Can not log in to my etsy shop for 2 day now. Tried all I can and been told I need to log in before they will help, even though that is the problem. It appears there no phone contact until you sign in. A friend email Etsy on her account and they sent a link for me, to use the link they told me log in before they could help. Again problem is can not log in. They have also been asked to phone me on my number held on my details. Still nothing. Tried to change password just in case but could not as it appears my email address is not valid. This has been ongoing 19/12/22 and it seems I can not get help on this

i opened etsy shop months ago they state that they hold a reserve on a portion of the sale i have been out alot of money on material supplies and shipping etsy has never gave me a penny of my money that i have in my account and it has been months countless emails they are doing this to alot of people people are making things useing there time and hard and cost of shipping and they are not giving no one any money they need stopped etsy needs shut down
Same problem. Every sale i have made on Etsy is from my existing customer base. My customers have received their items and each and every one has left a 5 star review. Their claimed policy makes no sense and reflects unfair business practices.

I see they shipped it on 12/16/22, however will not received my product until !/20/23. If I knew it would take almost a month & half to get my purchase, I would not have purchased them. You got your money immediately, but I have to wait through this long, if I do not get faster service I will contact my Discover to file a dispute.
Are they coming by boat, then railway? This is ridiculous time-frame. Etsy, if this the way you do business, I will never make another purchase. Never have I had to wait a month & a half for a purchase even coming from China!

Für eine Bestellung wurde mir ingst 3 mal der Betrag vom Konto abgezogen (immerhin 3x370€!). Kontakt zu eBay rein über Chat möglich. Beim ersten Kontakt gleich am nächsten Tag wurde mir rückgeneldet es handelt sich um einen Systemfehler und ich kriege 2 Zahlungen retour. Bis dato nichts bei neuerlichen Chat wurde mein Anliegen nun gar nicht mehr bearbeitet und es heißt plötzlich, dass es keine Abbuchungen gegeben hätte (obwohl klar ersichtlich ich von meiner Bank die Überweisungsbestätigungen habe). Mein Anliegen wird nicht weiterbehandelt und an ein anderes Team weitergeleitet, welches sich bei mir irgendwann per Mail melden wird. Wann das sein wird kann mir nicht gesagt werden. Unglaublich ich warte immer noch auf über 700euro, die mir falsch in Rechnung gestellt wurden und bekomme keinen Kontakt zu jemanden, der sich mit der Sache auskennt! The etsy platform is full of dishonest people who take advantage of those who with their work are selling and paying unclear etsy commissions, and then these dishonest people have full protection and help from etsy.
Sellers are rated for each transaction but customers are not and in this way buyers can continue to steal sellers' work and money with the help of etsy.
To do so, the customer only needs to place an order with a supplier and as soon as the order leaves and without having yet arrived at the destination, the customer just has to make any complaint and ask for the total reimbursement and etsy without consulting the seller makes the full refund to the customer and this way the customer is the one and when he receives the goods he also has the goods completely free, the seller is the one who is left without goods and without his money.

Wooden Arms CNC Router Plans Ping Pong Ball Guns
I bought CNC Router Plans for a Ping Pong Ball Gun from Andriy Goroshko. (Wooden Arm) He was very helpful, supplying different plans for different plywood thickness.
I retained a professional cabinet maker whose has a large shop w/ two different CNC router machines.
The shop phoned and told me that it is impossible to cut these using either CNC Routers, the pieces are too small. I contacted Andriy Goroshko asking for suggestions to improved the performance, such as router speed and type of bit.
He refused to provide any support. I was shocked on his stance. In further discussion with the CNC Router Technician he recommended using an industrial laser to cut the pieces, saying personally he doesn't think the parts cut be cut with any commercial router.
Interesting, I can not leave a review on the product.
I suggest this is knowingly a fraud on behalf of the seller. selling neat plans that can not be used.

