Ordered several items an Etsy website and they grouped the orders together on one payment of $113.02. One item was cancelled (Lovelifewood) and I was offered a refund for $50.75. Another item was delivered late (MillerFarmCandleCompany) and I was also offered a refund of $41.38. The problem is that due to the way the order was grouped together and not separated by vendor, my bank cannot accept the refund for the individual purchases. It has been a month since the purchases were made and paid for and I have contacted both vendors several times and I am unable to resolve the refund issues.
Claimed loss: $50.75 from Lovelifewood and $41.38 from MillerFarmCandleCompany.
Desired outcome: I would like to have the above two purchases refunded to me directly to my account, and if not available, via check or money order. If my refund cannot be made via my requested methods, please give me credit on my account for the amounts.
