Don't answer any call or email and do not return my money!!
My flight has been canceled about 3 month ago. I tried to contact to edreams to refund my money. But nobody answer my call. And nobody answer in the edreams chat room. Just a crazy robot answer! It just say you have to contact to your airline (pegasus)!.
I also have called to pegasus airline but they (pegasus airline) told me your money already has been refunded to your agency (edreams.com) please have contact with your agency to get your money...!

Airline collapsed and have lost total cost of flight money
Booked flight to Berlin eDreams reference [protected] for 4 people in my name Jayne Clarke. Flights cost £435.97. Flybe collapsed due to Coronavirus.
Have been unable to get through to dReams. Have since been told they should return the full amount under the EU 261 rule and the package travel and linked travel arrangements regulations 2018.
I hope to hear from eDreams in response to this complaint. Had an email early on saying they were in contact with Flybe but nothing further and email address returnable.

I have been told by the flight company Iberia that Edreams must deal with me not Iberia.
I want the flight to be rescheduled asn I requested on 14/04 the flights were booked before lockdown in Spain. Furthermore, I am 59 years old and my co traveller my husband is 62 years of age. We do not know when we will be able to leave our home to travel as we are dependent on the instructions agiven by the Spanish government. If I try to travel now I will get a 600 euro fine or even could get imprisoned! Furthermore, we have to change at Barcelona Airport to get to Athens and then on return at Madrid and hang around for a few hours. Hanging around at airports and in these cities at the moment is very dangerous because of the coronavirus.
I have paid at least 950 euros for this holiday. I have downloaded the ap and there is no information on my app. I've dealt with the robot helper online at edreams - no help whatsoever and I can't get through by phone.
I am very annoyed about the lack of communication from Edreams. All I want is rescheduling of the flights when the Spanish government says I can travel.
I am very disappointed and if this problem isn't resolved soon I shall have to get my lawyer on to it. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
All receipts etc can be provided.

As eDreams service team promised, i will receive my refund fully in 7days, but there is noting at all. My ticket of flight company said, they has paid my refund to eDreams, so give me my full refund as soon as possible. I will keep contact and find legal options till get my money back fully.

I would like to share a links for all US citizens and permenant residents of US to file a complain against eDream on https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/media-resources/identity-theft-and-data-security/filing-complaint. For unfair service and you may be able to file a complain in your state insurance department with NAIC. I will do that anyway just I wanna get well and go back to the US. I booked a ticket and insurance for cancellation and assistance with that insurance company Eruop assistance. You may file a claim on the link https://earefund.eclaims.europ-assistance.com/. If you bought insurance. Turkish airlines did changes on my flight and I rejected then they refunded all amount charged by Turkish and confirmed that for me. eDream booked for me different flight with American airlines unrefundable ticket and unchangeable means I'm going to lose that money. I called them a lot and a lot and no answer and till now no any email from eDream later I found in their terms and conditions just you need to call them means no any email or any efficient means or way to let them know. My money back will let me to do all my best and anyway anywhere including file a court case in Berclona, Spain

we need a refund but can't get through
we have been trying to get a refud on our flights which has been cancelled. The telephone number never works and it's impossible to contact them otherwise. They sent us an email saying to contact them and we have but not possible to get through. Their messenger chat is useless and just goes round and round. We need money as we are financially suffering

Fraud
I bought two two tickets to Istanbul from eDreams. The airline notified me that due to change in schedule I am entitled to a full refund if i wish to cancel.
I called eDreams and they declined all calls. I then spoke to them via their live chat and they said that there would be a huge airline penalty fee as well as their service fee. When i queried the airline penalty fee, telling them the airline sent me an email saying there wouldn't be one they simply ignored that and said they did not receive that update which is impossible as eDreams notified me of change in flight schedule.
I've been trying to get hold of the for the last 3 days they decline all calls and do not respond to any emails or live chats anymore.
I have cancelled my flights but need a refund from them. They are withholding this money from me for now reason.

eDreams have been operating a scam for years and dont understand why someone has not investigated.
I bought 4000euro plane tickets, made sure they were refundable.
I called 4 months before the trip to cancel one ticket and they told me they would refund
Later when the money was not in my account they told me look again they sent it.
I stupidly believed them and forgot about it.
Later they changed my flight dates so i could not go on the trip as it was a convention.
I told them i needed to cancel and only if it was 100 percent refundable.
The operator told me hold the line they will call emirates to check.
She confirmed i would get 100 percent refund in 90 days which i questioned.
After 90 days they told me no refund as emirates wont refund.
I called emirates and they told me its a scam that edreams does to not refund clients.
They told me they withold the ticket number so you cant contact emirates for them to tell you the money was refunded .
I have also found out they tell you refund is 90 days so you cant get your bank to look into it as fraud. As fraud has a life of 100 days.
The best part of the scam is that they tell all clients online that they will contact the airlines while you hold to get you to agree to cancel.Then later they denie that they told you it was confirmed and refuse the refund.
Obviously anyone who is entitled to a refund on a refundable ticket should contact the fraud dept of the bank immediately and dont believe edreams will refund.

Hi there eDreams. Could you please help me. I booked a flight to Poland via Rome on Air Italia some time ago through your company for Mon 3rd Feb and returning on Sun 16th Feb. I couldn't check in on line through your app so I downloaded the air Italia app which aloud me to entering your reference number. I did not notice on the app it was for a flight on Sunday night the day before. I only realized this when Air Italia send me a notification that evening boarding will start at 9pm. How come no one informed me that our flight had been canceled apparently. At least that's what they said when we got to the airport. We only had 40 minutes to pack and I also had to arrange a extra night in Warsaw and re arrange my taxi pick up. Not my idea of a good start to a holiday. Please explain. Thanks

I have purchased cancellation insurance. I have cancel my booking and got Authorized Refund email from eDreams.
After 20 days and constant chatting with their support on Facebook Messanger (getting the operator on the phone is impossible due to infinite queue) when I will see the refund on my credit card, they always say that they executed the refund. When I ask proof of the executed payment, they say they cannot provide it that I need to check with my bank. At my bank they said they did not receive any deposits/refunds for my credit card from anyone. This seems like a scam from edreams
this company is corrupt laws need to be brought against his company how they get away with taking people's money and not giving them a service no way of contacting them absolutely disgusting my son is still waiting for a full refund trying to give him vouchers which I no use to him put us in financial difficulty
