I feel like I took a scam from the company Economy Bookings.
I rented a car through the partner site https://www.economybookings.com/. First of all, the agency is not located at the airport, as described in the advertisement. As reported being open 24 hours a day, I took a taxi with suitcases, my wife and 09 year-old son, at 04:30, and when I arrived at the place, shady, everything was closed. Feeling unsafe, I paid for the taxi back to the airport and waited until 07:00 the scheduled time to pick up the car. I took a taxi again, but the branch was closed. I waited on the street until 08:30 but no one showed up to open the office and deliver the car. I called economy bookings support, but no one was able to solve it. They gave me an email so that I could report what had happened and be reimbursed, but despite having sent it on December 20 and having called economybookings once again, I still haven't received any response. I took an Uber, went to my hotel in Miami Beach, and rented a new car from another site. I recorded a video and took photos at the okmobility door to prove that it was closed, even 1 hour and thirty minutes after the agreed time to deliver the car to me.
