Facebook Disabled account

4/13/21 - Last night, I completed a scholarship application via a link from a FB group and as soon as I hit "send", my FB account was disabled. It said that I had violated community standards - but didn't tell me what standard I violated or how I had violated it. In the application, I DID mention "the virus" by name so I can only assume that is the problem, despite the fact that what I said isn't spreading false information, inciting fear, etc. I have a copy of the completed application and can show you exactly what I said, and can refer you to multiple resources that can confirm that what I said is in fact true. I started to go through the steps to recover the account. I requested an SMS message be sent to my phone, but a code was never received. I requested another SMS code several times. In the meantime, I discover emails (to this email address) stating my phone has texting disabled from FB? (I don't believe that to be true, as I've had to recover and/or reset my password in the past and have never had an issue - same phone, same number, same carrier for many years). I have attached copies of the emails received last night in the order in which they were received. (FYI - I did change my password last night, so that is legit.) When I click on the "Request Review" button in the one email, it takes me right back to the "Security Check" option to have an SMS sent. Wound up exceeding the number of times I can request an SMS code (despite never receiving even ONE) and it says I have to wait 24 hours to request another (that I probably won't receive either). The Help Center has been of no help whatsoever. I found a thread "I didn't receive the code from Facebook to confirm my mobile" and it lists the option to get a phone call or an email instead. When I either of those options, it takes me right back to the "Security Check" option to have an SMS sent. I am in the process of "downloading your information" so I hopefully have some sort of copy of my account. I'm afraid to sign in with another older account that I rarely use because when I click on "Logout" for Angie Telfer, I get a message saying "THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE DISABLED IN 30 DAYS. Are you sure you want to logout? You only have 30 days left to request a review. After that your account will be permanently disabled."

Desired outcome: I just want my account reactivated!

Facebook Item was not received / cyberbullying claiming that the bank transaction receipts are fake

I made a downpayment last january for a watch that I ordered from her. Come march, she asked to be paid the whole amount of the watch. After two days, she claimed that the money was not yet in her account. I immediately called my bank and complained but was told that the transaction was successful. I told her to coordinate with her bank but she refused. And eventually she said that all my bank transactions were fake. And even posted me as scammer.

Desired outcome: Disable her page so there won't be anymore victims

Facebook Personal account

My account was hacked and stolen. Since that time I have submitted my identification 500+ times via email to the support email with Facebook. I received one rational response from someone named Ash on the Facebook App page. Nothing since. Meanwhile the thief has removed my picture, has associated it with a Muslim mosque and asking friends for $. I have been in contact with Facebook by email over 500 times. They have responded a few times with -

" Hi,

We can't give you access to this account or help with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID that matches the information listed on the account. Learn more about the types of ID we accept in the Help Center:
https://www.facebook.com/help/159096464162185?ref=cr

Thanks,
The Facebook Team"

I have also posted numerous times on the Facebook app page and once received a brief response from me one named Ash. They asked if my account was hacked. I answered and nothing since. Now I am no longer allowed to post on that page. Several of my old Facebook friends have reported the hacked account as have I. The response received is that this does not violate their community guidelines. I occasionally receive something saying they have my identification and to be patient. It has now been 3+ months and the thief is making their way through the friends list asking for cash and gift cards. And has titled the page as a Muslim mosque.

My entire life for 15+ years is on that account. I do have the history downloaded from 2 years ago and would be able to restore. But most of my Favebook friends and groups would be lost for good because there are now 2 accounts with my name and I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be tolerated in groups. One set of groups is my Ostomy support groups which I had come to heavily rely on in the lockdown and Pandemic. Now I have nobody- on line or IRL.

Please help me. Thanks.

Desired outcome: Send a reset notification to either [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@hotmail.com or [protected]. All the original contact emails and cell from 15+ years ago. Stop this thief from faking my identity and stealing from others.

The same thing happened to me. No one to call, no one to contact. I have sent hundreds of emails to every Facebook email I could find. My personal page was taken over and our business account as well. You can’t do anything about it. I ended up creating a new Facebook . And losing ten years of photos and memories. The hardest part is the friends that have passed away and now those memories I had with them on my page that someone else has control of. And we can no longer access our business Facebook, as I had it connected with my personal page. Facebook only cares about their business and no one else’s. I have my attorney working on a lawsuit because someone has control of our business account and Facebook is unreachable, and it is completely unacceptable and has been detrimental to our business.

Facebook Facebook post lady campbell tribute post.

