The washing machine was demaged when I opened. I transported the machine using my vehicle and when I got home to open it, it was demaged on the side. I took back the machine immediately and was told since I used my own transport it cannot be taken back. I paid R4000 for the machine and now I am told I cannot be assited. This matter is very frastrating because there was no mondatory check conducted at the store
between the myself and the person who was giving out the machine in order ensure the machine is not demaged before handing it oput to the customer.
