Missed flight, fraudulent service
On the 9th of July, I booked a flight for the 13th of august but due to covid issues, I have had to reschedule to end of August. I have been trying to change from the 23rd of July and today, a day prior(12th august), no progress whatsoever. I finally do some research on opodo and edreams and I do regret the decision I made.
Kindly look into this as it is above me in all ways due to visa as well as the current crisis. No one deserves this level of frustration and disappointment and conning.

Reimbursement for a flight cancelled
I bought a ticket to fly with KLM, but the flight was cancelled by the company. I do not accept any voucher as reimbursement since KLM has not anymore any flight that could be useful for me. I want a total reimbursement in cash.

Refund of cancelled flight not received
The Flight has been cancelled due to Corona Virus and no refund have been issued from Edreams. Edreams adviced to add an application on the mobile to manage the refund. However, it is not working.
Edreans proposed some Phone numbers for customer services, but these phone numbers are no longer possible to reach.
It has been more than 3 months I requested a refund and I was promised to get money back.
No money has been returned and it is not possible any longer to contact edreams
Credit vouchers for flights

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic our flights were cancelled. We requested vouchers to travel another time when safe and suitable for us. eDreams said they will arrange vouchers and will send to us. We told the eDreams consultant that we would like to travel in June 2021, the same time as our planned trip for 2020. On 15 June 2020 without being contacted by eDreams, we received an e-mail "Travel Document - Itinerary" "Departure : Johannesburg (JHB) 16 Jan 2021". The new travel dates were booked for flights without us being contacted and asked if the date is suitable. We cannot travel then and now we cannot get hold of eDreams by website, email or phone to tell them we cannot travel in January 2021 and that we want to travel when it is suitable for us. After hearing noting we contacted the Airline directly. The Airline replied immediately saying that on 15 June 2021 they issued credit vouchers for the full value of our airtickets. It seems to be the same day on which we received the "Travel Document" for a departure date of 16 January 2021!It seems that eDreams booked flights in January 2021 because it is much cheaper because the time of year we booked is "peak" season. By booking flights at a cheaper time of they year they can then pocket the difference rest. We cannot get in touch with eDreams no matter what we do. We want to firstly cancel the flights booked by eDreams for January 2021 and get eDreams to send us our vouchers so that we can book our flights when it is suitable to us.
Canceled flight
Due to coronavirus, my flight to London has been canceled. I could change the date directly because it was a low cost Airlines company and so I did.
But, my return ticket from london, which was with British airways, is booked by edreams company and I can't change the date by myself. EDReams is responsible for this service.
I can't communicate with them and I suppose the money is lost. I thought I should refer it though...
Contact the Airline directly. We contacted the Airline directly and established that they in fact had issued credit vouchers for the full value of our tickets. That may be the case with you.

The 04.07.202 54, 99euro went of my bank account for a yearly premium account at Edreams Spain.
I am a regular user of Edreams BUT I live in Luxembourg, don't speak any Spanish and didn't consider going to Spain so the payment clearly hasn't been done by myself, but my credit card got charged for it.
Could you internally check what went wrong there?
Is someone else maybe using my credit card here?

I realized such, I asked for cancellation and so far I cannot get this solved
There is nobody to talk to. I received an update that it was getting prioritized but almost 2 days later and nothing has happened.
Their AI prevents any communication attempt
This company should never be allowed to operate or at least they should warn that they have no customer service support at all when needed.

Contacted edreams almost daily but no response. Customer service number has been disconnected.
Contacted Airline directly and they said they could not do anything since I booked via edreams.
30-Jun-2020: received email from Edreams that they had contacted the airline and that my refund would be processed
1-Jul-2020: I contacted the airline and they said no such request has been received and they had marked me as a no-show for my flight!