Closed my shop, can’t contact them, not been paid.
I create 10 Christmas Mouse paintings during early fall to sell as originals to my customer base.
I decided to create Christmas tree ornaments through Printify using my photography of the Christmas mice. These ornaments are from my art and designed by me. But they are printed as sold, and shipped by Printify
I reopened a closed shop on November 23, 2022 and listed 12 Christmas mouse ornaments on it that I designed, using my copyrighted images of the Christmas Mouse collection of paintings over the past three years. These ornaments would be printed as ordered on a sturdy aluminum base.
On Sunday, November 27, my shop was closed by Etsy. I was able to make email contact and Etsy responded that there was a suspicious login detected and they closed the shop to protect me.’
They sent a document which had questions only I would know the answer to. I answered the questions that day.
Today is December 7, 2922 and I haven’t heard anything from Etsy, nor can I reach them.
I can’t sign into my account. And because I can’t sign in, I can’t make any further attempts at email contact.
I won’t be paid for the sales I made before the shut down because they broke the link to Printify. Which means, Etsy won’t get shipping information, which means, I don’t get paid because they don’t know all orders have been fulfilled.
I want to sue them for damage to my good will as an artist with a collector base and lost income due to their horrible business practice of shutting down stores without timely recourse.
When they shut down a store, you can’t login, which means you can’t mark items as shipped. You can’t call them on the phone. You can’t do anything unless you can login.
By shutting down my shop, they have injured my collector’s confidence in my product.
Desired outcome: Have service reps on staff for shop owners to talk to that can and will resolve problems in real time. In my case, a suspicious login could have been resolved with a phone call to me
Discrimination-censorship-interference in livelihood
I am assuming discrimination is still illegal.
I would like to report Etsy for discrimination, harassment and abuse.
Etsy has and continues to, harassed and suppressed me and my shop, reversed views, suppressed views and visits and directly interfere with my ability to earn a living from my business, since I opened my shop in 2017.
Etsy has censored, shadow-banned, hidden and now "limited" my shop. This go round, November 2022, my shop was hidden from view in searches, without my knowledge or Etsy informing me...during the biggest shopping month of the year!
I was stripped of my earned badges and hidden from searches. I didn't just lose a month's worth of views, sales and potential future sales, but exposure at the biggest shopping time of the year!
I had not violated any policies and my shop was in good standing, there was no reason for this action.
I contacted Etsy on November 30, 2022, in regards to their actions and demanded answers and restitution for revenue lost. On December 1, 2022, Etsy replied, trying to appease me with an insincere "apology" in regards to how long it took them to review this action...not of the action itself.
I replied back that same day and told them that I expected meaningful restitution for the losses caused by Etsy’s actions. On December 2, 2022, Etsy replied that a $100 credit has been applied to my account...$100! An insult on top of the injury they perpetrated.
Other actions perpetuated by Etsy against my shop...Etsy randomly "deactivates" listing, stating that I am making "medical claims", which I do not. I am very careful with my wording. What makes matters worse, is there are Etsy sellers who actually DO make medical claims but they're product listings are still live and they are making a lot of sales, to boot. Why does this rule only apply to my shop?
In 2020, I was making a lot of sales on a particular product (that had been listed and selling for a while), when Etsy suddenly deactivated and removed it. I contacted them repeatedly, but they would not explain why and/or what I had to do to make it "compliant". I changed the wording (since Etsy would not explain to me what exactly was going against their policy, I could only guess at what the “offense” could be) and relisted it three times, only to have them deactivate it three more times. Finally one person told me it was a link referenced in the listing. I immediately removed it and relisted, but by that time, we’re talking days, I had lost all momentum and LOT of sales, thus a lot of money.
After 5 years, my views and sales are still well below what they should be, especially considering that I have almost 900 sales. Similar shops have thousands of sales, including shops that have much less time on Etsy then mine...that’s not possible on a level playing field.
Many times I have asked if I am being discriminated against because I am a Christian and unashamedly include a Bible verse reference and display a cross on my labels...it has never been denied, only talked around.
I expect restitution for the damages done to me and my shop. I demand action, punitive and otherwise, against a company which not only actively discriminates against those to which they don't agree, but goes out of it's way to punish them and interfere with their ability to make a living.
Desired outcome: For me and my shop, compensatory and punitive damages awarded.In general, Etsy held accountable for these, as well as any other illegal and/or immoral actions, and restitution for all affected.

I am a new customer and I ordered 8 key chains with attached inscriptions. When I placed the order there was no mention of when I could expect delivery. These items are to be Christmas gifts. Once ordered I was given an estimated delivery date of 21 December 2022 for seven of the items. Since I need to mail the gifts from Florida to California chances of delivery by Christmas is very remote. If the items arrive on your estimated delivery date it will be nearly impossible to ship the items to arrive before Christmas.
I must say, I am extremely disappointed in your service. Had you made known the estimated delivery date at the time of making the order I would have selected items that would be delivered in time to be properly shipped to arrive in time for Christmas.
I wish I had checked your Complaints Board because I would have ordered anything from you. You have 347 complaints with only 8 resolved. That is a pretty dismal success story.

I would suggest that this picture is taken down immediately and the seller is reprimanded at the least or barred from selling on the platform. If we are still seeing this image in a day or so , we will take the matter to the authorities. Its disgusting with current legislation that this explicate material has been permitted to be used for the purpose of making money through the exploitation of children. Please do something ASAP about this highly immoral material.

I placed an order 8th november for a personalised bag for my wedding dress #[protected]. It said I would receive by 19th. It didn't, so I chased it to be told there was a delay, and it was being done the following week, still nothing, the seller completely ignores my messages, I opened a case and was told to continue to communicate with the seller as I still wanted my item, still I am just being constantly ignored and item has not been sent, please see screen shots of communication or lack of it below, I just want what I paid for. This is the second order in a matter of weeks that I have paid for and ordered in good faith and not received, also order no #[protected], this also has not shown up, seller said they would send replacement, and this still has not turned up, do you keep letting sellers take money from people who are pretending to offer a service that they clearly dont... These must be just scammers with fake reviews and I for one will not be using etsy again as I have been let down too many times

Still no payment for goods sold in june/july
I am a seller still waiting to recieve funds. These two sales where sold to an unverified bank. I accidentally made a mistake by putting the bank origin in the phillipeans. There was no way of correcting so so etsy staed I need to open a new shop and re-input correct banking info because there is no way of changing the bank origin, so I did. My old shop, sadisticpractitioner has been closed/"on vacation" because of invalid banking. I reopened another shop under the guidance of etsy customer service which is called sadisticdesigns in-which banking is verified and banking origin is set to canada. I am still awaiting these two payments!
