I made a huge mistake by getting my labels mixed so the package that you will be getting is supposed to go to nike and nike is getting the return that fashion nova is supposed to be getting i tried my best to intercept the packages but had no luck with that so i called nike and they immediately told they will return the package to me they was very nice about and understanding. So now i am trying to reach out to fashion nova but you guys have no way we can verbally talk to someone and that is crazy to me and that shows you really dont value your customers the only way to contact you guys is by mail you can at least have a chat option. I spend a lot of money with fashion nova so i sent a email when they fibally responded i was told that they have no control over wrong items being deilivered and they will discard upon arrival i refuse to believe that someone throw away a pair of shoes that cose $150 someone is going to take those shoes i am willing to pay for postage i dont understand this process at all

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE FOR FASHION NOVA TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ME MY SHOES BACK I KNOW ITS MY FAULT I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MIX UP BUT TO TELL ME MY SHOES WILL BE THROWN AWAY IS CRAZY AND A COMPLETE LIE.
