ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!...If I could give E Dreams Zero rating then I would, or even a minus rating then I would!...I will be suing your company 100% I don’t know how you feel it is okay that I reserved a car for $727.92 then the flight was cancelled of no fault of my own, so I contacted E Dreams right away to let them know. Then the next day I get to the car rental office and they even refuse to even let me on the shuttle bus because there is no record of my reservation or payment on the system. Then the same car they charge me more for a sum of $952.37 for which is just sitting there in the parking lot. So in total I trusted you with a reservation then had to pay for again, more for in fact than my original booking!
So a total of $1680.29 I have paid so far plus the 17 euro taxi that I was FORCED to pay on my arrival from Corfu, Greece airport just to get to the rental car office! just to hire a car in Greece for 10 days! Plus all the time, stress and energy and upset (right at the beginning of an annual 10 day family reunion with my parents after flying over 25 hours from Hawai'i to see them! The first day was literally ruined having to deal with this car rental fiasco!) for something that should have been so simple. I feel E Dreams has literally stolen my money! And still you refuse to even let me speak to someone on the phone. I will be complaining and making an official case with the department of transportation, the Better Business Bureau, Google/Trust pilot etc.
How can you refuse to give me a refund?! Unbelievable!
This has been the worst customer car rental experience ever in my over 25 years of international travel! Don't even think about using them for anything is my advise!
They are liars, cheats and fraudsters! Don't even think about using this company as a third party booking agent, just go directly with the rental company themselves! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Desired outcome: Refund me the original booking cost amount so I have not paid twice for the same car rental!
