Insufficient parts for the vehicles
My husband has a 2021 Enclave he was in an accident in April 2022. Unfortunately he is unable to get the tailgate to have his car repaired and was told he will be lucky if it can get one by October. I understand this is a nationwide shortage of parts, but come on. I have made 4 lease payments and insurance payments for a car that I cannot drive for fear of the exhaust system falling off. Parts for 2022 Chevy Blazer
I recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Blazer and soon after hit a deer causing minor damage. Dealer repaired in timely fashion except I have been waiting 6 weeks for a wheel well liner. Chevy won't even provide an expected date and even though new Blazers are coming off the assembly line every day the parts guy says they won't allow a part to be pulled from factory. Insurance only pays for a rental for 30 days so no I have a car payment plus I am paying to rent a car. Chevy needs to take care of current customers. Chevy case number 9-[protected]

2018 chevrolet colorado
I have a 2018 Colorado with the well known shudder and vibration caused by the transmission. The truck is still under manufacturer warranty with an additional extented policy. I took it to the dealership who told me that GM will not provide warranty coverage for the tranmission oil upgrade to correct the tranmission problem. Apparently, warranties are only as good as the company that issues them.
Desired outcome: I would like General Motors to warranty the transmission oil upgrade to correct the transmission failure to an operating state that a new vehicle should operate.
2018 SILVERADO HD 2500
I had a 2014 Silverado with 42000miles I got a good deal with Tim Lally so I got another Silverado a 2018 it has only 42000 miles and it is ALWAYS in for routine services, now I went somewhere parked truck turned it off came back turned on air and nothing but hot air, so we take to the dealer and they said it was a compressor with evac and recharge and ac belt they gave me a customer summary copy with estimate of $1,656.46 there is no reason this unit should have went this fast there has been recalls on the compressor I believe the dealership don't want to admit it's faulty. Contacted GM working with advisor and Tim Lally keeps avoiding them, they told my advisor we don't have record of a estimate, really calling your customers a liar when I am looking at the paper that says PRINTED ON 06/27/2022 8:12:52AM ESTIMATE EXPIRES ON 07/27/2022 if you did'nt give anything to me how would I know that? If this does not get resolved we will contact attorney so GM just says whatever is wrong with vechile you are a Liar. There has been faulty compressor recalls, they don't want to admit it now whos a liar we seen trucks on lot we are told oh you have to be part of a municipalatie to purchase them this is out ragous we have always bought Gm trucks and leased 1car 2 equinoxes HELP HELP
2018 GMC terrain SLE deisal
We bought the terrain In 2018 now has about 88000 miles in the 4 yrs of owning it transmission def fuel system was changed torc converter and fly wheel sat a gm garage for about 3 months wait for parts and transmission hose blew off 3 or 4 time having to have it towed in and now another transmission have all ways had all maintenance done at a GM service garage hoping some one will help us out

shortage in 2021 chevy silverado 1500 crew cab
on July 18, 2022, took vehicle to dealership and it have a shortage in wire harness and dealership tracking it down. Have not found it yet my vehicle has 4000 miles. took it to prince chevy and the head service manager told me that any vehicle with their logo or the person would be first even if you had an appointment. had one but when the service told me that i left. this was July 14 2022. i thought first come first serve if you don't have a appointment and i did .i have brought many vehicles from gm. never had a dealership tell me nothing like this .
2022 gmc terrain
I drove to Florida from Chicago Saturday 7/9 On my way to Florida I kept getting a reduction in speed and a hard jerk waited to Monday found a GMC dealership in Florida they told me it was my air intake hoses it would be ready in 1-2 days after calling multiple times 7/13 I finally get its ready before we could leave out the drive way I received a call saying they had to order yet another part that just arrived and it will be ready in another day or two. This was so unprofessional and no one ever called me to say anything about another part. I hate I ever purchased this suv it is absolute GARBAGE! My husband and I have missed days of work for this only to call GMC customer service and she’s talking about a rental like I live in CHICAGO ma’am smh

