On January 21st around 3:45am I was browsing dresses online, and clicked on one so I could get an idea of how long it would take for the item to ship to me. Somehow my credit card information was already put in (I did not put it in) and when I clicked next, thinking it would take me to the payment page, all of a sudden I ordered a dress I never had any intention of buying. I immediately emailed the company and informed them of the situation, and they claimed they could neither cancel my order nor refund me directly despite the circumstances. They claimed this is because they “already prepared my package for shipping”, which I find incredibly hard to believe since I literally emailed them minutes, maybe even seconds after placing my order. Regardless, I really don’t care. I want my money back. I do not want store credit, or to wait until the dress arrives, I want my money back now. I will not stop contacting this company until I get what I rightfully deserve, as I never had any intention of buying this particular item. And after this horrendous ordeal, I will certainly not be purchasing anything from the company in the future, so store credit is of no use to me. Find a way to get me my refund.
Desired outcome: Give me back my money
