I placed an order on July 21, 2024 ([protected]) opted for expedite shipping (1 day) Which I always too if I needed it quickly.
A little background: I have been a Fashion Nova customer for many years and with my job I work out of town a lot. So when I have ordered, All my packages are delivered to the front desk at the hotel. I pick up once I know it has arrived. This particular order, the carrier past the lock entrance to the rooms, past the front desk and left the package in front of the hotel room. Never have I had this to happen. The carrier contacted me before the delivery. I instructed him to leave it at the front desk. Despite instructions, he left it in front of the door and sent me a picture of it after the fact. Once, I returned there after work, The package was not there. I contacted Fashion Nova to no avail
