It is with much disappointment that I have to inform you that I really can't digest weird eDreams Customer Support responses regarding my refund status.
As per eDream policy I deserved a full refund for eDreams accommodation confirmation number: [protected].
In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) shared an email with me saying that they didn't find my accommodation booking reference number. Also Aitihya stated that it’s not refundable however during my booking confirmation its clearly mentioned that it’s 100% refundable if I cancel before certain date.
Secondly, after 2 weeks, I got a response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference numbers and escalated to the accounts department.
A few days later, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out to Booking.com for my refund. He provided me Booking.com contact no +[protected] in the email to get my refund. As per Mohammed's suggestions, I called Booking.com and they said we don't have such booking details and any partnering with eDreams.
Then I called [protected] eDream Customer Support, and one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared a weird statement saying that they don't have such a booking reference number.
She transferred my call to another department, which said the refund was already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't received a refund so far.
I am sorry for this unfortunate news that it's pathetic & poor customer service from eDreams.
