I purchased two items which have since been returned. I paid via credit card and would like my refund returned how I paid. The products received were of a cheaper quality than advertised on the site. I do not intend on exchanging either item. This is ridiculous. Had I known this initially I would never have shopped here this time. This policy has changed as I have always received refunds to the method of payment originally used. I never received any email advising a change occurred to their return policy, which should be advised to every customer. How do I get a refund to my card?

If they didn’t properly notify you that the return policy has changed to in-store credit then be disgusted with Fashion Nova’s practices. Reach out to their customer support and tell them that they’ve been doing this for ages, and send them a screenshot of their old policies on the website along with the screenshot of policy change notice and ask them to adjust the refund accordingly. If they refuse to go along with your request then dispute the charge with your credit card company, providing them with a return receipt and notice of the statement change. Otherwise, don’t let them force you into getting store credit for poorly designed clothes.
