This printer did work at the beginning and then it started, saying ink was low. It wouldn’t print anything even in black if for example, it said yellow was low. I was continuously changing out inks when I knew they were barely used or sometimes not used at all. I spent/wasted a lot of money buying ink. I read online about how you needed to unclog the cartridges. I would need a special tool or a pin, but I could never confirm this with Epson. I was continuously buying new ink, and even then the printer would not recognize it. I currently have two brand new boxes of ink, but I am afraid to open and waste them. I only bought Epson brand ink. When I called the company, they said I had to go to a service center. They sent me a link to a service center which they said was my closest one 97 miles away even though I live near a large Metropolitan area. I would never buy an Epson product again, and I would tell everyone I know the same thing. This printer was more trouble than it was worth. And it consumed a lot more money than I should have ever spent on it. And I felt like the company really didn’t care at all about helping to fix my problem. All in all a terrible experience and I should get it out of my house so it doesn’t keep reminding me.
Claimed loss: $100 of new ink. Plus I now need a new printer.
Desired outcome: I think they should send me coupon for a new printer if they ever expect me to use Epson again.
