realize that she did not give me my card back until after I left. When I realized several minutes after I was at home, I called the store and they basically told me I was a liar and that they would NEVER throw any one's card away. I told her to go look for it and to call me back, in the mean time I returned to the store and the employees where all in a corner giggling and laughing while holding my card in the air. The woman NEVER bothered to call me back, she never apologized and made it out to be no big deal. My debit card is my life line. I have all of my monthly disability money deposited onto that card. She could have ruined my entire month if she had not found my card. I would not have had any money nor access to my money if I had to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to get the card replaced. They treated it as a big joke and frankly didn't give a crap about the poor customer service they provided. I called DD corporate complaint line and was told that the franchise owner would give me a call back. Well that never happened, and I found out today that Sandra IS THE FRANCHISE MANAGER! I deserve more than an apology, I deserve at least a year of free coffee and muffins. they should be punished. WHO IN THERE RIGHT MINDS WOULD THROW AWAY SOMEONES DEBIT CARD? I think it would be in there best interest to make this right, cuz I am not going away quietly.

filthy and poorly run
I have been to many Dunkin Donuts over the years but never have I been to one as poorly run and dirty as the one on SR 54 in New Port Richey Fl I think the address was 7635. The employees were not helpful, there was garbage and food all over the floor, every table was dirty and even the ice cream on the baskin robbins part was gross and contaminated looking. The raspberry ice cream actually had an ice cube dropped in the top of it that looked like it fell out of a latte of some kind. It was brown. I waited for a while for help while 8 employees were working, was ignored and finally left. The place where sandwiches were being prepared was covered in many seeds from bagels. I watched a girl prepare a flatbread right on top of the seeds. Are you aware people have allergies to some of these seeds? I personally think Dunkin Donuts is the best coffee ever but would never recommend any one to go to this store again. Filthy and poorly run. Someone needs to retrain these employees.

bad gift cards
When you buy gift cards there watch out! They give you a receipt and a card but they do not give you the card that is acticated. Instead, they take your money and give you a card that is not activated. I have the receipt given and the card and the last number is off by one digit.

wrongful termination
I was wrongfully terminated from dunkin dounts on broadway. I have been working for dunkin dounts for about 3 months. I have been late twice, and have been written up once prier to my termination. A customer call and complainted that she didnt recive her complete order. I was on drivethru cash, and cashed her out and gave her coffee. When seeing if her food was ready she grove off without reciving the rest of her oder. She clames that I was clowning around and thats why she didnt get the rest of her order. This was untrue because I even stood outside to maybe see if one of my co-workers might have pulled her up.in trying effort to complete her order. One co-worker was sent home and I recived a write up. I finished the rest of my shift and went home. Upon the next day I was called by the manager at 9 in the morning and was told that I had to be let go. I belivie that this was unfair and that proper procceders was not followed. I would have liked to see the tapes. I would have liked to have been called into the main office and asked my side of the story. None of that was done.

I was in Dunkin Donuts on January 10, 2010 and I always drink my coffee and tea with a straw and so does my husband and daughter. All three of us had a horrible taste in our tea. We asked each other does this taste funny and we all replied yes. It tasted like lacquer. When we took the straw out of the tea and replaced it with one of our straws the tea tasted fine.
Where are these straws coming from and are they based with lead paint. They are orange with a stripe. They must have some sort of coloring in them to be orange.

illegal hiring
I have been work in this Dunkin Donuts for last 1 and half year. This franchisee is owned by Indian.
As known to me, they have been hiring illegal immigrants (one with Social Security) for last 5 years. Even now, few of them are working here, with out social security.
My question is, I have heard that Dunkin Donuts' have a program called "Basic Pilot Program" to make sure no franchisee hires illigal workers. But it seems like a to-look-good rumor.
If Dunkin Donuts are strictly following the Basic Pilot Program, What action will they take to those franchisee hiring workers without social security ?

I live in jeddah, saudi arabia. And every friday afternoon I visit the tahliya branch for donuts. Its very strange that every time I go there for glazed donuts they are always out of glazed because they only make one tray of glazed in the morning and maybe another in the afternoon, at least this is my understanding. And to my surprise that glazed is available at krispy kreme at any given time of the day. Also, by the way kk is gaining ground and they are every where. So please do something about this. There is a Dunkin Donuts in Quincy, Ma on Sea st. I am a regualer at this store and it has great service with the exception of the Managers. When i go there I am on my way to work and i expect to be in and out with a perfect cup of coffee. Its early in the morning and busy so why is there only one crew member working up front, bouncing back and forth as fast as she can from coffee to ringing in the order to getting the donuts. Hey i thought mebey there short an employe today but im there everyday and now i relize what goes on. There is a manager that should be up front that has wondered down the back "hanging" out with her boyfriend/husband/ baker. This is unfair. A crew is slaving back and forth with a line of 10 people and all the managers & baker are in the back having a great time. I'm complaining because my manager Maria decided to withheld my check. I believe it is illegal and against the law for a manager to commit this act. Instead of her discussing why she wants to hold my check, she dismissed me early this morning when i came to work and gave me no information about being written up or anything. She has done this to many ex-employees before they quit the job. I dont want to quit or get fire because i think is unfair that she treats people like that so they can quit on their own. I heard from my ex-cooworkers that she starts writtin up and then she would cut their hours until they have no days to work. This act would make the employee quit on their own. I would recommend going to the state employment board and lodging a complaint. I would also recommend bringing to their HR's attention in a formal complaint. This appears on the surface to be a blatantly unlawful termination and you are right that they are not allowed to withhold your earnings.