I have just submitted a complaint just now I forgot to mention when I called the woman a cheeky cow she had just told me I was mentally unstable how dare she, she doesn't even know me, will you be dealing with her comment like that directed at me, I was very angry. It was the lady Campbell tribute post of which I have now left. I was fed up with the abuse of our Royal family. Who is a none of us will ever know but they think they do. Its certainly not free speech most of it I call it hate speech. As I just said earlier Meghan. You say it goes against your community standards to insult people well yes I agree but did you not think being called mentally unstable was being very personal and very insulting You can't say one is okay and the others not. Hate speech is hate speech. Carol Crook.

Desired outcome: Yes and the other one too I want a report back .

Facebook Blocking account/disabling without giving a cause

You have blocked my account without a reason or a chance to respond to such. I have found Facebook to be discriminating against white people and their comments lately yet have allowed blacks to comment however how much hate they want without comment or disabling their accounts. Hopefully this problem becomes a class action suit against Facebook soon for racial discrimination, and I will gladly sign up as a victim. Social to me, means being able to voice my opinions freely without fear of being disabled due to having one. If someone continually verbally attacks, I feel I should have the right to respond my opinion on such attacks as long as it is not violent, threatening or spewed hatred.

Desired outcome: Want my account to be unblocked

I am having the same problem. I have been locked out of my account for not following community standards. This time for 7 days and feel that this is not only ridiculous, but excessive. Trying to follow the community standards are a joke. They change daily to whomever is in charge of reviewing these so called standards. There is no rhyme or reason. Just however someone at FB is feeling at that particular moment. I have been called so much worse, cussed out, insulted and threatened. I just blocked them or moved on. I am also seeing a lot of my post censored because they promote a conservatives view against the liberal view. There was one post that was 3 old and 3 months later, I get 3 days in Facebook jail. Why even allow someone to disagree with a Facebook decision. It is a rubber stamp punishment, even if Facebook states they got it wrong.

Facebook is changing not for the better. It is out of control and down the road you are going to regret the one-sided censorship of opinions, and the knocking of people off the platform because certain people don’t like the comments. Mark my words Mark. It might be time to sit down with your employees and have a heart to heart talk with them.

Facebook Unauthorized credit card charges

My bank notified me on 3-19-2021 asking if I authorized a charge to FB Pay. I did not authorize any charge whatsoever. I called immediately and do not understand how this went through. I need this money posted back to my account right away. The text said $99.00. The actual amount stolen from my account was $587.00 I am not even associated with Facebook as I deactivated my account 2 weeks ago. I want my money back please. Who ever hacked my account now has my old page back up and I am blocked unless I send a picture of my drivers license, which I am not going to do.

Facebook Browze.com

I ordered two items from this company over a month ago and just got notified that the vendor canceled the order because they don't have them in stock. Obviously they are a "third party" seller and have no products in their possession. They rely on the vendor to fill the orders and have no control of delivery. Now I have no products and spent money. Total waste of time and money. Just hope I get a refund for my money.

Desired outcome: "Fact check " the sellers on your site. Many are from overseas and aren't filling the orders for delivery.

Facebook My account

My account was locked 03/09/2021 for an unknown reason.
I do have 2 ideas as to why, they are as follows.
1) Facebook gives the ability to block other users in your settings, so I blocked about 7, 000 of their Fact Checkers... no where does it say you cannot do this, and then I posted entire lists of them on my page.
2) Memes, I post memes constantly, 30-60 a day, sometimes more... what they find offensive is astounding, it truly isn't offensive and it isn't ever outright offensive. Facebook can not take a joke unless it is against a Conservative and here lies the problem, my political views are just that, and they will never change, I absolutely look for memes that will hurt the Liberal agenda and this administration without question or doubt.
Between these stated facts and the obvious political bias that the Facebook regime dictates, Conservative Republicans just don't stand a chance...
I have many times posted what Facebook called "offensive content" the truth usually is offensive... and I have been warned that it was sensitive of some people... again the truth will do that.
I'm not here to apologize, I am what I am, and I'm not changing for anyone, I simply never received any reasons, Facebook just locked me out, I never was told any reason, and I prefer not to tell you what we call that where I come from.
This new generation of woken buffoons is destroying freedom of speech and freedom of expression... they are trying to cancel out everything for their feelings... they need to grow up... And it's along these lines that Facebook has failed this Republic!
That is it, I don't really care if I get back on or not, I only had 56 people on my page and they were Marina friends... I can still get ahold of email of then, they are in a directory so this just doesn't bother me like that, I just want them to explain themselves, to be held accountable for just canceling me out with no explanation

Desired outcome: Explanation

Facebook Review systems

Facebook routinely autoblock posts as spam, when they clearly aren't. They then simply won't reply to any requests. Their "help" page actually lies about the process of review, both in instructions (You can't request a review the way they say) and in time frame. They block if they choose and offer no recourse. It's no wonder people are leaving the platform.

