Upon replacing my Epson Black 127 Ink Cartridge with low ink message, I went through an exhausting exchange of emails with a Jonan O at Epson who requested information on the WorkForce 545's Serial No. and then photos of the machine's cartridges, etc. and then told me I needed to buy a cartridge from Epson direct, altho I've only used Epson ink cartridges bought at Staples since buying the machine. So I talked to the Epson sales person he transferred me to and bought the Epson 127 ink cartridge from your location in Plainfield, IN (altho I'd told him a new one I bought at Staples (with the yellow sticker on it indicating there was a problem with a low ink message on it). I received the cartridge, installed it, but my printer gives me the same message. I sent multiple photos of my printer to Joann O that were requested, but no further response. What a small company you are! Customers can go to Staples or any other legitimate business when they have a problem with a product and get a refund, but your rep that I spoke with on the phone today said "Epson doesn't do refunds." WHAT? Does that mean your printers too ... SHAME ON YOU. I will never buy or suggest to anyone to buy a product from you.