I had been a great employee for dunkin donuts in berwick since may of 2009, when I first started there, there were a few things I had noticed
but new owners were going to be taking over and making great changes. Except for some odd reason they kept the manager on there who doesnt know her head from a hole in the ground. I have worked for dunkin companies for many years and knew how things were run but not at this store. I had to take off of work for being sick and instead of her simpathizing she yelled at me. so I went in that day only to get weird looks from other employees, when I had asked another employee if they would like for me to work for them on one their days she kinda just looked at me and said no I would have to see this manager. From what I have seen and observed this manager talks about other employees behind their backs to other employees and then she punishes that employee with the schedule. I am a very hard worker and I was comitted to this job but to have to work in a place like that was riduculous and I can only hope that the new owners see exactly what kind of manager she is and do something about it. People I work with say they get anxiety if they are sick and have to call in afraid of what she would say. also I thought you were supposed to be able to get in touch with your manager 24/7 but at this shop its only when she is there. she has a number up but is never there. The photograph is the cockroach that was in my coffee this morning. In fact, I had nearly swallowed it, when I felt something slimy and strange in my mouth. Luckily I spit it out.

messed up my order/poor quality
I've been going to this same Dunkin Donuts for about a year now, almost every morning on my way to work. Normally, the people who work there are very friendly, always get my order right, not to mention have good quality muffins.
This morning however, there were different people there. While the woman who took my order sounded nice enough, she didn't tell me my total and there was a semi-long pause before she told me to drive up. But whatever; not that big a deal.
When I got up to the window, I was only charged for my coffee, no muffin. (It was only after he hadn't given me a muffin, that I realized he also hadn't charged me for one.) So I said "What about my muffin?" and he apologized for having not rung that up, and fixed it. Really, he seemed like a pretty okay guy overall. Although he kinda gave me some attitude when I said "Oh, I probably didn't get the combo discount, huh?" (Really, it's only 10 cents, not that big a deal.) He paused giving me my change, and then handed my the coin part of my change saying, "There; now you have it."
He short changed me ten cents. Twenty if I include the combo discount.
So overall, it was a pretty disappointing trip to DD. But hey, I got my muffin, right?
Well, they gave me the wrong kind of muffin. Not to mention it was really dry... Really, the only thing they did right was my coffee.
Normally this Dunkin Donuts is really dependable! I'm gonna give them another couple weeks and see if things have improved.

My name is Marvin King and I am from Philadelphia. Prior to writing this complaint, I was an avid Dunik Donuts (here on out will be referred to as DD) coffee drinker. On 9/19/09, I went to my local DD for a cup of coffee, (7500 City Ave., Philadelphia) but instead, I witnessed an act done by a DD employee that I could not believe. While I was waiting for service inside the DD store, I observed a female employee (Name unknown and Of Indian Descent) accidentally knock a plastic bucket full of coffee stirers on the floor. She kneeled down and picked them up. I assumed that she was going to throw them in the trash, since they were no longer usable. Surprisingly, the young lady placed all of the stirers back into the bucket and placed the bucket on the service counter. I yelled over to her, "Excuse me miss, you can't do that." She just looked at me and began speaking in her native tongue to one of her co-workers. Again, I chimmed in, "You can't do that to people." "You have to throw those away." When I saw that she didn't throw them away, I began to tell everyone who came into the store and in the parking lot, not to take a stirer if they bought coffee or some other beverage that would require stiring. Needless to say, I am no longer a patron of DD. I work for an organization consisting of 7, 000 employees, and I am going to make it a point to share this experience with as many of my co-workers as possible.
There must be an inquiry into this matter by the proper authorities, before someone developes an illness from the unsanitary practice that I unfortunately witnessed.

Yesterday I was there to pick some donuts from Rt.130 North Brunswick dunkin donuts
But I saw too many flies sitting on them! I got upset & left the place went to another one!
Seems like employs there didn't care about!
So health wise no one should eat donuts there because flies caries many germs!
