I filled up my X5 BMW truck in September 2019 at Esso gas station in Brampton with diesel and my truck seized shortly after. I was advised it was poor diesel or the gas station accidentally replaced diesel with fuel. Has anyone else had problem similar to this one?

Labor cost for my truck is over $5, 000 so far and it still doesn't start.

I have typed out this complaint more than once. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 days with no luck. If I don't hear from someone soon I am going to have to file a claim with the OPP. I will gladly explain once I get in touch with a real person, thank you. The situation has escalated since my boyfriend made this post. Staff making threats over Facebook.

I went there to buy gas and lottery and cashier asked me how would you would like to pay and i said visa and she gave me different terminal from her side to pay on that its kind of scatchy i because she did not let me pay on main terminal.I realize something not right here although my transction is small but your management should check why they are using different terminal for paying.Hope you will take action accordingly.

I was charged the $100 I entered as the amount to spend PLUS $59.75 for the ACTUAL amount pumped. I want to know how this happened, where the $100 went to and I want a refund cheque to ensure I have been reimbursed with accompanying documentation.

Hello well it seams to be every time i go into this station there allways seems to be a problem with trying to get a gift card or just paying for my fuel i dont think this station is being above board because every time i ask for a gift card they say it does not work and i have to pay in cash yet if i use my bank card it works just fine and they do not like it when i use my bank card i think you need to look into this station and maybe offer some sort of training to the staff cause i think they maybe ripping people off

Dear Support!

I tried to use your self service gas station in Volterra today (July 20. 2019 17:21). I put 50 euros into the machine, selected the station number (7) but nothing happened. I tried to select the cancel or receipt option but nothing happened. I got no gas, my money was gone and i got no receipt. After i realized that i should have put the money in first then get the pistol off of the holder... After me other people used it and worked fine although still no receipt to anyone. I tried again with 10 and 20 euros and it worked fine also but still got no receipt from either transaction. Today was saturday so noone was there to help me and sadly i don't speak the language anyway. Could you please help me how can i get my 50 euros back?
Since i have no receipt i only have photos and your cctv to support my problem i hope it will be enough help!

I have already written till you before, but nothing has been done so far. One of the staff people's car has been parked in front of pump#1 and is interfering on the smooth drive thru action as his car is blocking the path. And sometimes too close to fill up...I called the owner of the car, via intercom, he came over telling me the pump isn't working. It hasn't worked for many month. So he told me with a smirk that the car is not in the way and walked away. There is a car blocking the path for customers, and this smirking staff member is refusing to move his car, which is not a parking lot, just so it won't get wet and do he has a good view of it... Really, he may be related to the owner or not, that doesn't give him the right to be treating customers with that kind of disrespect. There is a parking area away from the pumps... he needs to move his vehicle for safety reasons as well... I am very upset at his attitude and lack of giving a s##t.

I went into Esso station in Colborne I filled my tank with gas and went in to pay and cash in4 winning lottery tickets. While waiting on me a man walked in. He pushed my stuff aside and said to man can I help you. He was very friendly to man but to me he barely spoke. I had to wait til all the men In the store had been waited on then he finished my transaction. I couldn't leave as I hadn't paid for gas yet. He definitely treated me with disrespect because I was a woman. I have never been treated like this. How you handle this depends on weather I contact the Toronto Star or not.

I was absolutely astounded when I was very openly called a "paki" by an employee at the Manchester Esso station on Regional Road 21 near Port Perry. Upon entering the establishment, the employee, who had brought her young daughter to work with her, turned to her daughter & said "great, another paki." The two broke out laughing & the employee was very rude to me. This is not the first time that I have heard this employee be blatantly racist. Last Saturday I overheard the employee (I believe I have heard someone call her "Mel") on her cellphone calling the owners "paki's" & that she'll take money from the "paki's." She then went on to tell the person on the other line that this is her country not theirs & that they should be working for her. I have already spoken to the police regarding the incident where I was called a "paki" & I was told by them that I can press charges against the employee. I do not deserve to be discriminated against nor do I intend to be insulted every time I get gas. Furthermore, this employee short changes me every time I get gas. I am owed $17.00 at this point. The next time that I hear a racist remark come out of her mouth, I will call the police to the gas bar immediately & I will be bringing this matter to the attention of the media. This employee obviously has no class & seems to think very highly of herself. I have overheard her telling another customer that she is so desirable to men & that no man can resist her.

This owner, Ron Mounteny, Esso 62North Bancroft. This owner will not allow customers to use the tap service on our bank cards. He actually taped a piece of paper over the tap section. Today he told my husband that he couldn't use his bank card if he didn't spend more than 5 dollars in his store. My husband was buying cream for his coffee and was redused access to the Interac so he left and went to Foodland in town. This Man complains constantly to customers, who will stand there and listen, about Esso and the banks he deals with, his insurance company, ect, ect... He tells us he could get into trouble from Esso for not allowing his customers to use his tap system, but now he has taken it a little too far..people use their bank cards more than cash these days, so he thinks his business is [censored]ty now, wait until his customers hear this 5$ minimum is effect. What a joke.

Vulcan Alberta esso gas station, there is a grumpy grumpy guy working as cashier& I prepaid for my gas 20$ and I swiped my points card and left. When I got back to my car I seen he didnt even wait long enough for my card to go through. So I never got the points. Hes always such a jerk. Another time I only had change to pay for my fuel and I put it on the counter and he refused to take my money because it was change and not paper money or on a card. He actually refused to sell me fuel. I was so mad. I dont even know why he still works there. He is just awful.
