Glencara Irish Jewelry review: I'm not one but happy with glencara jewelry and they have no phone number to get in contact

I went onto the site thinking it was a reputable company. I soon found out that it was not I orderd a cross and chain for my partners birthday, I orderd it on the 7th September and was told it would be here in 3 days there only in glaway apparently it I'd now 25th September and still have not received it my partner birthday was on the 11th September, I contacted them many many times by email first it said shipped, then I tried to track it and it said thank you, I couldn't understand it so I contacted them again, they said it's on the way week later still nothing then they told me they ran out of the item I orderd, I said put the money back onto my card it's alot of money to me that I spent 270euro but it was supposed to be for a special occasion, they took the good out of the whole birthday I would advise anybody not to buy any items from them I wish I had of read the reviews before I bought it. not one bit happy atall I just want my money bk and there not responding when I asked for it bk.