Desired outcome: A response from Facebook and an actual review

Facebook My profile being deactivated.

Sir, I will start by providing my Facebook information.
Email: [protected]@gmail.com
Facebook name: Greg Landon
Phone number: [protected]
My legal name: Greg Larsen
I would like to take this opportunity to explain Sunday March 7th and what happened leading up to my account being deactivated. From the beginning. Jaspreet Saund had contacted me the day prior requesting that I bypassed his google account FRP (factory reset protection) on his Samsung Galaxy S9 and an iCloud Bypass on his iPhone 8. He explained that his family had forgotten their passwords and he noticed my Marketplace ad for Icloud locked phones.
He came to my place of residence with the two devices and dropped them off. Shortly after he did I ran the serial numbers and it was obvious that they were stolen phones and reported as stolen. I bypassed the locks for him because he insisted that they were his families phones. He picked up the Apple iPhone8 the same day bypassed and freshly reset ready to use. The other device s9 was stuck in emergency mode which had been activated during some miss pressed buttons when he had attempted to wipe the previous owners information. At around 10:30 am the following day he announced on sms that he was coming to pick up the other s9 at noon and I had replied back that something had come up and I wouldnt be home until 1:00 or 1:30pm because my mother came and picked me up to get a few things at the grocery store. When I got to the store he started sms messaging me repeatedly making demands that I come home immediately and give his phone because he had to go out of town and he was intending on taking the two stolen phones with him where he was going.

Then sir, I am sorry and I apologize because I really lost my temper and I told him off and I swore at him, I was soo upset I became angry because I was with my mother and we were shopping together. We often go as a team because she has a vehicle and I'm not currently driving. She is 72 years old and she needs help and I won't let anything come between us and me helping her is very important to me. So he waited outside my apartment I said I would be back in 20 minutes and give him his phone, he owed me $50 for the service and repair to the phone I had told him over sms to take his phone and leave after and I used not very nice words because my mother had to wait in the car with our groceries while I went upstairs and retrieved the stolen device from my kitchen table and hand it to him. He called my phone twice harassing me at the store made demands that I come at once.

So I am trying to explain that I was harassed and bullied into acting this way and I am not an angry person but he forced me to be tough and I became upset because I don't like being told what to to and controlled by other people. I want to spend time with my mother and I don't want to worry about needing to drop everything I'm doing because Jaspreet Saund is desperate and in a hurry to get his phone back. I had a bit of a potty mouth but I am sorry and it won't happen again.

The outcome I would like from this message is to reactivate my account.
I never had an opportunity to appeal the decision, it just asked that I uploaded my drivers license for review which I cooperated. I don't feel this is fair to deactivate it permanently because I was coerced into duress and the act of Jaspreet making threats and psychological pressure to force me to behave in a way that was contrary to my wishes. I was forced to speak the way I did out of defense and I am truly sorry. Hopefully you can see past this incident and forgive me for the things I did and said March 7th 2021 on sms messenger.

Warm regards,
Greg Larsen
You may contact me by phone at [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com if you have any further questions.
I have attached the phone calls he made to my phone at the grocery store
and the etransfer when he paid me for the phone repair.

Desired outcome: To reactivate my Facebook account.

Facebook is a widely recognized social networking platform that allows users to connect and share with family and friends online. Originally created for college students, Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg and has since become available to anyone over the age of 13 with a valid email address.

The platform's core services include the ability to create a personal profile, add other users as friends, post text and photo updates, send messages, and receive notifications when others update their profiles or interact with posts. Facebook also offers a live video streaming feature, the ability to create and join groups based on various interests, and the option to create and promote events.

In addition to its social networking capabilities, Facebook provides a marketplace for buying and selling goods locally, as well as a gaming platform that can be accessed within the site. Businesses and creators can set up Pages to connect with their audience, run targeted advertisements, and gain insights through Facebook's analytics tools.

Over the years, Facebook has expanded its product offerings to include other services such as Messenger, a standalone messaging app, and has acquired other companies like Instagram, a photo and video sharing platform, and WhatsApp, an encrypted messaging service.

Facebook's services are accessible via web browsers or through its mobile app, available on various smartphone and tablet devices. The platform aims to facilitate communication and content sharing among its vast user base, which spans across a diverse, global audience.