2018 Chevy Silverado
Hi I own this truck and like the way it drives, I have owned Silverado's for years. I just got back from the maintenance garage where they replaced the starter. My mechanic said the wire where it goes into the starter was burnt at the connection and was maybe like that for sometime. I have noticed when I turned the key a few times it did nothing then it would turn over. I had a 2002 truck that had the original starter on it. My question is, are there any recalls on this? It is a fairly new truck and shouldn't have needed a $600 starter replaced already. Of course I had to fix it as it is my transportation. Help.

Jerry Durant Chevrolet Buick GMC
I took my truck to this dealership because of an antifreeze leak. Lisa White was my service advisor. I asked them to verify where the leak was coming from. They disconnected my heater core and I asked did they verify that and was told no. Leak is still there and come to find out it is a bigger issue. Steve Rush who is the shop foreman has refused to call me back. So I reached out to the GM who is David Tomerlin and he said he would call me back in an half hour after he talked to both parties. That was a week ago. Just got back in touch with him today and he said said they told him that they were reaching out to me to talk but never did but instead tried to act like I was the problem. No wonder these folks have been fired from a previous dealership. At the end of the day no one wants to take accountability for my truck being broke so now I am in the process of hiring a lawyer. Tired of being ripped off by the big companies and they just say deal with it
2013 Buick Verano paint
I own a 2013 black Buick Verano. Within the last 2 years the paint on the hood, top of the car, and trunk lid have become very dull. I have read many comments online about the same thing with other owners, especially the cars that are black in color. Will GM do anything to make this right? I try to take good care of this car, I really enjoy driving it and the ride it provides, but it is disappointing that the paint has become so dull in those locations. I hope serious consideration will be given to this concern. Thank you

I had purchased a service agreement at the time I purchased the truck. I had been to this dealership several times to get oil changes and supposedly tire rotations. Not once did they do a tire rotation. I specificly requested a tire rotation when I had a recall service done. I get to the dealer and the advisor showed me the tire rotation picture (front to back) that they were to do. I wait 3 hours for my truck and when I asked when it would be done, she said shortly, but they could not do the rotation because of the different rim materials. I responded, but you told me you were doing a rotation. I said why can't you swap tires on the rims? Oh No, we can't do that. We can swap left to right. I was livid and asked for the manager. She said there was no manager. Bottom line...I had been told several times I would get a tire rotation and never even got a partial. This is a breach of my service agreement.

2015 buick encore with 48,500 mile
have to pay $1500 to get hoses that are leaking fluid replaced that go to the turbo charger. $900 of this is for labor. how can something like this happen to a vehicle with only 48,500 miles and is barely 7 years old? I feel that GM should at least cover a portion if not all of this cost. how can something like this happen to a vehicle that is not that old and has low miles on it. vehicle has been very well maintained and taken care of.

vehicle i purchased used is unsafe
my fiance and i purchased a used vehicle in june 2022. we found out a day or two later that it is not safe. rusted frame, looks like it was caught on fire. roof is covered in dry wall mud. dealership said they would fix it then changed their mind and said we had to fix. truck is down and out of commission more than running and we are supposed to pay 10k for a 2003 silverado that isnt safe. The ac doesnt work. we have to jump start it every time we turn it off. the drive train squeaks and squeals constantly. front and back bumper is rusted and falling off. underneath the truck is completely rusted and the frame is just chipping off. driverside window shattered the second day we had it. the day after we got it, we had to replace the battery. it would be considered a lemon if the state had the lemon law to support it. Dealership is Automac in Jacksonville Florida off of Cassatt Avenue and they said there wasnt anything wrong with truck at time of purchase and just shrugged shoulders when we asked about it. I cant get them to help us with any of these repairs. we are a low income family and i work 2 jobs to support myself and hubby, and he does handyman work,. we are also his moms caregivers and she rides in this truck daily thats not safe. ..
Desired outcome: I would like our truck fixed so its safe or to get another truck that is safe for myself and my family. i can give pictures if needed.

