Giant Eagle review: GetGo

I tried to complete this online through the survey3.medallia.com/gg listed at the bottom of both my GE and GetGo receipts but the site only provided an error message for both attempts. I just want to complain! Never mind the extra fuel perks. The GetGo location at W. 117th st. Ceveland, OH 44111 is always a mess! I took a picture of spilled pop or something right at the pump where you need to step out to pump gas. I live in West Park but the few times that I buy GetGo gas I drive to Fairview Park, OH. The last time I complained was about the same mess in addition to trash gathered up near the car wash/car vacuum area. It would seem that they staff would go out and hose the ground down once in a while Especially in areas where food and drinks have been spilled. So many people are just trifling littler bugs anyway.

How about providing a link that works so that we can complain when necessary? It's bad enough that the majority of GE items are way over priced compared to the competitors which is where I do 99% of my grocery shopping.
