I am the owner of an Etsy shop called LTVNStudio, which specializes in custom embroidered clothing. My shop was unexpectedly suspended by Etsy on 26/09/2024, and I was unable to access any details regarding the reason for the suspension. I have successfully completed over 100 sales with nearly all positive feedback and many happy customers.
Prior to the suspension, I had multiple outstanding orders. I had already completed the custom designs, paid for production, and many orders had already been shipped to customers. However, due to the suspension, I am no longer able to communicate with customers, manage my shop, or fulfill remaining orders. This has caused significant distress for both me and my customers, as I am unable to resolve any potential issues regarding their purchases or shipments.
I submitted an appeal to Etsy, but it was rejected without a clear explanation or opportunity to address any potential issues. Despite my efforts to resolve this situation through Etsy’s internal processes, the company has been unresponsive and has not provided any clear guidance on how I can rectify the issue.
I am seeking help from complaintsboard.com to facilitate communication with Etsy and reach a fair resolution, as I am committed to fulfilling all outstanding orders and continuing to operate my business in compliance with Etsy’s policies.