2019 Chevrolet Malibu
On June 13, 2022 I took my Malibu into the Chevrolet dealership I purchase it from because my check engine light was lit on my display panel and I also received an email instructing me to get my car into service to be checked out. I am 3 months out of warranty and did not purchase extended warranty. I had to pay 110.00 to have my car on the computer to tell the service department that my fuel pump harness needs replaced. Was told it would not be covered under warranty. They did not have this part in stock and needed to order however there is a backorder, it could take 3 weeks or longer for this part to be received. It will cost me almost 500.00 to have this part replaced. A couple of days later, my brakes were skipping, and giving me a low fuel warning even though I had a half tank of gas. I took my car back to the dealership to have this checked out. They have no rental cars so I had to rent through Enterprise (another expense). Service department told me they had a Tac opened ( I guess thats a service department word), and they are not sure why these error messages are appearing. GM apparently thinks it may be related to the harness that needs replaced. How much more money to I have to pay if all of these problems are not resolved by this harness? Anyways, I Took rental car back and drove my car home. Now these error messages are getting worse, especially the brakes. Now a new message flashes to service ESC. And the latest is to service my power steering. I have had my dash display going out and the shift to park message flashes. ( I have had this fixed last year I believe, now its back). I have spoke to the service manager at the dealership today and he told me there are no harnesses available and not sure when it would be. The brake issue he said is my anti lock brakes are kicking in when I am trying to stop. I am a 69 yr old single woman and would like to retire within a year and I have no other vehicle available. It would cost me a fortune to park my car and drive a rental until this precious part comes in. GM needs to issue a recall on this fuel pump harness which I was told is corroded. If there is a shortage of this harness part that tells me there must be many corroded harnesses out there!
Desired outcome: GM needs to pay for this harness instead of me paying 500.00 for part and labor. Waiting for this part to see if this is the source of all these warnings I'm getting, Its been weeks.
Toe-link recall
In November of 2021 Gm replaced the toe- links on my 2016 Cadillac SRX, causing my back tires to wear and the steel belts to show, an alignment can’t fix the the problem. The replacement parts caused the misalignment to wear the tires, the tires only had 30,00 kilometres on the tires and had to be replaced and now have to buy a adjustable toe link and another alignment

My 2021 GMC Terrain is leaking water in the back hatch where the fuse box is located. Called and told them my problem got car in 6/6/22 waited for them to do a water test came back said couldn't find it call us if it happens again. I got the paper they gave me and on it is say water damn found on fuse box but sent me on my way I pulled out of the dealership and pulled over to check and there was water in the back I turned around took it back to show them he kind just looked at me like I out the water there. They gave me a loaner, next day I call to check on how it was going around 1130am they told me they were taking it back now to tear it apart, got a call at 215pm same day said car was ready. I asked what they found and the answer is nothing that basically it was me that put the water there. I spoke with the GM there and he was rude and there's nothing they can do. This is unacceptable I am not going to have my car torn apart a millions times. I bought a new car for a reason. You cant get ahold of anyone except sales manager I have not taken the loaner back until I get answers

Blossom chevrolet / duramax diesel
The service department at Blossom Chevrolet is slow even when an appointment is made. The vehicle may sit there for a day or two before it is even looked at. Charged a diagnostic fee for warranty repair.
The duramax diesel has had two recalls and 3 warranty repairs. The overflow tank now needs to be replaced because of a sensor. NOT covered under warranty.
Believe being forced to trade because of all the problems and the warranty about out.
Poor Quality
The driver side door stop is broke.
Desired outcome: Blossom needs to do a better job.GM needs to work on the Quality.Dan Shields at Blossom needs to be more concerned.