Covid19 cancelled flight, airline refunded but edreams not responding
Hello. I made a booking with eDreams for a WizzAir flight for April. Due to COVID19, the flight was cancelled by the airline and they reached out to offer refunds. Since I booked via eDreams, they had to request the refund on my behalf. eDreams initially refused, stating that the airline was not refunding them, but I contacted wizzair directly and got a pdf invoice of the refund. Following a call with an eDreams rep, this pdf was forwarded to them. After many attempts to contact them in every possible platform, they confirmed the refund on April 29th and stated it would be processed by June 15th. I have been calling them everyday since June 15th and finally got through on June 22nd, during which the rep said the same thing as before - that the airline had not refunded etc. This is not true as my companions that booked the same flight either through wizzair or another online company all received their refunds in april/may. EDreams then said that they needed to check with the airline AGAIN and told me that they would send me an email with the status within 72 hours. It's passed the deadline and two whole months after the flight was supposed to take off. I have been trying to call all morning and in one call was waiting for 20 mins to get through but no one picked up. Emails are all unanswered. This is irresponsible, unprofessional and a downright scam. There should be consequences.
Round trip airline tickets
I purchased a round trip ticket, ath-sfo, that included two carriers, lufthansa and british. I received confirmation from both carriers. When I arrived at the airport, my flight did not exist. There was no staff for austrian (lufthansa partner) and no scheduled flight on the departure board. I had never been informed of any change.
Then, suspecting lack of communication with all the airlines, I called american so that I wasn't a no-show. Now i'm waiting for some voucher but it's been almost 3 days and no progress. And still, no recognition that there was no flight.

False booking, post-booking policy changes and delays in refund.
On the 4th of May 2020, eDreams accepted a booking from Johannesburg to Dublin, with Kenya Airways and Aer Lingus. The flight was scheduled for 21st of May.
On the 8th of May, I contacted Kenya Airways to determine the status of my booking. Kenya Ariways confirmed that my booking had an "open ticket" which means that the ticket was sitting in cancelled status. They advised me that the borders were not yet open due to government lockdown policy.
After contacting eDreams to request information on how to obtain a refund, I was met with no helpful information whatsoever aside from "You need to contact the airlines".
I have multiple phone recordings with both Kenya Airways, as well as with Aer Lingus categorically stating that the "Refund Request" MUST come from eDream, and I cannot request the refund from my side.
To date, I have confirmation from both =Kenya Airways, as well as Air Lingus that no such request has been made.
eDreams issued me with a policy change on the 13th May 2020 stating that they are no longer issuing cash refunds, and proceed with attempts to obtain my "consent" to the issuing of a voucher rather than a cash refund. I have recorded verbal confirmation from BOTH airlines that this is not the case, and that they issue cash refunds where the refund is requested. eDreams has made no such request, and have verbally confirmed this.
To me this appears to be an attempt to hold onto my funds for as long as possible, until I consent to a voucher. I will not consent to a voucher as this was not the policy when I bought the ticket.
The resolution is simple, I want a cash refund for a falsely advertised ticket. eDreams as well as both airlines were fully aware of the government no travel policy in their respective countries when advertising and accepting money for the tickets.
This is nothing less than a filthy scam.
I have handed the issue over to my lawyers for follow up.
Refund not passed on to me
My airline cancelled flights due to covid 19 and I opted for a refund. The flights were booked through edreams which have been paid the refund by the airline but have not passed the refund back on to me. Over a month has passed since the money was paid to them. There is no way to contact anyone in customer service. Only bots. What can I do to resolve this problem?
I have the same problem as you. Airline ( Jetstar) refunded eDreams but eDreams only emailed me a voucher valued at a quarter of what I paid
Now eDreams are staying silent, I guess waiting for the departure date and then saying we missed my flights

I booked my car rental with my friends recommendationoon Edreams.com with booking number KO696829430 and I had to cancel it because of COVID_19 restrictions. Firstly on 14Mar20 I contacted Edreams for refund and customer service responded me to be refunded within 10 days. After 10 days I contacted again, that time they responded me within 20 days I would be paid. After 20 days again I contacted 😁 they promised me to refund not later than 25May. Yesterday was the deadline but I am still not paid. I have no idea what the do with customers money and they extend payments intentionally. I never book from Edreams again. It is not well organized company and unsatisfactory.

I booked in December for a flight from Edmonton Alberta canada to Timmins Ontario Canada.in January 9 2020 my seats were changed an was to get refund for 52.00 dollars never got refund.in February I was notified my flight returned was changed by 4 hours I requested a refund February 27 2020 never got it.in the mean time my flight returning from Toronto canada to Edmonton was canceled an been requesting refund to this day because of flight changes.
